   I was not informed that I had to order inside. So after the staff send me outside, where I was the only customer, they let me wait until I came back to ask them why they would not ask for my order. The lady obviously did not care and prioritize the dashers who came after me. I was the only dining-in customer. They would not bring me plate and cutlery but packed it as if I wanted to take it out. Incompetent staff. Just the chicken was good. I would think twice if I ever come again.

   Cant actually say what the food was like as when we arrived we were told they could not fullfill the reservation as there cooking facilities had stopped working so they could not cook any Chicken

   The food was undercooked. The marianation is totally different than anywhere else in the world. Staff is horrendous. Not friendly, not smiley, not corteous and not attentive to clients. Place is dirty. For all this c***, it is still not cheap.

   Doesn't seem as good as it was a few years ago. Food was a bit less appetizing. Dry. You can have some things added to your order from the menu, but not others..its not a place I'd go back to now.

   We hit this restaurant during peak rush on a Friday evening. Beware that a ‘reservation’ here may result in a table (one actually wasn’t reserved for us when we arrived), but we you still have to line-up to place an order at the counter (the queue was enormous - 15 or 20 minutes, at that time). Food quality was mixed- my chicken skewers were too charred/overcooked, veggies were limp and not well seasoned, but my date’s quarter chicken was good as were the rice and fries. The serving staff were pleasant but they forgot to bring 3 items we ordered and paid for - maybe just some new staff learning the ropes? I like the Nando’s franchises overall, for their flavourful fast casual food that isn’t overly processed. But some other locations offer a better experience than this one delivered.

   They don’t really use this app, so it was very confusing to check in. And it’s more fast food style

   Service was slow, waitress didn't get back to check on us. No soda machine or free style so we had bottled drinks which is such a waste and what restaurant doesn't have tap drinks? The mashed potatoes tasted so disgusting, it was like they were frozen or old and nobody even asked about the food or how we were doing by the time someone came we were done so that food was wasted. Chicken was good but sides were awful (mash). Wasn't worth it and will not be going back, as a franchise my family has been going to for decades and all over the world this was by far the worst and inconsistent with quality.

    Even though a table was booked we couldn't get in to get seated as the que was too long we couldn't wait so went elsewhere
