Stellar service. Absolutely delicious food. Knowledgeable wait staff and sommelier. This is the perfect place for a romantic dinner. Portions are small but very fulfilling. The sauces are perfect. You really can’t go wrong. Have fun

We were celebrating our 48th anniversary. Service outstanding were were greeted with Happy Anniversary and a flute of bubbly. Waiter very knowledgeable at describing specials. We shared the scallop appetizer and Rabbit Ragu both were delicious. We ordered the Pannocota for dessert and Happy Anniversary was written on the plate. A very lovely touch and it showed they wanted to make our anniversary dinner special. Tables upstairs are more intimate and quiet than downstairs by the kitchen. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Portland. Highly recommend.

The food and service were fantastic! Try the scallops. Our server recommended a great wine with our meal. The pork shoulder made me a believer. Not my usual choice, it was luxurious and flavorful! We will be back!

The food and service were impeccable. By far some of the best food both of us had ever had. Definitely pricey, but worth the price. Great for a special occasion or just wanting to enjoy some high quality Italian food. The waiter was very attentive, very kind, and it had the overall feeling of an incredibly fine-dining establishment. We left MORE than satisfied!

The following statement reflects how good this restaurant really is: If I could go back and downgrade all my other portland restaurant reviews to reflect just how good Mucca Osteria really is, I would. It's the service. Hands down, they perform at a level most "high end fancy" places perform but at a location I feel comfortable wearing a nice polo and jeans (this is portland, after all). Mucca delivered during our visit every aspect of what a restaurant strives to achieve, superb, clean and tasty food, excellent customer service, and a warm and enviting atmostphere that you really REALLY want to go back to over again. Bravo Mucca Osteria, bravo! You have a new customer for life.

The service is fantastic and its a place you can always depend on the specials. Trust. Just trust in the specials. It may not a be a "hipster" joint in SE but its a quality restaurant that delivers daily and makes great food every single day. Highly recommend.

Love everything about this place! The food for me is modern Italian with Northwest twist.. so fresh and perfectly seasoned, gorgeously plated and well balanced in all aspects. The service was awesome and ambience was romantic and intimate. Can’t wait to go back! So glad we spent our very rare date night/anniversary here.

The wait staff begins your beautiful dining experience as soon as you walk in. Customer service is high on their list followed by some of the most delicious Italian cuisine I have eaten, and I grew up in an Italian family. If you have time for a sumptuous relaxing meal then stop here.

Mucca is Portland's best Italian restaurant. Yes I've been to both Renata and Ava Gene's, but both pale to Mucca.

One of Portland's finest restaurants, and the best Italian we've ever had here. Superb waitstaff and wine list. Every bite was wonderful. My wife had a lovely sirloin (she asked for rare and it was more on the medium side). We split a side of blue cheese ravioli, which was excellent. I had the duck, which was a standout. Can't wait to go back.

We chose Mucca Osteria for our 10 Year Anniversary dinner because it was the top rated Portland restaurant on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the available wines and the menu & specials details. He had many helpful suggestions and treated us like we were regulars to the establishment.

This was our first time here and it is very nice. The service is extremely prompt and helpful with every detail of the meal. The food is well prepared and tastes very good. If there was any take aways it is that the place is quite small and noisy at peak times. Also, the menu is some what limited, for example, with only one salad choice. Overall we would highly recommend Mucca for a fine Italian meal.

A fantastic and impeccable dining experience. Just a half-step below the full-on "Fine dining" experience, which is perfect for Portland. Extremely Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Ordered a split appetizer, entrees and a delicious bottle of wine. It was an absolutely perfect dining experience. Considering the quality of food and level of service the price point is very reasonable.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time at Mucca! Our staff was incredible, they were attentive to our every need, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My boyfriend is a chef and he can be hard to please, but everything exceeded our expectations. Tasting menu was pronominal, and the wine pairings is a must! {we could have split the wine and been fine, but it was still enjoyable}
Special shout out to Justin & Meghaen both amazing servers.
EXTRA SPECIAL shout out to CARTER!!! He is a great Somm who added an extra special touch to the evening.
So great I went back the next night because there was another special I wanted to try, it was also amazing!
Price is worth every penny!
