About
We are inspired by Taiwanese soul food and Southeast Asian street food, all done with a great deal of care. It is a personal, sometimes loose interpretation, to be sure, but our criteria are simple: everything we make must be fresh, delicious, and addictive. We are passionate about sharing our love of this food with you.
Food was fantastic, service was great, and prices were very reasonable. They don’t shy away from spice, which I appreciate. Really enjoyed our meal here and looking forward to coming back soon.
Oh so good. Definitley reserve! Great choices. Well made. Fun place
Overrated. Didn’t love the food or drinks and liked the aesthetics even less.
Excellent and utterly satisfying dim sum lunch. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious -- hot, fresh, and very flavorful. Extremely friendly service. Very reasonable prices. Casual, diner-like atmosphere. Note that the space is small, and the restaurant is clearly very popular, so it's often busy. Absolutely worth a visit -- hard to imagine higher quality dim sum.
Great restaurant with innovative and tasty menu items with some great regular items such as the Nasi Goreng and the pork belly buns.
The line is always long. The food is amazing but the service could be better.
Love Myers + Chang! Very tasty and friendly, though service can be slow on busy nights. Appreciated how well they accommodated a friend's dairy allergy - they used special bowls/plates to mark which dishes she could eat. Good value as well with their "date night" specials.
Always consistent and interesting food. Veggies are a strength and easy to fine with people avoiding gluten or other allergens. A few service issues.
GREAT for bringing folks with gluten sensitivity. Everything on their menu is delicious.
Love the open kitchen - always fun with friends, creative menu, great service, open late, walkins welcome.
They overdeliver on food, service, and atmosphere. Great place- I highly recommend.
great food, great value, strong service. I go atleast once a year.
Bad food, pretentious, uninspired....Asian food made worse essentially
I've had both dinner and lunch here, and the food is always great! The Vietnamese coffee is also a great post-dinner "cuppa" option. I still remember the whole fried branzino I had here a few years ago fondly...
Great food, a bit crowded, but always a good experience.
Absolutely incredible food. Many of the items on the menu will surprise you--in a very good way.
Would rate five stars, but extremely noisy!! And this was on a week night.
Friendly but crowded and noisy. Fusion food is inauthentic and unconvincing
my favorite restaurant in the world. Simply incredible every time we go--great food, great service, great ambiance.
absolutely delicious - great service and incredible food! will be back again and again.
The food is extremely creative and delicious. Portions are small and sharable, which gives the opportunity to taste many things! The atmosphere is fun and vibrant.
OUTSTANDING. best meal in Boston, creative, authentic, bold flavors, vibrant scene and reasonably priced. Highly recommend
My favorite restaurant in Boston, anyone who has lost themselves in a kitchen culinary competition show on TV will thrill, sitting at the live food bar, and watching the harmony their team of sauciers, woksman, grillers, dumpling folders, sous chefs and execeutive chef/expediters bring, to the creation of their stunning dishes. I never miss the pork and chive dumplings, the Biang Biang noodles, or the miso glazed carrots.
“Energetic “ certainly appropriate and not the place for a romantic candlelight dinner. Food excellent and service equally although comes out so quickly you feel a bit rushed.
The pork buns, duck skewers, and fish tacos were delicious! Food came out quickly, but because servers share the table, no one took responsibility for refilling water or drinks. When serving spicy foods, full drink glasses are essential!
Very recommended
Vibrant and bustling atmosphere...the open kitchen churns out endless small plates with stunning depth of flavor and real personality. Not to be missed.
This restaurant was a lot of fun; it has a great vibe and delicious cocktails. The food was just okay. My husband loved his choices, but mine were mediocre at best. Some were just not good at all. Service was friendly and helpful.
Liked it very much. Energetic vibe there. Is it quite worth the prices they charge for the food and the wines? Don't think so.
Was very excited for this meal, but food was very disappointing. Flavor is supposed to fusion, but didn’t taste at all authentic.
We had the best experience at M+C, just like always. Incredible food, impeccable service, always look forward to returning.
Boy was I glad I made a reservation for a Monday! People were actually waiting to be seated. The first thing to note is that every single staff person said hello to us on our way in and out of the restaurant - such a nice touch. The menu was varied and innovative. I found some to be overly oily or sweetly sauced but overall it was a really fun culinary experience.
We came him for my boyfriend's birthday and had an amazing time! Our waitress was very nice and attentive, and provided the vegetarian menu when we sat down (which was great!). We ordered cocktails, which I knew were going to be good from the small, inventive cocktail list. They did not disappoint. We decided to do the veg tasting menu, and the food was brought out in waves and served family style. It was awesome. The flavors were on-point in every dish, and honestly we loved everything. Special shout out to the edamame dumplings with wasabi dipping sauce. You must order these!
Overall, I highly recommend Myers and Chang to anyone who appreciates high quality, delicious food in a classy-casual environment. We can't wait to come back and try brunch!
Friendly and knowledgeable servers. Delicious meal
Great service and very friendly staff
We were in town on vacation. Super place. Service and food were superb. Will be back!
Dinner was a little hit and miss. Outstanding were the hot and sour soup, mushroom lo mein, beef and broccoli and our server! Not so great were the cucumbers( more like dill pickles w/ Szechuan peppers),the tea smoked ribs and the hostesses(who seemed clueless that tables were empty causing people to wait inordinate amount of time to be seated). Enjoyed the vibrant scene. Will go back and try it again.
Overall my wife and I were not happy with our visit. The food itself was very good, but the experience was sub-par. We ordered the cheap date night menu, which is a fixed set of four dishes. The server told us that items come out as they are ready, but we did not expect this would be the case for a fixed price menu. Within 5 minutes of ordering, 3 of our 4 dishes came out, even before our drinks. We felt like we were rushed and the only goal was to flip our table. If we were to come back, we would not order the cheap date night menu and would instead order one dish at a time to make dinner more relaxing. However, I feel like it should not be the responsibility of the diner to space out their order.
We came here on a Monday and got the 'date night' special, which was a $45 (per couple) pre fix menu of 4 dishes and rice. There were 3 pre fix options to choose from, one of which was completely vegaterian friendly that we picked.
All the food was delicious - hakka eggplant, mushroom lo mein, edamame & wasabi dumplings, and tempura asparagus. Our favorite was the dumplings - definitely a different take on dumplings and had a kick to it. Plenty of food for two individuals - we were stuffed.
We could have used a few more check ins from the server, but given it was a holiday weekend, the service was okay.
Definitely recommend.
Waitress very rude
