Great dining experience for our oldest son’s birthday.

We were surprised and excited that El Paso got this restaurant. We did the feast for 6 people, even though there were only 5 of us. It was a lot of food, but we didn't have any leftovers bc it was so good that we stuffed ourselves! The service was also very good. It is a little overwhelming bc they bring the food out and they say what it is very quickly and it can be hard to hear the server bc the restaurant is a bit loud with the grill and ventilation system. You cook the meat yourself, like at other Korean/Japanese BBQ places, so you have to keep track of how long the meat has been on the grill to make sure it's cooked thoroughly (especially pork and shrimp), but make sure that it does not burn. It would be helpful if they gave an extra plate (a larger one, not the small plates each individual gets) to put meat on as it's done. This way, you don't have to randomly throw it onto someone's plate if it's done bc you don't have anywhere to put it. We look forward to returning!

Underrated! We love Thyme. The food is on point. Great bar and wine menus. Excellent service. Tables are a bit close but well positioned in space.

Overall, our party of six had a wonderful team. Service was excellent. All steaks were excellent, one person ordered the shrimp fettucine, they said it was luke warm and could have been better.

Food was delicious! Our server Celeste was fantastic, always on it with the recommendations. Water was always filled, food was quick, hot and delicious. Only complaint was the noise level of the music. I had to ask a couple of time for our server to repeat what she was saying, and the table next to us had the same complaint. We will be back, no question!
