Food was on par as always, but service was not very good as always. We keep coming back for the food. Unfortunately, the service increasingly gets worse every time. I’ve never seen a server more than once.

We went on a Saturday for lunch, there was a lot of seating and the hostesses and waitress were very nice and helpful. It was nice they brought crayons and a kids drink right away for my 2 year old. The steamed pork dumplings were good, the sushi was OK but not outstanding. The chicken in my daughters kids meal had a funky taste to it, but the noodles were nice 👍🏻. Should maybe have broccoli for the kids instead of hard snap beans in a pod and peppers. It’s not a place I would go out of my way to go back to, but again the people were nice. We did not try the drinks so I can’t speak on that!

Hats off to my server Mike T! He knew every single thing that we ordered and gave us a detailed description of the plates once they arrived! We let him take the reigns tonight and I would let him serve my last meal if possible haha. Impressive server skills! The espresso martini from Dulce, the bartender, was perfect! Love all my drinks that we tried tonight! And then the manager Sean made sure everything was perfect throughout the night! Best restaurant and one of my favorites all around!

The dishes were beautifully presented. The colors and textures were so perfectly matched. My server knew the menu very well and made great suggestions. Parking was tricky. If you don’t know the area, there is a lot behind the restaurant (I found it by accident). It is a bit pricey but very much worth it.

My daughter and her friends went for their homecoming dinner and they enjoyed their meal. The Stanley Cup is one of their favorites. They said their server was awesome too. Always at great experience at this fabulous restaurant!

I love nabuki but for some reason they always have these little nasty bugs flying around. One was in my water, two were hovering over our food the entire time. It got quite annoying having to whisk them away. Also, food was taken to a table that got returned and not 2 seconds later, the same food was brought to our table. I thought it was odd and off nabuki brand. Grossed me out a little because idk what was done to the food. Very, very weird experience. I hate that I’m even writing this but to date, this is unequivocally my worst experience there.

My girlfriend from out of town came to visit. Super excited to try Nabuki had never been. We were seated promptly but for not being overly packed on a Thursday, service was extremely slow. Everything took long to come out, had to ask for water. We ordered 4 rolls and would only recommend the Red Devil. Overall, expected more! Ambiance was nice.

We always love Nabuki and we had a lovely table and waitress. The miso soup was weirdly salty last night but the fish was excellent as always. Pricey but worth it!

Have often ordered out from here. Food is top notch. Have not eaten in the restaurant for a while. The atmosphere was somber at best. The last time we ate there and sat outside there was magnificent ambiance. There was great music playing. The servers were attentive. We saw our server once to take our order and then again to give us our check . We had to ask a runner to get our check. No one ever checked to see if our meal was decent and if we needed anything. And no one offered us dessert. I would order out from them again but I will not go in person as my presence was certainly not appreciated and it was not what we expected.

Our servers were very attentive and kind. Noise level very loud inside the restaurant; we sat outside and it was lovely. The live musician was outstanding. Food was pretty good; sashimi could have tasted more fresh.

Waited about 45 mins to get appetizers. I’m not sure if waitress put in the order or not . But she had rushed us to order than we waited at least 45 mins . Had to ask where the food was. Kitchen was busy . But several people who came long after us got their food .

Terrific spot for a first date! Not sure if it was my charm or the restaurant’s, but my date and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I don’t totally want to blow the “secret menu” but order the “witches brew” and thank me later.
