All the food was incredibly well thought through and balanced in its flavours. Wine list was well matched and the service staff attentive and thorough. One of the best meals/ dining experiences we have had in a long time. Absolute credit to the team. The separation of plate sizes on the menu does need to be explained but that is fine. Also the 2 pax seating is shared so if you would like a more intimate setting then I would recommend asking. Overall will be recommending to anyone visiting Adelaide.

My friend and I have eaten at Melt for years. Food consistently good, a great choice of Tapas food, great wine selection. Justin, Lucy and all the staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome every time.

Fabulous food, as always. The cocktails never disappoint

Our waitress was so Very amazing. She remembered me from other visits, and knew exactly how i like my coffee and that I Always have sparkling water. The young man behind the counter however was unhelpful, rude and dismissive. What a shame. I will just avoid him and his attitude in the future, simply because the food is lovely and the waitress is worth 1000 of him or even more.

Love this place. Great staff. Always visit when in town. New menu was great. Highly recommend the corn ribs, barramundi and mushroom XO fried rice. Divine!
