Nahm Thai Cuisine Ratings and Reviews
Always a lovely experience dining with Nahm. Upscale Thai food with white tablecloths and excellent service. Took special clients for a birthday lunch. All dishes include Coconut Chicken Soup or small green salad with sublime peanut ginger dressing. Curries are straightforward, or with short ribs, wild salmon or fresh tuna. I had Ginger Chicken Stir Fry and polished off a generous portion. Guests has Pad Thai noodles or Shrimp Stir Fry with Brown Sauce. Make sure you try the Coconut Cake!
We have been coming here for years and it never fails to please. I don’t think I have ever been to any restaurant that is as consistently excellent in quality and service as Nahm. The food is absolutely wonderful and the service is great. Try the coconut cake for dessert. It’s the best we’ve ever had ( including the fine dining places in Charleston known for their coconut cake! )
We can’t wait to return.
Maybe I'm spoiled by L'Thai Organic, but the food here wasn't as flavorful and fresh as I had expected. The sauces didn't taste like they were homemade and reminded me of what you get in the packets when you pick up cheap Chinese food. The basil spring roll was bland and overpowered by the very heavy and mustardy sauce. The papaya salad was tasty but way too spicy. The curry was "meh." I did enjoy the outside seating, and the servers were very sweet and attentive. I liked the place, but I didn't like their food.
We've been going here for years and are never ever disappointed. My parents 50th wedding anniversary was celebrated Saturday evening, and they sent over a complementary cocktail for us, appetizer, and desserts!! They went way above and beyond to accommodate their special day. The service was wonderful And Nahm always comes out to speak to our table. Thank you thank you !! please never change!!!
This is a intimate little restaurant where you can actually carry on a conversation with your table guests. Nice wine list and great Thai beer. The chef and wait staff were friendly and helpful with the various dishes. Food is fantastic - loved the appetizers to share. Will definitely return to this place.
We have always liked Nahm. My husband even takes his out of town clients there regularly. But this time our experience was at best subpar. Checking in
Process was terrible and our food was messed up. The noodles were overly spicy and just so so. The dipping sauce for basil rolls was too sour. Not sure if We will be going to Nahm anytime soon.
This was another EXCELLENT dinning experience as always. I praise this Chef and her restaurant because not only is the food par excellent, but the whole experience is amazing. Top customer service, top attention to detail, so much pride and effort to please the paying customers. We even were lucky enough tonight to meet the Owner/Chef as she came out tonight to personally ask us about our enjoyment, as well as thank us graciously for our patronage. If you want an unforgettable dining experience, give them a try. You cannot be disappointed no matter what you order. We will be back again and again, all the way from Douglasville, GA.. it's totally worth it!
This was the first visit here for my Wife and Myself on our Date Night. The Server was very hospitable and helpful regarding menu selection. The food was delicious and little details like a palette cleansing sorbet and scoop of ice cream afterwards were very appreciated. Nahm herself visited our Table and she was charming. We will definitely be back!
Wow! This restaurant is outstanding. We went here for our son's birthday and my husband and went back, sans our adult kids. When we returned, we were immediately "recognized" by the hostess. She remembered us from our last visit and this made us feel welcome. The food is delicious and fresh. The service friendly and unobtrusive. I really enjoy their specialty cocktails too. The chef came out personally to make sure we were pleased, but more impressive was that she remembered my son. Great little place. We're overdue for a visit back. You won't be disappointed.
Fantastic meal on a romantic anniversary night for my wife and I. Great bottle of Cabernet; cold papaya salad; Lemongrass Soup; Chilean Sea Bass; Shrimp (big and perfect) and Scallops with green curry.... unbelievably good. We love this place and could have gone anywhere in town. Owner and staff are kind and welcoming. Enjoy!!
