Great food and drinks at moderate prices. Location is great across from the river and an easy walk from downtown Napa hotels. We can vouch for the salmon, steak, and sliders which were very good. Margs and martinis too. Nice atmosphere with pictures of old Napa. Good for dinner with friends.
Best calamari ever, and loved the seafood with the curry touch!
Food was very good! Bianca out waitress was warm and welcoming! Nice place for a meal.
Had a great time celebrating a birthday here! Service was great (thank you Catlynn!) and the food was tasty! Also, we had two children in our party and was pleased to see the restaurant was family friendly with Kids menus and an activity set! We'll be back! :-)
Great experience! Everyone was so nice and the food was fantastic!
Delicious food. The meatball appetizer was wonderful and the vegetable Wellington was excellent!
Nice small restaurant, great location, excellent food well prepared, prices reasonable.
Very good service and delicious food!! Had. surprise from a waiter.. Very surprising!! Loved it.
Food was good, but it wasn't very busy and it still took a surprisingly long time for someone to take our drink orders and to get our food.
Napkins gets better every time we go. We were two couple catching up since we hadn’t seen each other for over a year. Waitress memorized our order and got everything right. We brought in a bottle of wine and they didn’t charge corkage - leaving budget room for dessert. Excellent!
The service was fantastic!!! In my opinion that's what makes dining a great experience!
Surprised by how good this food was! Cheese plate, house - made guac, and queso were each outstanding. And they filled us up, so no entrees for us. My white Russian was okay though the cream seemed frozen. The second one was better. I'd eat here again and will make it a destination next time in Napa!
The food was very good--the filet was excellent, however, the noise level was way too high for a romantic birthday celebration. Looks like a great place for big groups.
Great service. And delicious food.
I have been here a couple of times now and the food and service are always consistently good. This time however the restaurant was full, all the TVs were on and they had a musician playing live music. It was very distracting and hard to carry a conversation. In my opinion the place is just too small for live music. Plus it irritates me to have to yell to have a conversation with friends. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for it's food and service consistency.
Nice vibe. Service was very good. Food pretty good. Quick dinner, drop in, close by home - will go again.
They were very busy. Our waitress was nice but not around enough. Another waiter brought our main course but no one came prior so we had to hold our empty salad plates up in the air so he could put the main ones down... unacceptable. He said oh next time you come sit in my area and walked off... the food was good but not enough salt on anything and no garlic in the mashed potatoes. We also had to pour our wine. Not sure if we will return.
We had Valentine's Day lunch here and it was so good. Attentive service, kid friendly food, a booster chair and balloon for the 2.5 yr old in our party. Our server was all smiles and the food was top notch. My best salad had heart shaped beets on it. Heart beets, on Valentine's Day. Get it?!?!?! LOVE! Zero complaints. Really want to come back and experience the club vibe they have on Fri & Sat!!!
The wings, fried chicken sandwich, and bulleit cocktail were fantastic. Katelyn was awesome
Went for brunch with my granddaughter & her friend. The menu didn't have a lot of breakfast options that were appealing for the teens and the only option for my eggs benedict was with salmon. I asked for no salmon and substituted avocado instead. The benedict was served to me with the salmon and had to be taken back to be reworked. I was charged full price for the benedict with Salmon and charged extra for the avocado. Not ideal. Nice to have music there for Sunday brunch, but the volume was a bit loud so not conducive to conversation without raising your voice a bit.
Wonderful food, friendly staff and lots of fun!
Met up with a couple for dinner to celebrate my guy’s bday. Since it was a Friday night and the end of a workday we wanted something casual but with good food and an atmosphere where we could visit since we don’t see other often. I had read about their chef, formerly of Mustards, and was hopeful after reviewing the menu online. I decided on the Habanero Chicken which was delicious, served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. My boyfriend had the hanger steak which he loved. Our friends ordered the ribs and Caesar salads. They also loved their choices. The restaurant wasn’t busy on this particular night so it was easy to talk and comfortable but I wouldn’t say cozy. I think it would be fairly loud when full. Service was fine but because it wasn’t busy I felt like we could’ve had a bit more attention. I’m in the service industry so I notice things others may not even care about. Still, it was a great night out and I’d still recommend it. Go for the food.
We had reservations, but were seated 30 minutes after our scheduled time. They did apologize for it though.
Chose this restaurant because it seemed a quick in quick out. Had tickets and were on a time schedule. It was SO loud! Super packed. Alcohol flows, large counter seating and HUGE TV screens. The food bad, at lease what we had, we both had the Fried Chicken Sandwich with cheese on a bun. It was a super thin (1/4 in at most) piece of chicken, breaded and browned (not fried) and the cheese was non-existent. It was smothered in guacamole and some spicy sauce neither of which worked certainly not together. Mine came with a side Salad (soggy, just lettuce) and his was $3 extra to sub fries which were really good but $3? No salad on his. The staff is nice and friendly but BUSY. Price was close to $50 for 2 beers, 2 sandwhiches ($16/ea) $3 sub fries and tip. Not worth a penny. Be prepared the large TV screens and huge counter seating attracts a younger crowd especially during a game. It was packed, and so loud it was hard to talk and it was early (7pm). They cram people in there too so you will be close to the people you are dining with if not sharing a bench seat against the window. The alcohol flows so that amps up the noise level too. I think its the location right on Main with lots of people happening by that draws the crowd. Looks inviting and busy but keep walking!
Napkins is a must dine location when in Napa! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service was impeccable. Bottomless mimosas are a must! Everything was wonderful. Ask for Jasmine...she was excellent!
The Niman burger was amazing! The house salad and guacamole was fantastic as well.
Our waitress was very friendly and pleasant!!! Food was good and a great lunch price!!! Would return for sure!!!
We visited Napa for winery tour. We wanted to have a nice dinner for our special day.
The dinner was really good!
We were seated in a separate room and it repeatedly felt like our server forgot about us
Friendly staff - gluten free options - clean food (Niman ranch beef) delicious meal - great ambiance - wonderful dining experience! Kid friendly as well
Good food; reasonably priced. Friendly waitstaff.
Nice live (unexpected) music but too loud for a small space and quiet conversation. We will return.
Overall service was great and food is a step up from regular pub food. Found it strange that they don’t service fries automatically with burgers - you have to order a large basket of them instead if you want any. I got the bacon cheeseburger - burger cooked as I’d ordered by the brioche bun tasted stale - it was very very dry.
Quick good service and the food was awesome. In and out in less than 1 hour. Would definitely go back.
Food was good. Service was excellent.
It was wonderful! Great looking restaurant with comfortable seating. Bottomless mimosas at brunch were great. Food was delicious and enjoyed the live music. Definitely coming back!
A really good place for dinner before an event at the Napa Uptown Theater. Also a good cocktail place.
Good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Great place, lunch was very reasonable. I can highly recommend this place and would go there again
Went for brunch and was delighted by the gluten-free options available. Bottomless mimosas at $15 was definitely a welcome sight as well. I got there around 11:30 and was treated to some acoustic guitar at 12, also very fun. Will be back again.
Good service and food, but the scene was a bit chaotic and the crowd was a little rowdy
