Mulberry Street Ristorante
I had found Mulberry St on Yelp when looking for a special place to celebrate our son’s graduation. Mulberry did not disappoint. The servers, the service e, the food the ambiance was just what we had hoped. I’m so glad we found Mulberry.
Fantastic food and service as always. This is our family favorite restaurant for special occasions
Enjoyable meal in a great restaurant. We have gone to Mulberry Street many times over the past 20 years and it never disappoints. Great food, attentive servers and a warm ambiance make it a restaurant we always enjoy.
Enjoyable experience. We did have a problem with our wine which was rectified immediately. The meal was really enjoyable. Evan though it was a busy night our server Rene was terrific. We will be back.
This was my family's first visit. It was Mothers Day. While we waited for almost 1 hour for our entries to arrive, once they did, they were very good (Mulberry Special, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Parm, Spaghetti
with meat sauce, apps: fried calamari and fried mutz). It opened a 5, we where there at 5 and seated immediately...good. watching everyone around us get their food in a reasonable amount of time while we waited...bad. Saw our waiter give complementary wine to others that waited, no such offer to us for our soda, ice tea and pellagrino. Hard to tell if it was a bad waiter or slow kitchen, but since every else wasn't waiting, i'm leaning towards the former. A manager was no where to be found. Since I grew up going to the "real" Mulberry Street in NYC, I was expecting a little more. I may give it a second try on a non-Crazy day though. Thanks.
Consistently an excellent choice for dinner. Outstanding service and delicious food.
We reserved a table for 5 for Saturday lunch It was not busy. Our server, though likeable, made a few mistakes during our lunch. Starting with my request for a Bloody Mary, light on rhe alcohol. I received a michelada (sp?). We ordered a shrimp appetizer that didn't look fresh and had very little cocktail sauce..for our entree I asked for the house salad to spli with my husband. It didn't arrive until after our entree did. Our server forgot. The Chicken Promodoro was also spli for 2. My complaint was that the pasta was overcooked. There was an annoying bus boy who kept trying to take my plates before we were done. Finally, after we finished, our server brought over a dessert tray. I asked for the cheesecake with 2 spoons. We asked him to box our pasta. We received our bill and paid it. While on the way home, i realized we never received our cheesecake. We have been coming to Mulberry's for many yeara. We traveled a long distance (murietta) that day. Needless to say we were disappointed with the service. We didn't see our favorite server. The one who has been there many years. It was obvious to all of us that our server was inexperienced. Our experience there was very disappointing to say the least. And they still owe me a cheesecake!!
Dont pass it up!
Loved the ambiance!! Food was great!! I would love to bring my friends for lunch : )
We enjoy the food and the neighborhood feel. The noise legal however is beyond "energetic" and makes conversation difficult. Our server was way to attentive and seemed in a rush to get us served, which was odd since there were a number of open tables.
We were very impressed by the service and the quality of the food. Our server was attentive but not hovering. The food was exceptional. My husband had a seafood pasta dish and I had salmon in a creamy pesto sauce. We shared and exceptionally good coconut cake for dessert. We will certainly return!
We really enjoyed our visit. The food was very good, but I suggest decreasing the size of the portions.
Passed this place a hundred times and never knew it was Italian. Found it on Yelp and the food was really good. Service was on point and I will definitely come back again.
MY BIRTHDAY HAD A
FANTASTIC TIME ASHLEY MAKES GREAT DRINKS
ALL DRINKS ARE GREAT .
IT IS MY PLACE I GO OFTEN GOOD FOOD
Food was good but over priced. The atmosphere was nice but a bit dark for people with vision issues.
Best food ever! Best service ever! Thank you Eusebio, Juan & Ashley! Saturday was absolutely perfect!!!
Charming location, great service & food. Highly recommend.
Delicious calamari, bread seafood, only complaint was my eggplant parmigiana was over cooked and slightly burnt on edges... but overall we loved the experience !
This is a great restaurant for date night! Wonderful drinks (definitely try the pear cocktail), delicious food, and great staff. Drinks came out quick and the staff was very attentive. My date and I almost always share and the kitchen split the plate for us, even the salad! It is a bit small so the noise level can be a little high, but overall the restaurant has a great energy.
Our meal was delicious and the service was outstanding.
