   I have enjoyed so many stellar meals at Naha and now we will all have to go to Brindille down the street to enjoy Chef Carrie Nahabedian's delicious cuisine and Michael Nahabedian's world class hospitality. Thank you, Carrie and Michael, and to the team at Naha, for all of the wonderful memories and I can't wait to make more with you at Brindille.

   What a shame to have had our “last supper” at Naha... we’ll miss her immeasurably! Brindille will have to suffice while we’re looking forward to Carrie’s next opening, but this address has been magical between Gordon Sinclair’s and Carrie’s artistry!

   You know how some restaurants there are SOME things on the menu that are amazing? Naha is't like that. EVERYthing is amazing. Seriously. You only have another week but GO. If you miss it, go to Brindille, their other restaurant. And a new one opening in the fall. Absolutely delicious ~ every bite. Beautiful presentation. Attention to detail throughout. Perfection.

   We love this place, especially for experiencing the dishes and their first class presentation and unique tastes the chef, Cary, brings to this family run establishment This time it was the famous burger at the bar ..... often suggested but we never experienced. The drinks were spot on with the pairing.

   This has always been my favorite restaurant in this category of dining. While I will miss Naha when it closes at the end of March, I look forward to seeing what the chef/owner and her team does with their new restaurant opening in the Fall.

    Absolute perfection at every turn. Service, ambiance, and the food! The food is heavenly! Clearly prepared with a lot thought,the highest quality ingredients and great skill and flair for flavor. Creative, delicious and I can't wait for the new Naha in the new space, wherever that may be!

    This restaurant has been around for a while and is not caught up in the hype of all the new restaurants opening in Chicago. The food and service is excellent, the way it should be. Nothing is done over the top, or attempted to go over the top. The experience of this restaurant is as a restaurant experience should be. Good food. Good wine. Good Service. Satisfying.

    Disappointing. What has been characterized as great food was mediocre. So called aged steak perfectly cooked but tough to the blade. I even asked for a sharper blade. Didn't help. Oversalted as if to tenderize. The duck was also cooked perfectly but had a one note taste, no depth of flavor. Great broth & sauce.

    Our server was working a private party as well as our table and at least one other table. He was extremely overtaxed and our service was just plain bad. He disappeared for long periods of time, was too busy to explain the menu, and at one point left us mid-sentence to attend to something else. I have eaten at Naha in the past and was really disappointed this time.

    Great food and meticulous service. Happy that they were able to accommodate two more people for our reservation with very short notice. It does take a while for the food to come out, so be patient! But otherwise well worth it to wait for the delicious meal. The Naha platter of hot freshly baked cookies put a smile on everyone's face to close the meal on a happy note.

    As usual, my dinner at Naha was just perfect. The scallops with scented Vanilla bean, clementines, parsnip and oxalis was a very delicate and tasty opener. My Wagyu Beef Brisket with carrots, celery root, fingerling potatoes, scallions and potatoes puree was phenomenal. The service was of the highest standard with great attention to detail. The waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend Naha!

    Naha always has some of the best food in the city. For a while it was our favorite restaurant. Unfortunately had to postpone our original reservation back to 9:30 from 7:30 and it felt like service took a noticeable hit because of it. While we love this place and have some great memories here, will probably make the rounds at the other Michelin Star places for a bit before coming back.

    Naha was fantastic! We arrived a little early and truly enjoyed sitting at the bar conversing with the mixologist. The drinks were heavenly and if you enjoy Purity vodka, they have it! We were seated at out table which gave us great views of both the restaurant and the street. Our wait persons were attentive and knowledgeable. We had delicious food and truly enjoyed every minute we spent at Naha. Anxious to return.

    Among the most luxurious dining experiences I have ever had. The ambience is luxurious and seductive in a way that is very subtle and warm. Service was excellent and food was worth their Michelin stars/James Beard Award

    We found this disappointing. Cauliflower soup was quite salty. Alaskan cod was bland. Duck and deserts were good. In general, though the ambience was very nice, the food was unspectacular.

    Naha was good, but with so many other great restaurants in Chicago, I don't think I would return a second time. Our waiter, Michael, was knowledgable and great at offering recommendations. The cocktails were excellent, but I felt that the food was slightly underwhelming for the price. We had a shitake and pasta starter in prosciutto that was big on flavor, but very small on portion. The salmon was well-prepared, but didn't see to have that Michelin Star quality I was expecting. Overall, the restaurant is clean and nice, but somehow feels a bit dated. That said, it has been in Chicago for close to two decades so they must be doing something right. The menu on their website is outdated as I assume they tend to switch up their entrees with the seasonal ingredients. Overall, not a bad bite per se, but a bit pricey without the "wow" factor for which I was hoping.

    This was our second time dining at Naha, and this time it did not fail to impress. The first time we dined was for Chicago Restaurant Week 2016, and we left very satisfied but not overly impressed considering the star. This year (2018) was definitely better. My SO and I each chose different courses so we were able to taste more. Every course we tried was a delight. I typically don't order oysters, but heard good things, so I ordered them. They definitely blew me away. The duck with foie gras was done to perfection, I finished the plate wishing it would never end. The steak was absolutely phenomenal. Perfectly tender, juicy, and flavorful. One of the best steaks I've ever had, including other Michelin Stars' and steakhouses' steaks. Typically we share a few bites, buy we each loved our entrees so much we were selfish and didn't want to share! I really enjoyed each plating as well, everything was well placed and fit with the overall dish. Both the deserts we got were great too, not too overpowering. Definitely will return to experience the regular menu.

    It would be impossible to offer NAHA a proper review during restaurant week. They did a marvelous job of accommodating so many people who may not otherwise get to darken the door of the restaurant. They served about 300% more people than normal so of course some of the NAHA experience will be lost, but what an effort, what grace shown by the owners and staff. A million thanks for a fine meal and a great time.
