Rosemere Restaurants

My husband and I wanted to try the special lobster summer menu and impulsively booked a dinner to cheer me up after having surgery a few weeks ago. The 2 girls at the front desk were very nice and the young man who escorted us to our table was very personable. I chose the Lobster Gratinee as my appetizer and my husband had the French onion soup. Unfortunately, the Lobster Gratinee did not resemble the picture advertised, it was served in an escargot dish with small blobs of lobster basically swimming in garlic butter with hardly any cheese and a small bun to soak up the butter. My husband did enjoy his soup. We both chose the Lobster & Crab Sirloin Oscar served with asparagus and a lobster hollandaise sauce. Very rich and very good ! The wait time between the appetizer and main dish was longer than usual which surprised me as the restaurant was not even half full but we enjoyed our pitcher of sangria while we waited. We both had coffee and I had a very delicious Crème Brûlée. The wait time for the bill was exceedingly long and our waiter while polite during the service failed to thank us for dining with The Keg or for the tip.

The food was excellent. High-quality hamburger meat. The meat is well portioned and tastes great. A bit pricey in my opinion for what you get, but it’s better to pay a little more for quality food. Still a five-star rating. Also have gluten free buns, another plus. Thank you, Mikael

The food and value was great as always but the waitress was nice but getting her to smile wasn’t as easy as it should have been. Aside from that it was great. Food is delicious and i recommend that restaurant.

It’s always great when you bring your visiting guests out and they are all happy after the meal! They voted it as the favorite place so far here in MTL

Very good pizza, pasta and filet mignon. Excellent service as always.
