Waited in the lounge area for nearly 10 mins at the bar then went in to bar area to look for someone to serve us. Unsure if it was because they were busy in bar or not enough staff serving. We had booked a table prior to arrival. When main course was finished waitress informed us that a big group of people would be arriving and we were sat on one of their tables so did we want anything else.
