We started our meal with a Caesar salad that I think was the best I have ever had. My husband had the shrimp etouffee and I chose the scallops with pork belly. Both were excellent. Not only was the food great but the staff were friendly and worked well as a team. Our server Liv was delightful. We even had a lovely conversation with one of the chefs.
