Awesome food and awesome service. I can see why it's a super popular restaurant, thus, too many people in the tight indoor space. Since we are still in pandemic, I think it's too crowded for the indoor seating. Other than that, it's an awesome experience, and we will definitely go back (and reserve the outdoor table).
I love Naschmarkt. The staff is always attentive and accommodating on all levels. I had an outside table and it was very loud, but in a way that's good for downtown Campbell. People are in town and eating in the restaurants. There were a lot of cars and hundreds of bike riders going through town. On a negative side, the bike riders were also riding on the sidewalks, making it unsafe for those eating outside as well as the wait staff. This is no reflection on Naschmarkt, but the City needs more restrictive rules on where they should ride.
Overall, my dinner out with a friend that I hadn't seen in over a year, was a positive experience and Naschmarkt is a wonderful restaurant.
Consistently excellent, from our first visit when they were recently open, and over the years including our most recent visit.
Delicious food. However, pretty pricey. A delicious TWO scallop appetizer was $21.
Overall our experience was very good. We were a bit early so we asked a staff if we could get a drink next door and will come back. Unfortunately our drinks took awhile to be served as well. By the time we got our drinks, we were ready to be seated. But Naschmarkt refused for us to bring over our drinks. The host said we take the chances of losing our reservation if we tried to finish our drinks. We understand they want us to order drinks from them which we will anyway. Anyway, the host was not friendly at this point, just stern. He could have been nice about it in explaining.
Excellent food and excellent service. A little bit noisy.
Food OK, but nothing special. Very limited vegetarian options
Always great food n service. Consistent!
Artic Char n spatzle my favs. Wine list loveable. Bob is friendly and welcoming.
The food and service are very good at Naschmarkt. My only criticism is they heavily salt the food and for those of us who prefer little salt, it interferes with the taste.
Excellent food and service. Cold cucumber soup and arctic char entrees were superb.
Love Naschmarkt been going for years. The food is always fantastic slo g with the service ! They were going to close so happy they changed their plans!
Wonderful service, delicious food. It’s wonderful to be able to enjoy restaurants again
My Mom and I have gone to Naschmarkt now 3 times it has always been perfect .We enjoyed our cocktails which they serve in my mothers in a cut crystal tumbler that mom loved. The servicer was very attentive to us throughout the meal which was perfect,I enjoyed the spring rabbit. It was a prefect post Covid dinner out with Mom (86)
We dined indoors since there was a wait for outdoor tables. The tables inside were well spaced out - at least 8ft apart by my estimation. The service was attentive but not hovering. The food was delicious- scallops appetizer was refreshing and sumptuous. I had the Spring Rabbit which was tasty. Hubby had the Regular Schnitzel and it was a huge piece of chicken. Very delicious with the lingonberry sauce. We shared the chocolate cake and the restaurant gave us a trio of sorbets to commemorate Hubby’s bday. The passion fruit flavor was amazing.
The food is delicious, the service impeccable and overall the restaurant manages to remain competitive in price with less refined restaurants in downtown Campbell. We will definitely be back!
We went there for the first time. Everything tasted good. Great service.
Excellent on all fronts! I had only been once before. My new favorite in Campbell!
We’ve been regulars here for several years and we’re never disappointed! The service is incredible and there are always specials on the menu to try new things. We love coming back here !
Nice location, nice selection of high quality food. A little pricey.
Overall, the food and service were excellent. The only disappointment was that there was no milk alternative for coffee.
The service was impeccable. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. The wine recommendations were spot on. The staff were attentive and accommodating to my husband’s gluten intolerance. We have loved both times we’ve dined. It’s a great date night spot!
The staff was wonderful and attentive. We sat at the bar and Jon took great care of us.
Great creative cocktails and the food was delicious.
Great, authentic Austrian food. Salzberger Knockerl was amazing!
My birthday dinner. Food was excellent, the server was very knowledgeable and helpful. We tried a Austrian red wins, blaufrankisch, that was wonderful. Just a great experience.
We go every year for our anniversary. It's the best!
The server was so friendly with great food recommendations. The restaurant noise level was just perfect where it’s not too loud and quiet enough to talk with your group.
Awesome restaurant! Food is great, and super friendly service.
Great food and service, highly recommend this restaurant.
Jose and staff well done as good as ever
Just a lovely place to eat - good service, great food and a favorite of mine!
The food was outstanding. The jager schnitzel was delicious, Hungarian goulash was wonderful and the kraut rouladen was outstanding. The red cabbage was delightful. The desserts were adequate but not as outstanding as the rest of the food. We could have done without the band playing across the street but the restaurant didn’t control them.
A real neighborhood gem with wonderful food and service. Everything we tried was outstanding, from the goat cheese purse salad to the wiener schnitzel and beef goulash entrees and finally the salzburger nockerl souffle.
Service here was quick and unfailingly friendly. With it being our first time to the restaurant, our server went out of his way to help us with making our selections. He also gave us a great recommendation for wine without just upselling us to the most expensive bottle on the wine menu.
We were sitting outside and when the evening air began to cool off, other staff in the area (as our server was busy helping another table) were quick to offer to turn on the heat lamps adjacent to our table. I always appreciate it when a restaurant makes a point of having sufficient heat lamps for all outdoor tables when the weather gets chilly, and Naschmarkt absolutely did.
The food was rich and delicious (hats off to the kitchen), our wine choice was really good, but the efforts by our server and the other staff that really made this a great dinner to celebrate my GF's birthday. Props to the whole staff and I hope the owner treats them well for their efforts.
We are looking forward to coming here again in the coming months. 10/10 would recommend.
Food always outstanding. Love the mix of Austrian and CA dishes. Top restaurant in South Bay. Must try.
Better food than we remember from when we lived in Vienna about 50 years ago-- especially the weaner schnitzel, and the desserts!
We love Naschmarkt and have gone here frequently. We ate outside at some of the spaced tables due to Covid. It will be great once the dining is back inside. The smoked chicken spatzel appetizer is great, and we love both the classic wiener schnitzel and also the mushroom lager schnitzel.
Awesome food, service and happy to resume indoor dining
Had an out of town guest from Chicago. It was the first visit for both of us. We had Kraut Rouladen and Hungarian Beef Goulash and ended the meal with Apfel Strudel. It was a satisfied dinner. :)
We went there for dinner, and had the NY Steak and a goulash meal. The steak was perfect, and the goulash was excellent.
Outstanding were the cocktails which are nice to have after the pandemic, and Sal the bartender made us perfect drinks. Actually he is a "mix-ologist" and I just told him what I liked in a drink, and he crafted it. Service was excellent as well and we are glad to be back.
Friendly attentive service. Good wine selection. Halibut was cooked perfect. Pork schnitzel was very good. Scallops a little under cooked. Wonderful strawberry crepe dessert. A wonderful outdoor seating dinner for my birthday.
