great food and atmosphere the Brunch is fantastic
Excellent -- food, service, atmosphere made for a great dining experience.
Had my 50th bday brunch there in February. Stellar service and delectable menu.
Favorite place for many years is now under new management with change of decor. At first visit after transition, decor was fresh but cool - lacking creativity for an art museum. Menu was a real disappointment with fewer choices and lacking interest. Meal was fine, but not up to old standards. Service was excellent by Bridget who understands fine dining. We are hoping the new management will pay attention to this property and quickly return it to it's former quality!
Great service and great food! The chocolate pinata with fresh fruit was the best dessert!!!
The updated look of Museum Cafe is bright and fun. The new menu is interesting. I'm glad we went back and look forward to the next time.
Nice museum and good food., I would eat there again.
I've never had anything here that I haven't absolutely loved. Perfect for a nice date night or for out of town guests. Brunch is sublime & I especially love having a nice brunch then seeing a movie. It's perfect every time.
Since the remodel, the Museum Cafe is even better than before. The wait staff is still attentive. The ambiance is quiet and elegant and open and friendly. As always, the food is exceptional.
The food was good. I didn't like my waitress. She took our drink order and went to speak to the table next to us for 10 minutes before submitting our drink order.
They changed the menu and we did not like it at all. There are very few vegetarian items on the menu and it is now very limited. What used to be two full pages is now one. We are very disappointed as we always try to eat there before attending plays at the Civic Center and really enjoyed certain items no longer on the menu such as the Tuscan tomato soup.
excellent food and atmosphere. would recommend for a special occasion
Had a lovely annual Christmas dinner with book club friends. The tilapia with apricot sauce was outstanding. Others enjoyed salmon and pasta. Large portions were presented attractively and enjoyed by all. We especially liked the mini desserts which were just the right way to end a very nice meal. Will visit again for a special occasion.
As always MOA Cafe is exceptional. The wait staff are perfect, not hoovering over us and right on time
Unfortunately I received something I did not order. Food was very good and restaurant discounted my meal which I never requested. I have eaten here before and always was top notch. This just may have been an off day
Disappointed doesn’t even come close. Should have left when we walked in in a Saturday night and 90%+ of the tables were empty. We were told a large wedding party was coming, so we stayed and gave the restaurant a chance. Downhill from there. No dedicated bartender, I make better cocktails at home. The much praised lobster bisque tasted like cream of chicken soup. Caesar salad underwhelming with stale crostini. Scallops not rinsed properly therefore had several bites with sand. Others at my table also had poor experiences. Steak not cooked to requested temperature then brought back charred. Lemon cheesecake for dessert was over cooked and dry.
Oh by the way, wedding party turned out to be maybe 40 guests. Restaurant remained more than 50% empty. Overall an awful experience. Museum Cafe must step it up. Too many other good places to go downtown. We won’t be back.
The service could have been better. Our waitress seemed to be in a hurry to get our orders while we were visiting and and enjoying our conversation. After the 3rd time asking if we were ready to order she seemed impatient with us. We took our young neighbors out to their first experience at a fancy restaurant and they were having trouble deciding, no help from our waitress, so I started explaining the menu items to her. unfortunately, this dining experience was not about us. We had ordered soup and salads and weren’t even 1/4 of the way done when our main course came out. The staff needs to understand timing, the place wasn’t very busy so no excuse. The food was good as usual, the atmosphere is very nice but when we go out to drop $50-$80 per person....
Food at the Museum Cafe is always outstanding. Enjoyed.
I had requested a table toward the museum. It is quieter there.
The first person arriving was not seated there. I agreed to stay where we began,
but it was noisy.
Tiapia was delightful! Just right! Tough to find a parking place, but it was worth it!
Service was a little slow but the food was very good and we enjoyed it. The hostess/manager was very kind to give us ice to keep our food cold while we were at Pops and we felt like it was above and beyond since we are older and just cannot eat such generous portions. We really like this restaurant.
My husband and I had a dinner date after viewing the new Victorian Radicals exhibit. The ambiance was lovely and the noise level was perfect for conversation. We did not feel rushed through the meal. The bar is well stocked and the wine list is top notch. My husband said he’d never had a better steak. Our waiter gave us just the right amount of attention and had great suggestions based on our questions regarding the menu. We enjoyed this restaurant!
Went for my Daughters 29th birthday, really had a great time, Dustin made it happen, real friendly guy, a big shout out to him
Another great experience at OKCMOA. The smoked salmon and trout were superior. Excellent lobster bisque. And the service was positively outstanding.
As always, the food was outstanding. I've never tried an entrée that wasn't superb. Service is very cordial and attentive without "hovering." It's a little noisy, and the tables are a bit close, but for a friends' gathering or everyday dining, not distracting. Management has always been accommodating when I have had scheduling problems. Highly recommended.
Great service, exceptional & caring hostess, creative menu, nice atmosphere for a pre-symphony meal!
Always good. Hummus salad plate is a do-again dish.
My friend and I ate outside and on short notice the table was set within minutes. The weather was great and the service was outstanding. I would attend again.
I really enjoyed the outside option.
Thanks so much!

Wonderful quality of food! The service was incredible and personal. Sam was a great Host and Cedric was our waiter, and he was outstanding.
I order the crab cakes for Sunday Brunch, and they are my favorite compared to any restaurant! A real treat!
The food and service....just amazing. The crab cake was by far the best thing I tasted while visiting OKC.
Always great whether for lunch or dinner. Tried hummus salad and it was excellent.
The food and service are outstanding. This is our favorite place for special dinners and Sunday brunch.
We were celebrating my granddaughter's 17th birthday, trying to have a little bit of an upscale celebration. The waitress was absolutely wonderful, the food was good, dhe was given her choice of dessert for her birthday, free to me. All in all it was a lovely dining experience. I definitely recommend the Museum Cafe.
We've come here for Sunday brunch before the Broadway show at the Civic Center for many years. Our server was very attentive and did a great job. Unfortunately she had to deliver the news that although the restaurant had just opened for the day, they were out of a few things including the smoked salmon that is in one of the three dishes I always order and was looking forward to ordering. We have also been surprised that the menu hasn't changed over the years and there has never been a special dish for the Sunday brunch.
Great food and good prices in a comfortable atmosphere. We really enjoyed the dining experience and location. Will definitely be back!
I am as served pan seared scallops that looked like beef because they were so dark. I asked fir them to be replaced and was brought under cooked scallops. Was still charged for the food. My dates found was dove correctly. They should of never served either dish to me and should of removed the charge from my check since I couldn’t eat either one. If you don’t know how to cook or serve pan seated scallops remove them from your menu!
Fabulous food, we eat here for every Civic Center show. This time the service was not good at all. They were slow, didn't listen, forgot to bring items, additional butter, water, forgot to bring one of the deserts, had holes in their clothing, particularly the back pockets of their pants. Another server was providing water. His fingernails were very dirty. Made us worry about the cleanliness of other things. Not the usual experience. This is usually a really top notch experience.
The museum cafe was recommended to us by a friend who lives in OKC. We were in town for the theatre and ate dinner there. We chose from the pre-fix selections and both thought the food was excellent. The staff was very aware of our time constraints and made sure we had plenty of time to get to the performance.
We would recommend this resturaunt to anyone!
Food was great. Service was very lacking. Made for a bit of a disappointing experience.
We always enjoy the Museum Café. The food is great, good wine selection & outstanding service
