We recently visited J&C Oyster for their Omakase experience and truly enjoyed every moment. Each course surpassed the last, with an incredible progression of flavors and creativity. Chef Vincent curated an outstanding menu, featuring fish flown in directly from Japan, and took the time to guide us through each dish with thoughtful explanations that deepened our appreciation of the meal. The service was exceptional, as always — attentive, seamless, and welcoming. A special thanks to Hanna for making the evening even more memorable. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

Food was outstanding, seasoned to the bone. The chef came out to greet everyone and make sure we were having a good time and thanked us for patronizing his business. This is a lovely spot for date night, and small celebrations. Space is limited, so make reservations if you have over 4 in your party. But you will be delighted with the quality of food and service.
