Nada - Columbus
We loved the ambience and the food! Everyone had Eggs Benedicto or Goettadicto and we tried the salsa trio. The creamy corn salsa was my favorite, followed by the tomatillo. The red one was okay, just not my style for salsa. The French toast comes with candied almonds and banana slices.
We had been o Nada's when they first opened and were very happy with everything about it - great food and service. We have been back a couple of times and were excited to repeat our experience. This time we had an early reservation 5:30pm so the energy of a full restaurant was not expected. The margaritas were good. The tacos were too messy and we thought we recalled there used to be two tortillas that help hold the filling - if not, this would have helped. We had also been looking forward to the Cracked Potatoes from our earlier visits - crispy and very tasty. We were a little taken aback when they came in a sauce, which were good but not what we were wanting or expecting. Places change to their evolving patrons desires, but it wasn't the experience we had enjoyed and remembers from earlier visits with friends and family. Still a place to try out if you haven't yet, but maybe as they say - you can never go back.
Great place! They have amazing food and great service.
This was the first time dining there since they changed their menu. Too many items that were are favorites are now gone.
We have lived Nada in the past but not this time. They’ve taken many favorites off the menu. I ordered the soup & it came barely warm. They remade it which took awhile. It came out barely warm again. The management and server handled it well and professionally but were still disappointed.
Nice place, clean, food was good, EXCEPT, not hot when it got to our table.
I’m not a drinker, but some of my group were disappointed there were no “frozen” drinks on the menu
My waiter was AMAZING! But the food was the problem. I basically almost got full off of 2 baskets of tortillas and salsa before we got our food which was definitely not worth the price. I split 3 ways a bottle of sangria and steak fajita for 55$, the steak portion was very little. The food and drink was good but for 55$ it wasnt worth it. So servie was a 5 food not so much.
My husband’s Birthday dinner. We take an annual trip to Columbus and this is normally our choice of restaurant.
My pregnant friend had a piece of black plastic in her salad. The waitress was kind enough to expedite another one for her and took it off of our bill. Please bring the steak salad back!
One of the best tacos in the city! Favorite restaurant to go to when there is an event at Nationwide. So convenient.
Food was yummy and we sat on the patio!
Great! Excellent food and good service
Great ambiance and decor! Limited food menu. Wish you could mix and match the tacos. Drinks were fantastic.
This was a very good meal at a very good price. Excellent service as we were a little late, but the staff did a great job of getting everything going quickly. All (10) were very complementary towards the food and service. I would highly recommend.
Amazing server and service. Great atmosphere, music, food, and our server took amazing care of us.
Our experience at Nada was awesome! This was our first and truly loved it. Thanks for making our birthdays memorable. Tacos were amazing and so were the cocktails.
Many changes to the menu since the spring/summer. Lots of new options - which is good.
I do not like the new taco shells (not sure what changed, but they aren't as good).
Expensive for what you get. Have to pay $5 for chips and salsa and $5 each for tacos that weren't as good as what you get from a truck on the West Side for $1.50. Drinks were also just OK.
Basically, you are paying for the location, which is very convenient if you are going to the Arena.
We had two separate tables and they did a great job serving both tables and timing us together! Excellent place for dinner!
The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The service is HORRIBLE. The best staff we encountered was Andre, the busboy. He was very friendly and hardworking. Other than that, the entire staff needs retrained, including the manager who we spoke to about our server. The food is C+ level but way overpriced. Convenient location makes it easy to go there when out for a game or concert in Cbus.
Food was great. Service was spectacular. Ambiance was amazing. Will become a normal date night spot for us!
Horrible food terrible gross not worth the money at all
Took almost 20 minutes to get drink order, one beer and a bottle of wine. Only got part of the food order, menu change was uninspiring, server had a bit of an attitude. Probably won’t be back.
Love the atmosphere here! Every part of dinner was a delicious experience. Highly recommend the loaded queso!
