I was not able to fill in correctly as it filled in highest rate and I could not change it.
Food was good. A little pricey, view was great. Valet was very helpful
Service was terrible
We had to track down the waiter several times
He walked by several times not even looking at us
Almost disinterested . I would not recommend to anyone. This was on my bucket list
.What a disappointment

All was wonderful except the wait staff are not clear on what is gluten free or not and even when they are, the kitchen sometimes makes errors. I’ve been to Murray Circle probably six times now and each time save for one I have been very clear about my gluten allergy and yet have been given food with gluten.

I hadn’t been to Murray Circle in over three years. It did not disappoint. My friend and I enjoyed a marvelous dinner with excellent service by Jose, one of Cavallo Point’s original employees. The dining room is reasonably quiet but not uncomfortably so, offering the chance for conversation. Highest recommendation!

The service was fabulous but the food was underwhelming and expensive. Well prepared but tiny portions. Next time we will eat at the bar as the atmosphere at Cavallo Point is fabulous but Murray Circle was not.

The staff is superb and really took care of us - not just as customers, but as people. The chef has really stepped up her game. The food has always been good, but it was even better this time. We love this place and the staff makes our family feel like we’re part of their family. Love this place!

Excellent food and wonderful view in just 20 mins drive from SF city.
The day I visited was extremely windy day
But I've enjoyed very much and will be back.
Just a note, they will park and bring back car when return, little too far out from restaurant site for elderly persons.

The service was outstanding, but other than the salads, the food was a real disappointment. The flavors were not very good (sirloin and sea bass), and they were pricy. The dessert was mediocre as well. The beat salad was very good.

Food was good but the egg dishes were pretty small (and I'm not a big eater). Also the glass of wine couldn't have been be more than 4oz. Its a fabulous location with amazing views of the city and GG Bridge.

The setting is historic and gorgeous. The bar lounge is stunning when quiet with patrons only, but evening piano and singer were too loud. Unplug amps PLEASE. Dining room is warm and inviting. I look forward to coming again in warm weather for patio/porch drinks or dinner. Stellar California cuisine.

We ordered the Foie Gras appetizer and both fish entrees (cod and swordfish I think). After we had eaten both entrees that were each over $30 each we were still hungry??!!! The portions of the Foie Gras and both entrees were ridiculously small. So we had to order a sandwich from Farley Bar or we would have been starving. Neither of the fish entrees were good either. Both were very tasteless and the swordfish was completely submerged in a broth so it was honestly like swordfish soup which was not good at all. I don't know what the chef was thinking with this dish?

The service (waiter and bus boys) were great and they put us at a nice romantic table in the back by the fireplace, but the meal was extremely expensive for such little food. We didn't order dessert but they made us a little plate of treats since it was a birthday which was a nice touch.

The occasion was a late morning Sunday brunch on a pleasant weather day with good friends. To be honest, things didn't start out well--the reception was jammed with way too many people without reservations and it was almost 15 minutes just to get to a receptionist to indicate we actually did have a reservation. This is obviously a popular spot for tourists for Sunday brunch--that's just fine, but things could certainly be better and more efficiently managed at the reception (there is an element of "telling the book by its cover"). Once it was possible to be seated (nice table toward the back of the dining room which lessened the din of large, celebratory groups throughout the dining room), and once a server actually noted our presence, things significantly improved. Ramos fizzes all around, and we ordered a dozen Prince Edward Island oysters which we had hoped to enjoy before the meal order came. In fact, everything came all at one time (this could have been easily better managed). The oysters were actually excellent (went very well with the Ramos fizz). Most of us (party of 6) ordered the Dungeness crab Eggs Benedict--highly recommended.

The bottom line is that a Sunday brunch at a popular spot is going to be crowded--obviously patience is a virtue, but seasoned and efficient management oversight would help significantly to enhance the experience.

Waiter was rushed, left the table quickly. Waited for him to return to ask for hot sauce and ketchup which he should have offered upon serving. Once asked, he forgot while food got cold. Had to ask another waiter finally.

Phone is not answered, vegetarians are not considered.

We went for our anniversary. As two veg diners, we always call ahead. No answer- I called four times throughout the day during business hours. Left a reservation request voicemail but never heard back, so booked online.

The menu online had several veg options, and I included a note in our online reservation.

When we arrived there was only one veg entree on the menu, and no veg tasting menu. Our (lovely) server asked the chef, who said no accommodation could be made to alter anything else. So we had two appetizers and ordered the same entree out of desperation.

The crudite was limp heirloom carrots well past servability, in an interesting “soil”. Do not recommend. The sunchoke appetizer was excellent. The Japanese eggplant entree was very good, but it was disappointing to order two of the same item just to have a full meal.

2/3 of our dishes were great, service was excellent, and the ambiance was lovely. The lack of phone response and inadequate vegan and vegetarian accommodation are major problems but easily remedied.

We hope these problems get fixed soon as it would and should be the perfect celebration restaurant when staying at Cavallo Point.

Less Quality more food-spent $500 (3people) and left hungry-we had another meal after we left.
lamb was excellent but was a two mouthfuls at best----Sweet goose liver, raw carrots and two asparagus spears as course was a complete miss

Food was barely acceptable. Had a crab meat Benedict. The two eggs that were supposed to sit nicely on top of the crab meat fell off to the plate; then the crab meat was cold, making the bread underneath cold as well. Presentation wise, not very appealing. Cappuccino was barely warm. No second chance for this place. Plus service was just acceptable- you won’t feel welcomed at all.

This place was perfect on all accounts. Beautiful venue, attentive service, and excellent food. We were in San Fran for a week. We ate at a few of the top restaurants. This was still among my favorite meals while visiting. The menu changes, but the Beef tenderloin and seafood stew were both amazing.

Beautiful place! There were 4 of us, and to be fair, the others loved their food while mine was so so. The sauce for my chilled shrimp was bland but the shrimp were excellent.Requested cocktail sauce was like ketchup. My salad, while very fresh, was over dressed. Perfect service.
