My partner and I ended a 2-week, 8 national park road trip with dinner at Black Sage and it was absolutely amazing. The squash fritters were spectacular and the local tomato and burrata salad was soooo fresh and stunning. The mushroom carbonara was earthy without being too heavy and the Alaskan halibut was cooked to perfection (not to mention the 10/10 risotto). The star of the dinner was the view, however. The red rocks and desert landscape of the small valley where Open Sky is nestled was second to none. Absolutely the best way to end this trip and if we're ever back in Zion, we will be visiting again.
