Navy is a 41-seat cozy neighborhood restaurant on a tree-lined street in Soho. Created by Matt Abramcyk and Akiva Elstein, partners in Smith & Mills. Navy focuses on seafood and vegetables, working closely with the Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op to source our produce. A raw bar offers fresh oysters, clams and sea urchin for uni toast along with blinis and house-cured fish and caviar; seedy crackers and primo sardines. Loved the decor very authentic! Great service waiter took his time explaining the menu and answering our questions. The food was hot and very tasty. We had the steak and the salmon both were delicious!

The service was lacking because their machines were down. Servers had a hard time tracking things and didn't know if orders were given to the kitchen. A bit hectic. But the food was wonderful. Most beautiful avocado toast I've seen.

I had the most delicious meal at Navy. The whole experience was lovely from the moment we were welcomed in.The decor was perfectly styled, but still comfortable and the service was fantastic. As for food, the crudo appetizer, octopus appetizer, and steak entree were high on the list. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Had a two hour blast of a lunch on a cold and snowy afternoon. Enjoyed great wine, avocado toast and amazing breakfast sandwich with fabulous bacon. Service was impeccable and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Made for a wonderful experience. Oh yea, fries were great!

We got there a little early but Jordan sat us down anyways. we were the only ones there for a little bit which wasn't a bother. we got out appetizers and they were amazing. people started coming in and the vibe was still really nice. Jordan was amazing. The staff was amazing, the chefs were amazing. We will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed a delicious meal including a bonus of sweet potato chips due to an error made by the waiter. The ingredients were very fresh and the waiters were attentive and pleasant without hovering. The seafood was excellent - you would be lucky to have this in your neighbourhood.

The octopus appetizer was very good, but not good enough to make up for the main courses. The cod was overcooked and served in a salty, but otherwise flavorless broth. The chicken was also overcooked and close to, if not past, its best-before date. We won't be returning.

We love this place. Weather it is the cocktails or wine list. The Oysters or the appetizers. They have a solid menu with a good staff. Veg, Fish, Meat. It could not be a better place to go with out of town guests or Brooklynites needing to get back to the reality of Manhattan.

An extraordinarily gracious host who arranged to seat 3 people when we had a reservation for 2. He visited our table frequently to confirm that we were pleased. We were significantly older than the crowd ( 75, & 76 year old) & they made us feel welcome. Fresh, fresh green salad dressed lightly & a salmon mail course with unusual vegetables was lovely and exceptionally prepared. A great experience. This is my first ( ever) review to your organization

Ate here in August and loved it. Thought it was an amazing gem in the best part of SoHo. Couldn't wait to go back... And while the food was still strong the service was a joke. We were waited on by a self-absorbed girl who made it clear she had better things to be doing than serving food. I hope she has better success in acting school, or whatever... Curious to see if this place is still in business by the summer.