The food was too bland for my taste. I had shrimp and pasta. It just tasted so plain and the shrimp was kinda tough. The restaurant was very noisy. The service average.
Our reservation was for 7:15. The Restraunt was packed at 7:05 when we arrived and checked in. The young male host seemed very brusk and told us to wait because we wouldn’t be seated until 7:15. There is no place to wait other the bar such was lively with locals so it was interesting. Table final ready with piles of apologies for having to wait. Along the long wall of the restaurant was a party of 50 or so, half of them kids under 5 years of age. At least the food was delicious, lasagna was bubbly hot when it came out. Capellini was perfect, cocktails were mixed to perfection with quality liquor. Desserts were good, though they are made off site and defrosted. Coffee was very good. Overall, so noisy we couldn’t hear a thing, not the restaurants fault. Food was well good! We will return, maybe on a week night.
Food is always excellent and service is unreal..We keep going back because we love this place!
wonderful food, great service, great place to meet old friends.
Great place to meet old friends, and none had been here previously. Great reviews drew us, as well as love for Italian. Excellent, patient service, since we were talking and catching up. The veal parm, which they made at my request, was delicious. Friends loved their onion soup (authentic, with gruyere), fettuccini carbonara, and the Steak Mulberry. Can't wait to return to try their other dishes!
I arranged a business dinner with some work colleagues from out of town. Everyone really enjoyed the food and ambiance. The service was very good and small setting in a great location. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal and excellent service.
Great seafood. My husband, daughter and I all really enjoyed celebrating his 65th birthday here.
I do not live in Fullerton area but was visiting. Use to live there. I took a friend to celebrate her birthday and we were all (3) impressed with the excellent staff, food and the restaurant itself. My friend had never been to Mulberry Street and she was very pleased. We were treated like royalty.
Thank you to all the wait staff for your excellent service.
The food was great. I had the linguine with white clam sauce and lived it!
The food is absolutely amazing! Don’t allow yourself not tongo!
Would like to see more variety Cannlones our ravioli
Great meal. Great service.
This restaurant is my go to for good italian food. Always great in taste, and great service! Would recommend it to everyone.
Great food and service.
Mulberry's is an old-time restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Sadly, however, my food was terrible. I ordered the warm spinach salad. This consisted of spinach leaves, a bit of a bacon and raw onion swimmng in about a half cup of warm red wine vinegar. It was inedible so I sent it back assuming a mistake had been made. I asked for a new salad with the dressing on the side and received the spinach and a cup of warm red wine vinegar with some bacon and onions floating in it.
I also ordered the fried calamari, which was edible, but certainly not tender. My husband ordered the pasta primavera with added grilled shrimp. The pasta is not made in house, but was decent, however the shrimp were tasteless, having been grilled without any oil or flavorings.
On the plus side, the bread was very good, and the service was friendly and reasonably efficient.
We had not eaten here for 10 years. I can not imagine why it dropped off our list of restaurants to go too. So glad we rediscovered it. Food was great the service was good. With 2 drinks and a bottle of wine our bill was under $90. We are going back and much sooner than in 10 years.
Delicious!!! Chiopino is excellent. Good service.
I made a reservation six days in advance but we still had to wait, standing up, for 45 minutes to get seated!!!!!!
Food was really good. Our server, Rene, provided excellent service. Parking was a challenge. Overall, we had a nice evening out.
I took my wife here for Valentine's Day. The place was small, cozy, and dimly lit. The decor was nice. The service was terrific. They told us that the original table reversed for us wasn't available yet. They offered us a different table and apologized because the table wasn't as nice as the other one. We told them that we didn't mind because we were 30 minutes early.
We sat down at a nice table. The server quickly gave us some water and delicious complimentary bread. He asked for our drink orders. Our server was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable of the menu. He answered all our questions and gave great recommendations.
I ordered the Mullberry steak. It tasted great and had good flavors. The pasta that came with it was delicious too. My wife had the Mullberry feast. It was a seafood dish served over linguini. There was clams, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and salmon. It was so good. Both dishes had huge portions. We had to bring the leftovers home. We saved some room for desserts: tiramisu and strawberries. They also have us some complementary chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. My wife loved all of it. It was a very enjoyable night.
