Mulberry Street Ristorante
Great place to meet old friends, and none had been here previously. Great reviews drew us, as well as love for Italian. Excellent, patient service, since we were talking and catching up. The veal parm, which they made at my request, was delicious. Friends loved their onion soup (authentic, with gruyere), fettuccini carbonara, and the Steak Mulberry. Can't wait to return to try their other dishes!
I arranged a business dinner with some work colleagues from out of town. Everyone really enjoyed the food and ambiance. The service was very good and small setting in a great location. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal and excellent service.
Great seafood. My husband, daughter and I all really enjoyed celebrating his 65th birthday here.
I do not live in Fullerton area but was visiting. Use to live there. I took a friend to celebrate her birthday and we were all (3) impressed with the excellent staff, food and the restaurant itself. My friend had never been to Mulberry Street and she was very pleased. We were treated like royalty.
Thank you to all the wait staff for your excellent service.
The food was great. I had the linguine with white clam sauce and lived it!
The food is absolutely amazing! Don’t allow yourself not tongo!
Would like to see more variety Cannlones our ravioli
Great meal. Great service.
This restaurant is my go to for good italian food. Always great in taste, and great service! Would recommend it to everyone.
Great food and service.
Mulberry's is an old-time restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Sadly, however, my food was terrible. I ordered the warm spinach salad. This consisted of spinach leaves, a bit of a bacon and raw onion swimmng in about a half cup of warm red wine vinegar. It was inedible so I sent it back assuming a mistake had been made. I asked for a new salad with the dressing on the side and received the spinach and a cup of warm red wine vinegar with some bacon and onions floating in it.
I also ordered the fried calamari, which was edible, but certainly not tender. My husband ordered the pasta primavera with added grilled shrimp. The pasta is not made in house, but was decent, however the shrimp were tasteless, having been grilled without any oil or flavorings.
On the plus side, the bread was very good, and the service was friendly and reasonably efficient.
We had not eaten here for 10 years. I can not imagine why it dropped off our list of restaurants to go too. So glad we rediscovered it. Food was great the service was good. With 2 drinks and a bottle of wine our bill was under $90. We are going back and much sooner than in 10 years.
Delicious!!! Chiopino is excellent. Good service.
I made a reservation six days in advance but we still had to wait, standing up, for 45 minutes to get seated!!!!!!
Food was really good. Our server, Rene, provided excellent service. Parking was a challenge. Overall, we had a nice evening out.
I took my wife here for Valentine's Day. The place was small, cozy, and dimly lit. The decor was nice. The service was terrific. They told us that the original table reversed for us wasn't available yet. They offered us a different table and apologized because the table wasn't as nice as the other one. We told them that we didn't mind because we were 30 minutes early.
We sat down at a nice table. The server quickly gave us some water and delicious complimentary bread. He asked for our drink orders. Our server was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable of the menu. He answered all our questions and gave great recommendations.
I ordered the Mullberry steak. It tasted great and had good flavors. The pasta that came with it was delicious too. My wife had the Mullberry feast. It was a seafood dish served over linguini. There was clams, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and salmon. It was so good. Both dishes had huge portions. We had to bring the leftovers home. We saved some room for desserts: tiramisu and strawberries. They also have us some complementary chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. My wife loved all of it. It was a very enjoyable night.
I was really pleased and happy we booked Mulberry for our Valentines Day Date. We really enjoyed the place
Wonderful place for a Valentine dinner with my wife!
It was my wife’s birthday and we invited some friends to dine with us and we all enjoyed the food and time we spent here
I celebrated my 50th birthday with some of my girlfriends even though none of us had ever been here before! We all loved this place! The food was absolutely amazing! The drink: Pain Killer was fabulous too! And then we topped it off with the delicious coconut cake. I was so impressed and I cannot wait to go back!
Just a delightful restaurant, from cocktails in the bar, to appetizing appetizers, to large portions of delicious entrees. Coupled with friendly, diligent service to make a great evening.
