7;30pm dinner reso was received right away. Restaurant was 50% full. Cute atmosphere. we were a party of 4. Waitress super cute and friendly. We all ordered meat dishes, and the meat was cooked perfectly. However big disappointment was the warm sides dishes, specific the brussel sprouts & sweat potatoes all were cold. Cornbread complimentary but seemed old.

Naples Rib Company goes above and beyond in service and quality. They are our go to for my office and other celebrations as well as just a wonderful meal during the week. Highly recommend. Naples Rib Company will not disappoint!

Absolutely the best ribs. We live in Corona and drive to Naples just to eat here. Great food, great atmosphere, valet parking, great place to take friends for dinner.

It's a very busy spot on a Saturday night. Even with a reservation we waited 20 minutes for our table and then service was slow. However, the food is delicious - they know their ribs!

These folks know how to prepare quality, tasty, and hardy ribs. They have a variety of selections and portion sizes. The Chili is a "knock out" just the right amount of everything that makes a great Chili. The sides are just what that meal needs. GOOD, GOOD.

They were busy on a Saturday evening, but the server was spot-on and did a great job. We'll be back. If you're on the fence jump off and come on down for some good food.

This was our 2nd visit for dinner. Food was very good both times. Only have 2 suggestions.
1) Should consider some sort of arrangement regarding the valet parking situation (validate?).
Paying an extra $4 + tip to park your car 25 feet from the door seems like a nickle and dime thing.
2) Seat patrons in the same general area for specific servers. Although both times we had good service, because their tables were obviously very spread out, sometimes we wouldn't see our waitperson for as long as 10-15 mins.
No matter what, we will be back for sure!

I love Naples Rib Joint. They have great food combined with a casual and comfortable ambiance.

The food was good. The combo platter was massive, so we took home food. I had the shrimp skewer which was excellent. It's good "down home" cooking in a nice place.

Been coming here for years. Date night - with grandchildren and now usually monthly with friends and my husband. Food is great and so are the drinks and the service. Thank you Naples Rib for being our go to place.

We had Easter lunch here with 5 adults and a baby and they were so accommodating. The food and service was great. We’d be back!

My wife and I has another extraordinary meal and service at Naples Rib Company. We each ordered the 3-meat combination. We left with full stomachs and ample left overs for a second meal.

This is a great spot because there is terrific value for the dollar spent. Also, there are multiple choices for gluten-free diets. You will not walk away hungry. Service was prompt and friendly. One order of Tri-Tip was a little dry, but flavorful. Our waiter blew through the beer line-up even though the menu told us to ask. Other than that, everything was great.

My boyfriend is from North Carolina and I'm from Texas, so we're both pretty picky about bbq. I'm happy to say this is the best bbq I've found yet in California. The ribs, I was surprised to find, were just okay; maybe this one visit was an off day or I had an older batch or something. I would definitely be willing to try them again. The macaroni was also nothing special. But the pulled pork, brisket, Louisiana sausage, and bbq chicken were all absolutely fantastic. They served the meat mostly dry and put extra bbq sauce on the table, but the only thing we used the extra sauce for was the mediocre ribs. Nothing else needed it. It was International Whiskey Day when we went so I got the rye Old Fashioned, and it was the best OF I've had in recent memory, so the bartender did well by us too. We'll definitely be back.

First, I was grateful they took reservations for two; not every place does. Then we appreciated the menu options for gluten-free diets. The service was real good; not overly attentive, but available and responsive. The ribs were delicious, if slightly dry. With all the side options and entree inclusions, you won't go away hungry. Good value; good vibe.

Naples Rib Co. has been one of our go-to restaurants for many years. They have great food and a terrific vibe that starts right when you walk through the door. Extra perks include a friendly valet, and a lovely magic lady that brings a little mystery and a whole lot of fun to your table.

We always enjoy Naples Rib. Love the Baby Back ribs and the Tri-tip especially. Because the total does add up a bit, we like to keep it for special occasions. However, the servings are huge and we usually get 1 or 2 more meals out of all we take home with us.

Naples food is always fantastic, the service is strong and you will always leave satisfied.

A very cozy place if you’re having dinner w/ your loved ones.

Arrived for our 8 o’clock reservation and were seated. We placed our our order, an appetizer and two dinners. We got our appetizer in a pretty timely fashion but that was it. It took an hour, maybe a little longer, to receive our dinners. We had to go locates our server and the manager. Both said “ oh we have a 17- member party and their meals need to come out first.” Which made no sense as those around us who were seated after us, ordered, ate, and left before we even received our food! The manager (Cesar) had nothing to say, he didn’t even bother to come and check to make sure we received our food. One of the most unprofessional and indifferent managers I have ever encountered. Yes, we love the food, but not good enough to endure being treated so terribly. We will not be returning and will advise others of this experience

Food was disappointing. Service was the only thing that saved the night.

We went to celebrate my Daughter’s 17th Birthday to have Prime Rib, we even brought a cake. After being brought cornbread and drinks and we placed our order.. the waiter said he “thought’ he overheard there wasn’t any Prime Rib left. Once he confirmed, we left as that is why we went there. We had to get the cake back but we did get a basket of sausage I think to go .
Very Disappointing. Ya, Total Bummer.
They owe my daughter a Prime Rib Birthday dinner on the house. Can you imagine ?

Overall we had a good experience. The food was great and waiter was terrific. The only issue was when a non-reservation was seated before we were. We did talk to the manager and it was resolved to our satisfaction. I would recommend this restaurant.
