We shared the Asian calamari & Caesar salad I had the veal saltimbocca. Everything was pipping hot and came out in a very timely matter. Have been several times and never disappointed.

It'd been a few years since we'd dined at Ninety Acres and though it was a very enjoyable dinner, it was quite as good as we remembered. The menu offers greater variety and creativity in the appetizers and we enjoyed the tuna crudo and Wagyu carpaccio; the main courses are well cooked, but less inspired; and the dessert offerings are typical, but, again, not unique. As a farm-to-table restaurant, I would expect some seasonal specials but there were none the evening we went. Beautiful location, good food, good service, but some room to improve.

The food was excellent and service was great. The atmosphere and no rush service made it a perfect night.

Taphouse Grille - Hackettstown has undergone some changes. We learned there’s new ownership which in turn updated the menu and has invested in improving the dining rooms and bar area…all that’s positive as was our experience. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and immediately shown our preferred table request through the Open Table App. Our server was excellent. Helpful, professional, observant and attentive. We both enjoyed sharing a Greek salad as a starter and we each enjoyed our entree. Even with some adjustments everything arrived perfectly cooked (I asked for a medium rare burger and it was perfectly cooked). My wife’s pizza was very nicely done and we really enjoyed the experience.