We went there for a birthday party in which they said they had been going there for years. My friends were very excited! We reserves for a party of 9 but in the end only 5 of us were present. Nobody ordered appetizers but the cocktails were delicious, and the beers came in their bottles with a glass on the side. The salads were average nothing particularly special and the soup portions were small but tasty nonetheless. Our dinner portions were large especially the pasta and not dry whatsoever, nothing worse than bland dry pasta. The only thing my buddy could say was that his lasagna portion was the particularly small, he expected more but the food was good and our server was very attentive. In the end we ended up having to pay the 18% gratuity that came with parties of 8 or more even though there were only 5 of us because of the way it was entered in their system even though we told them when seated that not the entire party was going to show up. We would have tipped them that anyway it was just disappointing that they did that automatically. Plus be aware there is also a cake service fee! You are instantly charged for bringing a cake through the door. But overall the food was great and service was good there just some small quirks that irritated most of the party.
Love this restaurant. Great ambiance, great food. Will definitely go back!
Anytime, day or night, mulberry street always delivers, keep up the good work mulberry street.
The salmon is perfectly cooked every time!
Being originally from New York I am particular about Italian food. Every year I attend the music merchant show at the Anaheim Convention center (Namm) and make sure to set aside an evening to have the delicious food at Mulberry Street Ristorante. The service is outstanding from being greeted to desert, as professional as it gets. The food is fresh, and cooked to perfection. I have only praise for this fine establishment and can't wait to visit So Cal again so I can stop in and have another great experience.
Alfredo Sauce was bland and the other had too much garlic.
Very nice family owned and great food ! Busy night and service was a little slow but very helpful staff
Its an old school Italian restaurant but they do everything correct. It was great 20 years ago but i had forgotten how good it was. its a small space and sometimes a bit cramped on weekends but it was excellent.
Mulberry street used to be a great restaurant. I have lived in Fullerton for 18 years and frequented it often. I was there a few days ago with a friend for her birthday and had a very disappointing experience overall. Our waiter seem to be rushed and annoyed. We had to send our salads back the lettuce was so old. We re-ordered Caesar salad's and the spinach salad both of which were substandard. Onto the main course. I had linguine and clams. A few plants and pasta swimming in sauce. My friend ordered a ribeye steak which was covered with some sort of orange sauce. We complain to the waiter who simply didn't care. Because it was her birthday we ordered the tiramisu for dessert. We both took a bite and laughed. Very disappointing food and the waiter was indifferent. Will not be going back there again.
Good food. Great service. Nice people. If they didn't use preservative grade olive juice to make dirty vodka martinis, it would be a step ahead.
I’ve been here a few times and really enjoy the food, service and ambience!
Milestone birthday dinner😁
We all really loved this place. The appetizers were awesome, and the food A++. We had a wonderful time there.
This was a favorite when we lived in Fullerton. It was great to see that it is still so good. The linguini with clams is the best ever!
One of our favorite restaurant in the area. Food and service never disappoint. We went on New Years Eve with more people than the original reservation. They made every effort to accommodate us on such a busy night and the food was as good as always.
For the 5th year in a row we have celebrated New Year’s Eve with a perfect dining experience at Mulberry Street. Love it
Our New Year’s Eve dinner was wonderful! The restaurant’s atmosphere was so beautiful and festive! Our server Rene provided excellent service. We had dinner, champagne and dessert and a fabulous time!
There is nothing on this menu that isn't delicious!
You will not be disappointed with this little hole-in-the-wall Italian Restaurant.
Have been several times and it is always top-notch.
We really enjoyed our meal here on New Year's Eve. Crowded? Of course and very busy. We were so pleased that they had staffed up and the service could not have been better. I enjoyed the veal marsala, my wife had the schrimp linquini. We could easily have shared and had pleanty to take home. The Garlic Bread was outstanding. We will be back
