Nada - Columbus
We had a table of 7 reserved to see a concert in the area. We arrived at 6 pm where seated and the service was slow. The waiter inquired about us going to the concert and made condescending comments about how old we were which was odd. He put in our drinks and left for 15+ more mins till a runner brought the drinks for him. He then seemed very overwhelmed taking the tables order. 20+ min went but and 2 people at our table still didn’t have drinks. Then a new server comes over to take over our table. She gets the food and drinks corrected but never check back after that with a few sides missing from the order. We enquirer what happened to the other server and she told us he walked out and quit mid shift. At this point it has been 2 hrs and we were gonna be late to our concert. The new server had a very hard time doing the bill. She did it so poorly my friend where having to figure out venmo-ing each other money to make things even between us. Thru out all of this we never once had a manager apologize to us or had anything comped from our bill and we were made 30 mins late to our concert because it took 2.5 hrs to get dinner!!! I was extremely dissatisfied but we needed to get going we were already very late. I wouldn’t recommend nada to anyone after this horrible experience.
Well...our server quit mid-shift because he was too overwhelmed with the pre-event crowd, though it wasn’t quite that busy.
Tacos and enchiladas really good
Sangria was very good as well
I'm a fan of all things Mexican and so are my parents, so it makes for the perfect dinner spot when they visit me in Columbus. This past experience was actually a break from moving me into my new apartment, so the drinks and food were well deserved. Our server was also the sweetest - shout out to T.
Had a great dinner and service ! Everyone was friendly and the waiter Zane was awesome ! Outdoor seating was fabulous ! Would definitely go back.
Chips and guacamole and chicken tacos were yummy as usual. The Kale Caesar salad had a few yellow leaves, but the taste was good. The cauliflower tacos were missing something. I wouldn’t order them again. Nada was hopping ahead of a concert- bar area was packed and noisy. Thankful our table was toward the back where it was quieter. Our server, Stephanie was great.
Went to a concert at Nationwide and this was perfect. Parking garage right next door, sat on the patio which is really nice and the food and service were perfect. Definitely would recommend to anyone attending an event there or not - just a great place to go.
We made reservations to eat at Nada before the Queen concert. We went early and happily sat and looked over the menu. We appreciated the host asking us if the reservation after ours would give us enough time. When we said no they said they could seat us in the bar area. That worked out great and we were happy not to be rushed. The service was slow and the food was average (salsa, queso and chips, Mac and cheese and quesadilla-nothing spectacular) we ordered drinks and enjoyed them (although not at all spirit forward). The two couples beside us had a different menu so we asked to see it. It was the happy hour menu. When we received our bill, we had been charged full price for 4 items that were on the happy hour menu. We were told by our server (when we inquired) that because there was an event (concert) they only offered the happy hour to those that asked for it. WHAT? Wait! WHAT? Who runs their business like this? Shady and inexcusable. The people beside us were from Cincinnati and said they have never heard of this and go to Nada there. I am sad and disgusted by the shadiness of this act. There are plenty of choices in the arena district and we will be choosing another next time. Shame on you Nada. If you decide to go here make sure you ASK for happy hour because apparently it’s a secret club
The food was fantastic. This was our first visit and we loved our meal.
The food was wonderful and filling. Great taste. Atmosphere was nostalgic. Really enjoyed.
Brunch date. Food, service and ambience was amazing!
Our server (wish I knew his name) is BY FAR one of the BEST SERVERS in the industry! We were there before a concert across the street. He answered our questions, helped us with the menu, and went above and beyond to make sure that our dinner was exceptional. We will definitely return -
Love the decor of the restaurant. Our server was great and the food was delicious. We sat on the patio and it was very private and comfortable.
We always have a great experience at Nada; good food and good service!
Delicious food and served in a timely manner for us to get to our next location!
The enchiladas tho!! Yummmmmy!
I had the lobster lettuce wraps and they were yummies!!
The food is fantastic but on concert or game nights they hurt their bartenders because not enough to take care of the crowd so the servers have it hard!
The food was delicious especially the steak fajitas.
Waitress was extremely knowledgeable
We love Nada’s. Have been there several times to celebrate various occasions. Good food and service.
It was great!
We celebrated summer season birthdays as a small group. We had a great table outside. Service was great as was the food.
The service was terrible. It took almost 30 minutes to get drinks, around 40 minutes to place an order and the food took forever. It seems like the restaurant does not have a plan when big events are happening in the arena district (i.e. clippers game, concert, etc) and are not staffed appropriately. Also, they are not fully stocked in their menu, causing additional frustration because there was a good amount of items out of stock.
New menu is the same old cost saving story. What a shame. This place used to be great.
We had a large group from work attend for lunch. A few items were a little greasy (quesadilla). But all in all, a great experience!
The interior design of this restaurant is so cute. Food was delicious but a little expensive for what it is. Our waitress wasn't the friendliest but I would still go back.
Never had to pay for salsa and chips
The dishes were overpriced and more on deco then taste
The drink was delish
Have no interest in returning, sorry
That was THE BEST brunch we’ve had in quite a long time. Delicious flavors & wonderful service!!!
Good food, friendly service, good location near downtown activity, outdoor patio seating adds to the experience. Will go again.
Extremely loud inside so we ate outside, which was comfortable. Our waitress was great. It was Restaurant Week so we ordered from the special menu which was basically a few options for an appetizer, tacos, and dessert from the regular menu at a pre fixed price that saved a few dollars. The food was very good. We had gazpacho, chicken tacos and cauliflower tacos, donuts, and super delicious caramel flan. Nice place with easy parking right by the hockey arena.
It was wonderful!!!!!
After eating here in previous years, I was pleased to see the same great atmosphere. However, the menu had changed and had removed the build your own salsa our group loved so much. We were also very disappointed that the Happy Hour menu is ONLY offered at the bar which was also a change from previous visits. We even tried to order drinks at the bar before being seated and there was no one to serve us except a ride bartender who said she was setting up her area and could not help us. After waiting about 10 minutes (and her being told by another co-worker to serve us and she still refused) we left the bar. Service was extremely slow to take orders, fill drinks, bring checks, and even return cards at the end. I was sadly disappointed in our visit & the changes that had been made.
We met there for a team dinner to chat before a conference & it was so loud we couldn't even hear each other. We were disappointed in the menu selection, what Mexican restaurant doesn't have nachos?!? Lastly when we ordered an appetizer, when it was set down, the server said "when you run out, let your server know, and she will refill it", we did just that, and was informed that didn't apply to the queso, which was fine, just not was said. I wouldn't recommend if you actually want to HEAR your party at the table.
very average restaurant week food
It was overall an okay experience. We were in Columbus for business, and love our location in Cincinnati. So we have it a go!
The service was very very slow, and while I believe it wasn’t our server’s fault but instead his volume of tables kept him from being as attentive. For example, our table received the alcohol ordered, but the Coke’s ordered weren’t delivered for at least 15 minutes. Again, I think it wasn’t our server’s fault per-say because he had so many tables to attend to but it was very frustrating in general.
Thank you anyway!
Too good! I always enjoy my meals at Nada. I highly recommend the specialty margaritas.
Cool place. Revisited after an awesome dinner last year. Quality food, but entree size was lacking.
Highly recommend. High quality food and flavorful salsas.
Our server was great. We order one item with no onion and when it arrived with onions she immediately took it back and had it remade and was very apologetic about it. She was awesome! Our quest was amazing and both meals turned out great!
