Neah Kah Nie Bistro
Great food - Great staff - Great wine - Great time!!!
Staff were friendly, service great, and the food was fabulous. The location was perfect. It was not as busy as Cannon Beach or Seaside but had the same charm. The restaurant itself was lovely. I will go again.
Always perfect food, great service and a fun spot.
Great food and great service. Enjoyed our birthday el
Neah Kah Nie Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants. The food and service is always top quality and the ambiance for a date night out in warm and inviting.
Always a favorite when in Manzanita!! Delicious martinis, great local and seasonal food, and wonderful service.
Small Bidtro atmosphere! A favorite here. Service and food are excellent
An ABSOLUTE must when in Manzanita! Food was superb and the service was even better.
Great meal in July. January a
decrease in quality and quantity of food. Not worth price charged.
First time and favorably impressed. Cocktails, food and service all very good. Will return.
We truly enjoyed our first dinin experience at the Bistro. While it is expensive, it was a special occasion and we knew it would be. The food did not disappoint. It was fabulous. We had a ginger-pear martini that was, frankly, sublime. The hordoevres were scrumptious and not too much that filled you. I can’t say enough about their clam chowder. They need to sell it for customers to take it to the beach. I’d go back just for the chowder, it was that good. Our waitress was fantastic, I didn’t get her name, but she was very busy but never too busy that she wasn’t able to take care of her tables. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone, and we will be back.
we love the dining experience!
It was wonderful! Staff is great!
Food and service was good. They do not make substitutions without charging.
What a treat to find this wonderful place on the coast. We loved everything about it. And the service was top of the line. Definitely will go back when we can.
The food was pretty bad. But we are foodies and pay attention. Our cod should have been fish and chips instead of a failed attempt at pan seared. The risotto was close to 3 minute rice. The tile floor gives a strange ambience for the space. We had a nice time, the service was very friendly and helpful.
I have been to this restaurant many times. I love the option for fine dining at the coast (normally home to casual places). The menu changes frequently, and the twists and tweaks are quite creative. For example, we ordered a salad that was reminiscent of a Caesar salad, but had pomegranate seeds and pecan pieces. Delicious. My salmon was stuffed with bay shrimp and was on a bed of asparagus risotto. Genius!
My only complaint is with Open Table and its relationship with the restaurant. We made the reservation for 7:30. We had to drive from Arch Cape and misjudged the travel time, arriving at 7:40. There were four empty tables when we arrived. The first thing we were told by the host was that we were late and that Open Table had cancelled our reservation. Not a friendly greeting for starters. Plus we were not over the 15 minute cancellation policy, AND there was plenty of room for us. But we had a lovely time and I would still go back to the restaurant. I just might not make the next reservation through Open Table.
We celebrated our 39th anniversary at Neah Kah Nie Bistro. The food was fabulously good, multiple courses, great wine, and outstanding service!
The True Cod was delicious, some of the best fish we've ever had, and we're from the Pacific Northwest. The overall experience was one of the best we've ever had.
High prices and very good food -- the kind of food of chefs in an old house atmosphere with wooden chairs. Ambience did not warrant the bill at the end.
The restaurant is lovely and cozy, with a casually friendly staff. I would absolutely return here on our next trip to the coast. Manzanita is a good memory.
Had a great time. Food and service were excellent.
We were there for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I wish I could remember the server's name - evening of Saturday, September 1 - she was AWESOME!
One of the gems of Manzanita, OR. A small intimate restaurant located in a house on Manzanita’s Main Street. Seven tables so make a reservation. Seafood steaks and chops all wonderfully prepared.
Elisha and his staff are amazing. We dined outside. Had excellent service and yummy food. Hope to go back very soon!
Delicious food, great service, a great place to go for our anniversary.
A nice little restaurant in a quaint beach town. The salads were exceptional. We did feel rushed as there are only seven tables. We had drinks, salads and main course all within 30 minutes. I would still recommend.
We love coming to Neahkahnie Bistro, amazing food, drinks, & service!
The food and service were excellent! It was our splurge meal during vacation but given the quality and quantity of food, we were pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. This will become a place we visit each time we’re in town.
This is a small restaurant (8 tables for 2, 1 larger table & then 4 at the bar) that is truly a gem. Lavender lemon martini was delicious (wish Could make one that good). Good wine list. Shrimp appetizer was crispy & perfectly fried. We also had the true cod with risotto & Bistro platter which were both awesome. All the dishes came out hot & perfectly cooked. Definitely recommend reservations as this place is small (there is a small outside area with a heater). Definitely worth it. Would love to go back again.
Great food, friendly service, and a nice wine list!
It was lovely. Wait staff fun and helpful...
We have been here many times but the hostess and the owner were absolutley rude. Our waitress however was lovely as she tried to make up for colleagues. They ignored the fact that we had a reservatiln on open table so they clearly dont value the app. I'm done with this place and will tell all my friends.
A real treasure in a small town. My wife and I were delighted with the pork chop and cod , and the friendly atmosphere added to the occasion.
Seemed a little stuffy for Manzanita, service was a bit slow for the prices you pay. I was disapointed in my true cod, very stingy with the sauce. My friend ordered a rib eye and what came out was NOT a rib eye. Will not go back.
A really nice little restaurant, run by really nice people. The setting is cozy, and inviting, but it still feels like a special occasion to be there. The waitstaff is attentive and well-informed -- they know their wines and ingredients. The food is fresh and well prepared. All in all a great spot.
Went here for a date night while on family vacation. The ambiance was nice, except the smell of smoke drifting in the window, but that’s not their fault. Our server was very friendly. However the food was kinda disappointing. Small portions, some parts well done, others not so good, not worth the price. Overall not a bad place to go, but room for improvement with the food to make it worth the price.
Enjoyed our dining experience.
Fabulous!! Extremely high quality dining experience. The menu offered a broad and upscale assortment of fine dining options. I could have ordered almost any dish and been very happy with everything. My wife loves the True Cod and my Chicken Marasala was very good. The service was perfect in every way. The restaurant is small and cozy which lends itself to a quiet and peaceful experience.
Neahkahnie is a must-do while in the Manzanita area. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great food served professionally in a warm pleasant atmosphere. Bon appetit!!
