Overall a great evening, but it felt like some of the food options were lacking - the caviar & chips had changed portion wise, which was a little disappointing & the Caesar salad was a bit basic. Wine & cocktails were amazing as always though.

I was most upset when the information on OPEN TABLE was not correct. I We made our anniversary celebration based on open table information. When I questioned our waiter on why the information did not match? His reply was that it was up to Las Vegas management in regard to early dining set 3 corse meal. Other than that the food and service was very good.

Didn’t like all of the cream sauce on the salmon, way too much . Wife and I got the same meal I liked hers better , she had none on salmon , she switched to pesto sauce and they put some on her vegetables , way better

Roy’s is a hidden gem in a small strip mall just on the edges of Carson City. The food is always delicious! My favorite is the hot chicken sliders with pickles/coleslaw. Their fries/onion rings are bomb! We’ve been several times. The bartenders know how to make a good drink. Our 95 yo mom wanted a hot tea though, and they didn’t have hot tea. That is an easy fix - management! 😉 The wait staff though…every time we go there’s a new server. They often don’t know the menu, can’t answer basic questions and not sure why we seem to get the newbies. Overall a great place and we’ll continue to return.
