A mixed bag. On the plus side, good food, and excellent service. But quite a few negatives. Food was overall good but not great. Wines I had were disappointing and expensive, and by-the-glass options were limited for a place of this caliber. Very pretentious style/menu--lots of features I found frou-frou-y and distracting. (Meal was more of a production than a meal). Good view (and we had the table with the best view), but really nothing outstanding. Stark red and white décor (table cloths and chairs) not to my liking. Price extremely high for the value. Would hesitate to go again. Staff very nice and knowledgeable though.
Great atmosphere for a special occasion. Had Easter Brunch which was really good. Service was exceptional.
The chef always has something a little out of the ordinary. Sometimes he hits a home run, sometimes it is just a triple, but it is always worth the experience.
we loved the whole experience. thank you! I have to say thou that the staff was the best ever,
Greg, Sven, Nikki made a couple of rubes like us feel like royalty..My duck was perfect, the in between "tapas" were tasty and fun..The restaurant week thing took a bite out of the bill which was a plus too! We will return! Greg and Shirl, Belfast
As usual good service excellent food and very special
Had the pleasure of dining here on Thanksgiving. By far the best meal of my life. Amazing staff and exceptional dishes.
Been there three previous times and it’s a gem of a restaurant. This time for Thanksgiving it was a disaster. And I was not alone when watching others returning plates or seeing grimaces all around. They just got the menu and service for the holiday extremely wrong.
Exquisite and unforgettable.
Perfect romantic dinner!
Impeccable atmosphere. Attentive and wonderful service. Outstanding local food. Absolutely love the wine pairing.
The service, food and atmosphere was over the top great. The waiter and all the serving staff was so good. It is pricey, however it is a special experience I would recommend. We had the lobster tasting menu and the wine pairing, again pricey but it did not disappoint.
We stayed at Camden Harbor Inn which house Natalie's. The lobster tasting menu was fantastic. The wine pairings were superb. Somewhat pricey but worth it. Great staff and attention to detail
Absolutely the best dining experience I have had in a long time .staff wine steward everyone was knowledgeable and courteous! They certainly made me feel very special.! I needed that .
Amazing menu, service, and location. Perfect place for fine dining.
Staff was courteous and professional. They made us feel like we were the only patrons there. Food was tasteful and well presented by the staff when serving.
Impeccable service and food. Fine dining you didn't know existed in big cities, much less Camden. Totally worth it!
Outstanding gourmet dishes, and service, with the wine pairing that is excellent. Pricey, but worth it!! The wine pairing can be shared. Service was excellent at all levels.
Natalie's is always an excellent experience; the chef is innovative in both flavor combinations and presentation. The staff is attentive and friendly. This restaurant is a great Camden experience.
This say about visiting relay and Château setting with outstanding bar and inventive menu.
Staff was particularly pleasant and helpful and courteous. Food was generally excellent. Price was quite a bit higher than Primo.
We had the Chef Tasting Menu with wine pairing. A
delicious three hour experience with very attentive and highly knowledgeable staff. We look forward to our next visit.
Incredible view of ocean waves crashing on rocks. I cannot say it enough: incredible views. Also impeccable service. Impeccable. And impeccable food! And impeccable prices! You get what you pay for, I have always found. You may only have to sell one or two of your children. But you will have memories that last a lifetime. And you only live once, apparently.
The dining experience is fabulous with a choice of 3 tasting menus including one focused on lobster. This was our second dinner and I there will be many more.
We were celebrating the 60th anniversary of our first date 9/27/57! The food, the wine, the service, the ambiance,.....the whole experience: first class from start to finish.
I chose the 5 course lobster dinner with the wine pairings, my lovely wife chose the 4 course meal, also with the wine pairings. The food presentation was superb, the taste of each course a tantalizing taste bud adventure, and...the wines were very well selected to pair with each food course. Our wine steward explained the reasoning, and expectations with wine and the course about to be served. We were thoroughly impressed with Natalie's Restaurant! Definitely a place to go to for special occasions!
Food was mainly good, but not wonderful. Dishes are pretty fussy with many competing ingredients. Service was pretty slow and dinner took almost three hours. Restaurant is very lovely and a wonderful location.
A completely amazing experience in every way! Can't wait to go back!
The restaurant was near empty yet the service was painfully slow. The price was very high, but might have been worth it had the food been exceptional. Sadly, it was not. Just moderately good is the best we would give it.
Nothing short of superb. Wonderful menu, beautifully crafted cocktails, great service. The best in Camden.
Fantastic, creative, high quality food and presentation. Our waiter was a bit too serious/stuffy, but we had a delightful, romantic fine dining experience.
Spectacular evening with innovative presentation and wonderful local cuisine. The wine list was wonder and the sommelier was helpful and knowledgable. The meal last about 2.5 hours but was delightfully paced. The meal is expensive but well worth the experience.
The food, service and overall experience was outstanding! We both opted for the wine pairing meals....top notch and fun!

Memorable! I rarely give such 'high marks' but dinner at Natalie's was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The food was unexpected at times but always delicious. The location was charming and very comfortable. The service was friendly and attentive. Of course it all comes at a cost and it is was expensive but we were celebrating our anniversary and it was worth it.
Creative, delicious, impressively presented food in a beautiful location. Took the husband here for his birthday and we had a very satisfying meal. Both of us agreed it was one of the best meals we've had in Maine.
Outstanding presentation of creative cuisine. Nice ambiance. Good dining experience.
Natalie's restaurant is a proud member of Relais & Châteaux.
It deserves all its diamonds.
Spending an evening at Natalie's restaurant is by itself a valuable reason for spending a few days in Maine.
Very fine cuisine, several dedicated persons to take care of you and...you never get the bill untill you're really finished.
Really an outstanding place to go.
We shared with friends that we going to be in Camden, they brightened and told us about Natalie's .. It was perfect for our anniversary
We went to Natalies for a special dinner. The restaurant/ hotel is very nice and we did enjoy our dinner very much. The Staff was very nice and and helpful, especially the sommelier. We did the full tasting menu and the food was beautifully presented and fresh. Portions were a bit tiny (i.e. 1 oyster, 1 slice of beef), and everything was just ok, but not exceptional or especially memorable . I do not expect huge portions with a tasting but I did find this meal a little skimpy.
I did not want goat and they were happy to substitute. I would be reluctant to recommend with such a limited menu. Overall, we are happy we went and we did enjoy the experience but would not be anxious to go back.
Natalie's is without a doubt the best restaurant anywhere in Midcoast Maine and rivals even the best restaurants in Portland and beyond. The service is always effortless and superb, the kitchen easily accommodates allergies and dietary restrictions without compromising the quality of the food, and the cocktail program is coup de grace that puts it over the top into the perfect evening.
Always a delight. Dined earlier in the summer when a seasonal place can get more staff and the service was a bit more prompt and attentive, but the kitchen remains outstanding. Great place for a special occasion or if you just want a top notch meal. Natalie's would be competitive with the top tier restaurants in Chicago (one of America's great dining cities).
