Our waitress Jade was awesome. Her service at the table was attentive, timely, friendly and helpful. That said, we had a 5:15 PM reservation for a Thursday evening. Lilly S was the person who checked us in at 5:10. We sat for 10 minutes and watched table after table get seated ahead of us. At one point, there were four servers standing in a circle chatting. We asked Lilly S twice why we weren't being seated. The first time she said that our requested server was working the bar and we said that it was okay to have someone else. Then she said in a condescending tone that she was waiting for a table to open up. That was a bunch of bull because we could see a whole row of booths and a whole row of 5-6 top tables that were wide open--not to mention that there were a large number of servers standing around talking. At 5:20 my wife went back up to the front desk and asked Lilly S if there was a problem with getting us seated.Lilly S made an inappropriate sound and snipped that it was only five minutes past our reservation. I'm not sure what's going on at the Liberty Coopers Hawk. We had a very bad experience on Mother's Day and we were given two free entrees because of that incident. So, coming off that experience and we run into Lilly S who cast a very poor image and impression on the restaurant. We are on the 3-bottles-a-month wine club members and, before Mother's Day, had not had a bad experience. Now we've had two bad experiences in a row. Jade did a great job recovering our experience. Lilly S is a problem.

We had a charming and shaded outdoor table with an excellent server! Thank you, Jess! The food was delicious! Salmon was cooked to perfection!

The food and service were excellent. My husband ordered the walleye. It was delicious.

We enjoyed our selection very much. Steaks and fish cooked to perfection. What we really enjoyed was a much more casual experience on the patio while indulging in the same food selection and service had we been in the restaurant. Perfect for a Tuesday night in the summer.

Food was outstanding, David who was out waiter was outstanding and provided great recommendations and great explanation of the new menu. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
