This visit and dining experience was great and I learned about their special on Kenyan food. After dinner we were given a tour of kitchen by our waiter. Again another wonderful experience. Returning in March to dine in French restaurant. Plan ahead reservations are a mustMore infoAmerican Bounty at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.7

- MMargaretVIPDallas - Fort Worth •9 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoLast night was one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. It certainly a stand out in the region. We were seated next to the kitchen, which was incredibly fun ask for it if you can. The team is all Young both on the floor and in the kitchen. They were charming, intelligent, strong, communicators, and very talented. I thought the price of the meal was very very fair. Considering what it would cost to have a three course meal in in a top rated restaurant with a well-known chef. If it’s on the menu, we recommend you try the ice cream made a tableside, it’s a great show. There were two of us and we both ordered dessert and got an ice cream for the table. The ice cream is only five dollars and the server spent more than seven minutes with us. I know because I videotaped it. High marks from my in all categories.More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.8
- AAlanVIPNew York City •58 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 3, 2025Went for Monday Pasta Night prix fixe@$45. Great service, friendly and very attentive. The appetizers were delicious and plentiful. The pasta was just ok: cavatelli with duck ragu lacked flavor, tasted like it could have been made with ground turkey-no “oomph.” The spaghetti with clams and chili crisp was swimming in chili oil, tasty but too wet. Chocolate rocky road cheesecake was more like a thick mousse, but was tasty - albeit a bit too sweet. Not sure I think this is a “good” value, when you add in the wine (3glasses for two of us) and tax and tip the bill still comes to $165, for a pasta entree. I Love the ambience of this place, and it always has a very attractive crowd, just wish it was a bit less expensive.More infoTroutbeckPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Amenia•4.4
