Very pleasant experience
The food was excellent and the service was top notch.
Lobster bisque excellent, glad it is back on the menu. No rolls anymore? Bit disappointing.
Really need to change your soup spoon, it is nice looking but have you tried to eat with it? It is not compatible with the structure of the human mouth.
Would not recommend serving a Manhattan in a martini glass anymore, it is not a martini.
The food is wonderful as is the location- however on this particular visit the food took over an hour to get to the table. We had tickets to a performance down the street and had to rush through the meal, which was unfortunate.
I am sorry to write this. The brunch was terrible and so disappointing. We both had the quiche and it was like rubber. The coffee was excellent but The food was awful. It has been a favorite of ours but I do not
know what happened.
The food was over cooked and cold
The food was amazing and the service was amazing I will definitely be coming back!
Food was great! Service to match. For being Valentines Day it was very quiet. My GF and I loved it and will be back! Food was phenomenal.
Good experience. Good food. This was a good pairing with a show experience at the civic center. Um fortunately I understood it would be the last dinner scheduled due to business changes at this time. Check schedules for future reservation times.
Food was excellent, as always. Service was rough. Server looked she just rolled out of bed and didn’t have time to wash her hair, face, or iron her clothes. She definitely never got in a hurry, but other employees seemed more together.
Crab cakes were Excellent! Beautiful restaurant, great service, and the food never disappoints.
The Museum Cafe has a consistent shortcoming no matter what season you go or whoever is running it. They don’t hire enough waitstaff and servers and bartenders for evenings when they show movies, there’s an event at the Civic Center, or you don’t have two hours to dine. Our server was attentive at the start, but then we saw less and less of her as our evening progressed. This place could be top-notch if there were sufficient and trained staff.
Everyone was so helpful, professional and really nice. Thoroughly enjoyed dining with you!
The service is good and the food was okay. I had a good late lunch with a friend.
First of all I asked for Conner to be our server and my request was not honored even when I told the hostest that is who we had requested and she didn't acknowlege me.
Second the service was very very slow and I know Sarah was new but I think she could have some help from some of the more experienced wait staff, She knew nothing about the type of cheese on the burger. I think she could have had some better up front training. I asked her about the wine and she didn't know anything about any of them. She did send over the manager. We asked for a brandy ice and it never came. I also gave her my credit card and we had to sit there for 10 minutes before a manager brought us our bill. We were going to the movie and couldn't wait any longer!! The manager did give me a $25 gift card. We really liked the menu and decor better prior to the Good Egg Group taking over. We are Patron Members of the Museum and our expectations are high because of prior service and food quality. We would request that you put escargot back on the menu as an appetizer and the Branzino fish. We always dine with you before the Ballet and will do so in March however I would like Conner to wait on us and that my request be honored and not ignored.
Dinner for 2. Appetizer and meals were great, and service was polished and professional. Seated on the side nearest the museum where single tables are lined up along the two walls to create a walkway from the museum (and restrooms) into the restaurant. The foot traffic through there can get very busy and annoying. Overall, a lovely dining experience.
Best crab cakes in town...had brunch, server was incredible (tall African American kid, name started with D😬) . We will be back!
We had brunch one Saturday. Service was attentive although for some odd reason, some of the waitstaff had been told or decided to clean the windows right by where people were eating with a strongly-odored cleanser. They did stop immediately when we politely asked them to. The food was meh. The Caesar salad I ordered was fresh but the dressing had little flavor. Salmon was cooked well but slightly over salted. Husband's BLT sandwich was fair but the bread was not very good and the accompanying fruit salad was tasteless. I'm thinking they need to source their ingredients from some place better. Probably won't go again as there are so many wonderful choices in OKC.
Amazing food, quiet comfy atmosphere for brunch. Friendly staff
Great service, wonderful food, delightful evening
When arriving, I informed our server that we had theater tickets with seating at 1:30 pm. We placed our order, and my companion's food never arrived. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I used to love coming to the Museum Cafe. Not now. I was delighted to see that the Lobster Bisque had returned to the menu. It was not of the same quality. The Arugula Salad was fair, as was the Mimosa. Overall, my experience was really poor, and I am saddened that what was once an elegant venue has become a cliche.
The food was excellent . The waiter as well as the manager went overboard to satisfy every request.
Great Brunch on Sunday morning. Extremely reasonable prices and engaging waitstaff!
Long wait for scheduled reservation time, must have been an outside activity crowd that suddenly emptied.
Short staffed and empty tables not cleared in reasonable time.
Finally showed the worst table in the house by a drafty door with dozens of empty options more suitable. Complained and moved to a better choice after another delay.
Seated and ordered cocktails that didn't arrive until after the first course. Sent back the first course until time for cocktails. First course returned, fair quality, then main course. Wine ordered with entre arrived after it was completed. Entree of spicy shrimp risotto congealed rice and tasteless shrimp.
Spreading the word this place a culinary and management disaster.
Food is always great but it took 15 minutes for a server to appear and take our drink order.
The servers didn’t notice us at first, but the manager came over with hummus to apologize, and the food totally made up for it. We would’ve been fine anyway, but it was a super nice gesture.
Enjoyed the setting. I did not know new menu with either new owner or new chef. I so missed my Tuna Salad!! Lobster Bisque was not as hot as I like it.
The food was simply outstanding! The service is excellent and there is a nice selection of wine.
prime rib dry and over cooked; filet very rare instead of medium rare and had to be sent back; dessert good; waitstaff good; manager good (comped dessert due to filet)
I hadn't been since the new management. The food and service was excellent. The filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
Our waiter Mr. Marley was pleasant and amazing. He checked on us often and was very sweet. Always a great place to eat.
Nice remodel; more cozy seating and menu changes as well. Great before a movie at the museum.
Reasonable prices even sutable for the whole family.
I went in August before a show and had a wonderful meal. This was my third or fourth time and this was far the best.
Outstanding food and service. Everything about this classy place was excellent. They even brought me homemade simply sweet from the bar for my tea. One of the nicest museum restaurants I have eaten in.
An old favorite that has a new look. Food has always been good.
great food and atmosphere the Brunch is fantastic
Excellent -- food, service, atmosphere made for a great dining experience.
Had my 50th bday brunch there in February. Stellar service and delectable menu.