Nice place that had the feel of a chain restaurant a little bit. The food was good and a bit unique in a good way. My sangria tasted like watered down Kool-Aid with a little bit of wine mixed in.
Food was slow, but they made up for with outstanding service and took money off the bill.
We had a table of 7 reserved to see a concert in the area. We arrived at 6 pm where seated and the service was slow. The waiter inquired about us going to the concert and made condescending comments about how old we were which was odd. He put in our drinks and left for 15+ more mins till a runner brought the drinks for him. He then seemed very overwhelmed taking the tables order. 20+ min went but and 2 people at our table still didn’t have drinks. Then a new server comes over to take over our table. She gets the food and drinks corrected but never check back after that with a few sides missing from the order. We enquirer what happened to the other server and she told us he walked out and quit mid shift. At this point it has been 2 hrs and we were gonna be late to our concert. The new server had a very hard time doing the bill. She did it so poorly my friend where having to figure out venmo-ing each other money to make things even between us. Thru out all of this we never once had a manager apologize to us or had anything comped from our bill and we were made 30 mins late to our concert because it took 2.5 hrs to get dinner!!! I was extremely dissatisfied but we needed to get going we were already very late. I wouldn’t recommend nada to anyone after this horrible experience.
Well...our server quit mid-shift because he was too overwhelmed with the pre-event crowd, though it wasn’t quite that busy.
Tacos and enchiladas really good
Sangria was very good as well
I'm a fan of all things Mexican and so are my parents, so it makes for the perfect dinner spot when they visit me in Columbus. This past experience was actually a break from moving me into my new apartment, so the drinks and food were well deserved. Our server was also the sweetest - shout out to T.
The staff was incredible- personable, friendly, went way out of their way for our new osu freshmen. Love it here and will be back!
Had a great dinner and service ! Everyone was friendly and the waiter Zane was awesome ! Outdoor seating was fabulous ! Would definitely go back.
Chips and guacamole and chicken tacos were yummy as usual. The Kale Caesar salad had a few yellow leaves, but the taste was good. The cauliflower tacos were missing something. I wouldn’t order them again. Nada was hopping ahead of a concert- bar area was packed and noisy. Thankful our table was toward the back where it was quieter. Our server, Stephanie was great.
Went to a concert at Nationwide and this was perfect. Parking garage right next door, sat on the patio which is really nice and the food and service were perfect. Definitely would recommend to anyone attending an event there or not - just a great place to go.
We made reservations to eat at Nada before the Queen concert. We went early and happily sat and looked over the menu. We appreciated the host asking us if the reservation after ours would give us enough time. When we said no they said they could seat us in the bar area. That worked out great and we were happy not to be rushed. The service was slow and the food was average (salsa, queso and chips, Mac and cheese and quesadilla-nothing spectacular) we ordered drinks and enjoyed them (although not at all spirit forward). The two couples beside us had a different menu so we asked to see it. It was the happy hour menu. When we received our bill, we had been charged full price for 4 items that were on the happy hour menu. We were told by our server (when we inquired) that because there was an event (concert) they only offered the happy hour to those that asked for it. WHAT? Wait! WHAT? Who runs their business like this? Shady and inexcusable. The people beside us were from Cincinnati and said they have never heard of this and go to Nada there. I am sad and disgusted by the shadiness of this act. There are plenty of choices in the arena district and we will be choosing another next time. Shame on you Nada. If you decide to go here make sure you ASK for happy hour because apparently it’s a secret club
The food was fantastic. This was our first visit and we loved our meal.
The food was wonderful and filling. Great taste. Atmosphere was nostalgic. Really enjoyed.
Brunch date. Food, service and ambience was amazing!
Our server (wish I knew his name) is BY FAR one of the BEST SERVERS in the industry! We were there before a concert across the street. He answered our questions, helped us with the menu, and went above and beyond to make sure that our dinner was exceptional. We will definitely return -
Love the decor of the restaurant. Our server was great and the food was delicious. We sat on the patio and it was very private and comfortable.
