The newest chef (5 in four years?) is the best yet. Great ingredients but not too fussy with sauces. Still technically good. Wine list vastly improved. Trajectory is good but not there yet. They really need to move dinner upstairs as the ambiance downstairs is dull. But they have improved it with some good background music and upgraded lighting and decoration. The staff are very nice, but seem like summer interns. Not a complaint. I’d rather that than bad attitude.
