From checking in with the hostess to the very end of the meal, the entire experience was top notch and well worth the money. My husband and I were celebrating Valentine's Day (a few days after) and we wanted something special. We decided to enjoy the tasting menu with wine pairing and were totally blown away. Horace, our server, was fantastic to start. Very knowledgeable, very kind, and provided the perfect amount of attention. The food was impeccable and wine pairings to die for- we enjoyed so many unique flavor combinations and the attention to detail was beyond. We even got a visit from Chef Pringle towards the end of our meal which was a pleasant surprise, and made us feel very special. We cannot wait to share this gem with our family and friends! We will be back soon and will definitely be trying their brunch as well (highly recommended!). Thank you, Navio <3

Navio is a superlative place to take a special someone on a romantic occasion. We went on Valentine's Day for a prix fixe evening dinner. Mind you, it is expensive; so be prepared to pay $400 or more for a couple, not including drinks. The ambiance, the sun setting over the ocean as the bag-piper plays outside your window may well all be worth it.

Food is just OK, nothing really special; extremely expensive for what it is - not great value for money; 20% service charges imposed seems a bit too much for a buffet service

Food was excellent. Decent wine selection. If you want a window table for dinner get there early. Had requested one in my reservation however they seat those based on a first come first serve basis. Dante was an excellent waiter, attentive and willing to find answers if he didn't have them upfront.

Our server, Pat, was an angel. Our sommelier made a great mai tai. The special truffle soup was light but deep with flavor. The scallops were wonderful.

Navio did disappoint. Such a spectacular view, such a poor performance. The tables dont have tablelcloths and look terrible. The whole ambiance lacks detail. Menues were stained. Main Course was served before we have finished our starter. Empty plates were not cleared. Food was decent, but then again you are paying a steep price for it and it should be good. I am aftraid being the restaurant at a Ritz Carlton you dont have to try so hard. Guest will always show up. But i will not go back there.

Despite the remodeling going on around, Navio continues to provide a respite from daily life. With beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, outstanding service and fabulous food, it remains a favorite dining destination.

Very good food, unfortunately the service level was extremely uneven. We had an awesome waitress and great food, but there was no presentation of the dishes at all. The seafood platter was simply placed on the table, the main course (two different cuts of meat) were presented as steaks and we had to wait 25 minutes until our table was ready, even though we had a reservation. Will probably be back because the overall experience was still very good, but I do expect a bit more from a place like this.

Staying at Ritz-Carlton for a wedding, we thought Navio would be a good choice for dinner. We didn't know Navio at all so expected a typical hotel restaurant and boy were we surprised with a magnificent meal in a spectacular setting. Service was superb, from a warm welcome at reception throughout the entire meal, we were taken care of very well. An incredible meal, starting with a spaghetti appetizer and ending with two shared desserts. The star of the meal was a special, cassoulet. Rarely do we find cassoulet on a menu or as a special and when we do, I order it. Hands down, Navio's cassoulet competes and wins against them all--it was absolutely amazing, putting a couple I've had in Paris to shame. A bit deconstructed, each ingredient stood on its own and melded with all the rest as well, it was nothing short of amazing. Until trying it, I'd never posted a meal photo on social media--that changed with a photo of cassoulet from Navio. The other two at the table enjoyed their entrees just as much as I enjoyed the cassoulet so really a terrific meal and great service, start to finish. Loved it.

For a seafood restaurant their menu sucks. Three items only. And the $46 bass was dry and flavorless. The scallops were good. In general it was a disappointment.

We returned to the hotel where we were married for a romantic New Year's Eve dinner, only to learn the main lobby and conservatory are under renovation and the dinner would be an extravagant pre fixe meal by a Star chef. When the bill came for $700, my mouth dropped. So pretentious and outrageous. It was tasty to be sure but not what we wanted or needed.

It's a beautiful place and dining was a pleasure. However, Our reservation was not recognized by the front desk and for the first time in my open table experience i scrambled for a confirmation number while my companions were waiting as well as the other guests. It was embarassing to look into my cellphone, looked like a fool and also feared that we will not be seated. To make reservations to this restaurant i had to enter my credit card along with all the info needed. With all the other restaurants all i had to do was say the name in the reservation and that was it. I also heard same thing happened to the guest after me. We were also told that it might have been under a different name? Um, excuse me? If i made the reservations surely i'd put my name on it? Or at least know whose name was it under? Why we were treated that way from supposed to be a 4.5 star restaurant beats me. The service inside was great, food was great but fix your software and your inexperienced front desk!

Location was perfect, our table overlooked an amazing view and everyone was nice. Food was ok, not great, so you're basically paying for the location. I'm sure there are some good tasting items on the menu, we just didn't select the best ones, but our waitress did recommended both items.
I would get there early to enjoy the grounds. Oh and valet parking is $15, they did not validate or mention the cost for parking when you enter the gate.

The location is incredible. I saw it reviewed on"Check Please..." and took a friend for a special birthday. However, I was disappointed in the food. For instance, why serve a fish dish with a veal sauce? Especially something as purely delicious as scallops? Dessert menu was strange too. Maybe because it was the holidays. View was spectacular though, and service great.
