Widely recognized as the premier barbecue spot in Long Beach, Naples Rib Co. offers their signature Baby Back Ribs, St. Louis Ribs, & Beef Ribs. They also serve Slow Roasted Tri-Tip, Prime Rib, Steaks, Shrimp, Fish and innovative Salads. The main dining room consists of mostly cozy booths. The bar has 3 TV's tuned to local sports with 7 seats at the bar counter top and 7 tables. We accommodate large parties in out Banquet Room which can seat anywhere from 6 to 50 guests and is perfect for family celebrations. We have a 15 minute grace period on all reservations. I have been taking my family here since my kids were little (they are now grown). The food and service is always top notch. We do a lot of big family events and holidays there and they never disappoint until this time. We went for Mother's Day dinner. We had reservations, when we arrived we were seated within a few minutes. Things were going great like always. Then we met our waiter 10 minutes later... We finally were able to put our drink and appetizer order in. Then we wait... Appetizers came out before our drinks did. When our waiter finally came back with our drinks (appetizers are now half gone) we had placed our food order. As we finish our appetizers and drinks, we are now hoping for drink refills. At this point, we haven't seen our waiter in over 20 minutes. When our food comes out our drinks are still empty. Our waiter finally comes back to check on us after we were already half way done with our food. Had to ask for drinks, napkins, etc.. This was the last time we had seen our waiter till it was time to pay. We had to ask other waiters and bussers for anything else we needed. When he finally shows up with the bill, we had asked for boxes a slice of cheesecake, drink refills and hot towels. comes back 10 mins later with boxes and the adjusted bill only. I sign, give cash tip and he walks away never to be seen again. Ended up having to ask another waiter for drink refills as we wait for my wife's slice of cheesecake. In the end, the food was great as always, and the other waiters and bussers were absolutely awesome. Our waiter on the other hand... Not so great. I understand that days like this are busier than normal. But again, we have been coming here for many, many years on holidays and have never had any issues like this.

I took my wife for Mother’s Day she did not enjoy her food she took it home in a box. I tried to give my wife a good Mother’s Day gift and thanks to this restaurant I fell flat she was not happy at all

Outstanding… food excellent and the quantity required a few take home boxes. It was a birthday celebration event for mom. Our server made the event especially nice 😊by taking time to interact w all of us, especially the birthday girl. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Be prepared to have a large dinner. I order off the senior menu and was stuffed. I took my chickn drumstick home and some of my ribs! I did add a dinner salad on the side but still it was a lot of food for me. Great service, always with a smile. We are BIG fans! Join their rewards program. It is the best!

Had a fantastic dinner at Naples Rib Company with a group of friends! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, the sides were spot on (don’t skip the garlic potatoes), and the service was fast, friendly. Ohhhh and can't forget the cornbread. The atmosphere was warm and lively—perfect for a group hangout or family dinner. Pro tip: make a reservation—we saw folks waiting up to two hours without one over the weekend. Worth the visit if you are in the area! Looking forward to coming back.

It's just ok. Better experience at Newport. Everything was better. Nearly empty parking lot and still trying to charge for value valet. Overall would have rather went to Lucille's.

We have been customers for many years and yesterday was the first time we left feeling disappointed. Server never brought out onion loaf, food was barely warm and meats were greaser than usual. My husband asked for a bun in order to eat his brisket that was swimming in grease. Sure enough the server charged $4.25 for ONE flat hamburger bun (close to double the cost of a package of eight buns at the grocery store). It’s not so much about the money, but seriously, we had to ask multiple times for the basics: butter, bbq-sauce, napkins. We will likeky move on to another bbq restaurant.
