I’ve been here before. Just ok this time. Not too busy, service somewhat spotty.

I have been here several times and it is ALWAYS a total treat. Never been disappointed, by anything. one of the most consistently lovely places to eat in OKC. Everything is always so perfect. A "must do" whenever we make it downtown to the museum!

My husband Mike and I had lunch together on Friday, July 20, 2018. The food was very good, service great, especially the young man serving bread, the gentleman who refilled our water glasses, and our server. He was knowledgeable about the menu selections.

I always enjoy the Museum café but when it is busy it is so loud it is hard to hear each other. Not good if one person wears hearing aids. Wonder if something can be done to help contain the noise?

way over priced for what you get. need to update their menu.....90% of the tables were people over the age of 70....looks like nothing has changed since it opened decades ago.

Horrible table while many other 2 tops were open. The duck had NOT been rendered and was bloody.

We live in Tulsa and enjoy coming to some of the exhibits at the museum. Whenever we do we always have lunch in the cafe. It's always great food, great service. I have learned to make reservations, just to be sure we have a table during our time frame. I was very encouraged this visit to note an increasing number of vegetarian options on the menu. Thanks!

Great food, great service, beautiful venue. I was kind of confused with how empty it was - 30 minutes after our 8:00 reservation we were the only people in the restaurant. The vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu were fantastic.

Chef can't make a crème brulee to save her/his soul, and several are on offer. The crust is burnt, and the custard is soup. This was noticeably true at a number of other tables, where mostly uneaten desserts were left behind. One would think staff might notice and ask.

The main courses were just fine--an orange chicken special and a seafood mac 'n cheese. The space in the museum is pleasant--loads of light and a pleasant enough view from our table of some government buildings with character.

Staff are a bit wooden--and the standard response to everything seemed to be the word 'cool.' Checking in on how people are enjoying their meals shouldn't be too hard a thing to do, and it might call chef's attention to the inedible desserts.

Also consistent. Great place to go before a show at the civic center or just for dining. It should be used in everyday conversation more about top restaurants in downtown okc but somehow doesn’t. It’s not a speciality menu but more diverse for anyone that still wants red meat and if not great pasta or fish. Crab cakes are as good as anyone except rococco. Visit. You won’t be disappointed. Service is always solid.

I ordered the filet medium rare, it was served well done. They were very apologetic, replaced it with a perfect medium rare filet, which was delicious. Then they boxed the old filet with fresh vegetables and extra bread to take home. Very enjoyable with excellent food. Will come again. Many diners then went to the theater after eating.

I enjoyed the bacon omelet with extra bacon and it was excellent. service was a little slow, he must have been new, my business pardner was not offered bread which I thought was rude. Overall it was a good experience.

Having dined at Museum Cafe many times, we were surprised by our experience this time. Positives first: We started with splits of the tomato soup and the caprese salad. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. Our wine, Van Duzer Pinot Noir, was very good. On to the problems: My husband ordered the halibut and I ordered the Branzino. My fish was very good. My husband’s halibut was very overdone and dry. My black rice was severely underdone (like chewing on tiny stones) and the carrots were almost raw. We alerted our server to the problem and the manager quickly came over to offer us free dessert. We got the fruit cobbler, which was average at best. Our server was very nice, as well as the manager. Not sure if they have new staff in the kitchen, but they could use some help.

This was our first visit to the Museum Cafe and we were delighted with the entire experience. We went for Sunday brunch. The staff was polite and attentive without hovering. The food was fabulous and reasonably priced. We can’t figure out why we haven’t gone before now and plan to return to try dinner soon.

The food was good but nothing has changed in the years we have been coming for Sunday brunch. The waiter was friendly but we had to flag him down when we needed something. He didn't remove a single dirty plate including bringing me more coffee in a new cup (after I asked for a refill) but didn't remove the old cup and brought a second small pitcher of cream. The table was not very big so we had to start stacking our dishes. The table was near the bar where the servers came in and out of the kitchen and bar area and kept bumping into my friend's chair every time they walked by.

This was our 3rd visit. Always excellent food, great service (this time server "forgot" us a couple of times). Try the fried green tomatoes, not like my Mother used to make, but she loves these as much as we do. Fabulous wine menu. Sunday brunch menu is the best, but very busy.

As always the experience was stellar. From the dining room attendant, to the server, to the host, the service was excellent. The staff is welcoming and attentive. No detail is too small. Our brunch orders were well prepared and as described on the menu. Just let them know what type of experience you desire and they will deliver.

Very good food as always. I tried the elk, which was very nice and cooked well. My fiancé had the salmon and it had a great sauce and texture. We split a caesar salad and shared a cream brûlée for dessert. Nice time, it was very empty as we dined early, but the service was great and nice atmosphere.

Always good food, usually top wait staff. Our waitress was a little absent Friday 5/4, but that is very unusual. The Hostess/Owner is a great lady, and always makes it over to make sure we had a good experience. Have been going to Museum Cafe for about 20 years and will continue!
