Always delicious. The buffalo cheese curds are ridiculous.

The food and service were fantastic!! The noise level was a little more than we expected but I have to admit the music selection was great!

I was looking very forward to going to Murray's finally. My parents were coming to town so I think thought it would be a good time to try. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed.

First off, the music was set at a very high level. We had to ask repeatedly to have them turn it down so we could just hear each other at the table. We were told by the staff that the manager wants it at that level because they are trying to create a bar atmosphere. The volume was at a club level, plus the place doesn't look or feel like bar otherwise. The staff did turn down the volume a bit but it was still loud. (I like music more than most but not blasting over a meal.). When we ordered a cheese plate as an appetizer and the cheese expert came to tell us about each but we couldn't hear him. We spent the whole meal saying "what?" We also checked out other tables but it wasn't any better at others. (I rated the noise level here as "Energetic" but that was not a good thing at all.)

My parents both ordered the mussels but the waitress came back to say they were out of them. They ordered something else but then the mussels showed up anyway, which they were happy about but we were confused. My wife's and my meal showed up more than five minutes later, she with the classic mac & cheese and me with the sliders. Clearly there are communication and coordination issues going on.

None of us thought our meals were very good. Not bad but not good either.

My wife enjoyed her artichoke appetizer and the rest of us enjoyed the cheese plate.

If I ever come back, it would be just to have a drink and some cheese but honestly, I doubt I'd even do that as it's also bit overpriced for what it is. (For example, $9 for a craft draft beer.) I'm happy to pay for a good meal but this wasn't one. I expected so much more from the people who brought us Murray's cheese shop.

Chill but still upscale vibe - good prices for good food. They have incredible cheese platters and pairings, and also a more diverse menu than one would immediately suspect. I would highly recommend!

I've been to Murray's many times for brunch and had a wonderful experience. This however, was not. We were the first ones in the restaurant and ordered an appetizer and our lunches. The service was extremely slow which was surprising since there were only a few other tables to serve. We ordered an appetizer and our entree's. After a very long wait we received our entree's but never received the appetizer. The waiter did not apologize and said it was still coming. At that point we cancelled it. I love Murray's for brunch but do not recommend for lunch!

Obviously the "cheesemonger's choice" cheese plate was extraordinary! However, it would be nice if this place was a little more gluten-free friendly. They do have options, but we had to dig deep with our server to find out about them. More education of staff would be helpful for everyone.

I was pretty much very unimpressed by the cheese here. Then I went to the Murray’s cheese shop and was even more unimpressed. Don’t think I will go back.

Great spot - plenty of food options even if you're not a cheese connoisseur. The Mac and cheese was delicious and the ambience was laid back and cool.

Really nice meal here. We split the fondue and a burger as well as the gazpacho. Taste of everything was very good and of course the cheese selection is fantastic. Service was good but not great, and the price is not cheap, but it is good quality.

The address was incorrect, apparently there are two locations and we were sent to the wrong one. When I asked about our reservation at the location we were sent to the guy gave a non-committal point of the 'other' location which we were unable to find and so gave up on. Awful experience.

Food was great. Drink were average. Although at least half of the seats weren't occupied the waiter kept trying to rush us (we were seated less than 45 minutes total). We left quicker than we normally would have just to get away from him.

Amazing!!! Love the area, loved the food and loved the wine!

We did the platter with 8 options and chose 5 cheeses and 3 meats all chosen by the cheesemonger. We also had a kale caesar and the flight of wine.

All of the food and pairings were perfect! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If I lived in the city I would be shopping at the shop all the time.

We went on a Saturday at 2pm and it wasn't full but was busy, I had a reservation. Our bill came to appx $120 with tip for two people. We were able to finish it all and still have room for coffee afterwards.

This place is incredible!...we talked a bit with the Cheesemonger about what the 4 of us liked and then suggested to him that he choose and surprise us. What a terrific job he did ...the preserved walnuts and maple cream were some of the tasty condiments chosen to go with 2 of the 5 cheeses.....perfect parings in flavor for the cheeses..Kevin was our waiter and was very helpful as well...he took time to explain the menu when we had questions...the place is not huge but has such a European relaxed atmosphere. I would suggest you make reservations here and after finishing your meal stop over at Murray's Cheese Shop to check out items that they ship!...next time I am in NYC this will be on the top of my list to make sure I enjoy another great dining experience.

Always a great experience, we ordered the cheese tower for a party of 3 and substituted 3 meats, we had enough left over for a doggy bag. Lovely, fresh cheeses, great charcuterie, we always stop in when we are in the neighborhood, and then go next door to bring our favorite new find home with us.

Service at brunch is really bad. Even at the bar. Inattentive and rude. Plenty of staff around but none of them interested in checking on, or even looking at, customers. Have had good experiences at dinner in the past, but wouldn't go back any time soon.

Cheese monger selected some great cheeses for us to try accompanied with creative spreads to compliment the cheese. Mac and cheese and grilled cheese were a hit. This place is an elegant cheese heaven!!

Gave us a table that should not have even existed. Didn't even have the option to sit across from each other, were squished where the bar stools sat on top of one end. We asked to move or to even sit at open spots and the bar and were told no. Staff was extremely rude. Took 15 minutes to get just water brought so we left. Very frustrating to have a reservation set to go out and not even be able to sit even somewhat comfortably. Would never recommend this terrible experience.

Everything was great except the service. The girl who was serving us was hanging out behind the bar most of the time (once everything was ordered) and we had to wait for someone else to come by to get the check. Nothing major, would definitely recommend the place if you love cheese.
