Perfect place for a cheat day!
The place has a lot of offer in terms of its menu on a huge plate! It makes you almost plan your next trip here to have something else off the menu!

We had the butterscotch pancakes which were delicious, and the service was great too.
Will definitely be back for the savoury pancakes, they looked amazing!

Had to wait even though I had a reservation. Once seated, we had to wait 10-15 minutes to get served. Food was slow, despite it just being pancakes. Also had to wait to pay...

Really had a good time had to call server over a couple of times but it was really busy so that is fine. Food great, good value whole family enjoyed it. We were there to celebrate my sons 15 Birthday.

Bearing in mind it was at lunch during the week, we were seated for 20mins and weren’t spoken to at all during this time so left as we had to go back to work, poor service.

Being from the Netherlands my friend really wanted to show me this place to ask me whether it was really traditionally Dutch. The answer to that is no, but they're still very decent pancakes! The restaurant wasn't aware of our reservation but we were seated within an acceptable time. Tip; don't let people reserve a table a few hours beforehand if you then can't promise the table... It was very crowded and the manager looked rather rushed and stressed and it took quite a while for someone to come over to take our order.

Overall a decent experience and might go again.

loved the whole place, the food was great quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was there wish my sister and they asked if we would like to splint the bill or pay all together, it may seem like a small thing but it was really nice.

The two of us were seated in a lovely 4 seater by the window.
I had the Banana Nuts Chocolate Sauce pancake (pictured) and my friend had Compote of Berries.
The portions are absolutely huge and the pancakes arent that thin either so VERY filling. I also had a Belgium Chocolate milkshake, which was very nice and thick except it came in a plasic cup.. would have been better in a glass/metal one.
The staff are very friendly and energetic.
I would recommend this place for a quick bite, dessert or even just coffee/milkshake.

Regrettably they had no trace of my online booking which also requested window seat.
Fortunestely a group were just finishing so once their table cleared and cleaned we got seated. Seating very squashed and chairs not very comfortable.
Food was good although didn't seem so good as in past especially the my old Dutch savoury pancake.
Still was enjoyable. Note service charge added to Bill.

I had a lot of expectation about this place, but I was quite disappointed. I had a reservation, but at the main door, there were nobody checking or taking care of the customers. I asked for my table and then I waited 52 minutes to receive my food that was cold and not well cooked. I understand that was Saturday at lunchtime, but I saw a lot of disorganisation in the staff. Our waiter was nice and I appreciated that the manager was serving to the table too, but it didn't justify the cold food.

The service was very slow and we had to ask several times about our order. After waiting quite a long time for the starter then another long wait for the main, we were very pleased: it was all very well presented and the pizzas were massive and delicious. I do recommend this place, just wish the service is a bit quicker and they serve in those lovely vintage Delft blue plates to make it more Dutch authentic!

My Old Dutch is a nice place for casual, inexpensive dining. The food was good and the helpings generous. The only problem was the slow service. It wasn't busy, but no one came to offer a drink while we considered the menu, then it took forever for someone to take our mains order, and later we were given the menu to order desserts but again nobody came back to take our order. We began to wonder whether we would have time to eat dessert (theatre to follow) so we asked for the bill when we ordered dessert and were able to leave immediately after finishing eating. It spoiled an otherwise very relaxed and pleasant visit
That said, I would definitely go again, because the staff were friendly and we like pancakes!

Despite that fact we had made a booking and highlighted this on the day. Felt it was not acknowledged properly and still had to wait for our table as is was super busy the day we visited and staff were busy getting people seated. Be mindful that the service might be the best if it's packed. I enquired about eggless options prior to the visit and was told the gluten free batter doesn't contain eggs. The food was worth it, its a great place that caters to a variety of people and the gluten free pancakes were so delicious and couldn't believe they were eggless.

The food is always nice and the quality is excellent. Not ideal if you wish to have a chat as it's really noisy.
My reservation wasn't on the list when my friend and I arrived but they got us a table for 2 very quickly. The team is really efficient and proactive. I would definitely recommend My Old Dutch.

When I arrived I was greeted and shown to my table which was great. The staff were friendly and polite however the service was incredibly slow and there seems to be more than enough staff.
I ordered a glass of water and had to ask for it twice before I received it.
When ordering our mains ( 2 x pancakes and 1 x side of mozzarella balls) we had been waiting 35 minutes. I then had to ask somebody about our food and it came to 5 minutes later with no apology or explanation.
When serving my friends pancake the waiter accidentally knocked the chocolate sauce over which was an accident but still didn't seem to care much or offer a new pot of chocolate etc. I definitely would not return to this branch as the whole experience really put me off.

Pancakes a dozen different ways - What more do you need?? We've been to this place repeatedly and I can’t complain about it. They have a great menu of different pancakes and you really can’t go wrong with them and they are huge so you can not leave hungry!

They even do a range of pancake batters so that there is something for Vegans and Coeliac so it worked really well for us. Admittedly some of the savoury pancakes are a little bland (i.e. 4 cheeses) but they do have condiments that go with them. The food is quick to be served so it could be ideal for a quick bite if needed.
