As always, wonderful food and our waiter was excellent Attentive, very personable and friendly without that Fixed smile which says, I'm here and I have to serve you! So glad we made a reservation because the restaurant was jam-packed and bustling. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and thank you for fitting us in when we arrived 15 minutes early.
Everything was excellent. The Turkish soup special was so good, we got a container to go. The French onion soup was also an excellent version. We want to go back!
We were greeted warmly & seated quickly. Our server quickly introduced himself and then things started really slowing down. We often found ourselves staring at empty glasses or dirty dishes for seven to ten minutes at at time.
Food was divine, everything cooked to perfection, shame that our server was so inattentive.
Food was fantastic! Our server was superb! Never have a bad experience! Can’t wait to go back:)
The Chef was outstanding. Highly recommend. I have been here a few times and have had nothing but the best food.
From start to finish, a lovely experience. We met with friends for a 5:30 Friday evening meal. We were seated at a table for four right in the front window on a beautiful day with a great view of Nashua's downtown. The waitress was wonderful. Attentive, but not too hovering. Everyone was happy with their meal. The Braised Maine Mussels were excellent. The Herb Crusted Haddock was very good although the edges were a little overcooked and the Lamb Bolognese was very good as well although the homemade pasta was a little too thick and chewy for me. Would have loved it a little less al dente and thinner. The bolognese was really great though. The desserts were also wonderful. My dining companion thoroughly enjoyed his Wild Maine Blueberry Crisp and my girlfriend enjoyed her Creme Brulee. My husband and I shared the special Apple Crumble which was also delicious. We had drinks and bread as well along with an appetizer of Gorton. The individual components of the Gorton were all good, but the pork spread itself was a little bland.
All in all, it was a really wonderful unhurried Friday night out with good friends and good food. We really enjoyed ourselves immensely,
Amazing food. We had the lobster risotto and the Maine mussels with scallops, shrimp and fingerling potatoes. Our shrimp and pork meatball appetizer was out of this world as well. Delicious! Small menu and kinda steep prices were the only downers.
I can’t say enough great things about this place to everyone I’ve seen in the last four days! As two people who have spent their lives working in restaurants, many compliments to the Chef and management team. Our server was kind and funny and made great recommendations. Our starters were to die for (we will actually probably try to recreate your Brussels Sprout and Apple salad!) and paired perfectly with the first of tasting of Portugal wines you were featuring that night. You cannot go wrong with the Duck Confit, or the Proscuitto either for that matter. We indulged in the special, which was a sweet and spicy pork tenderloin, and before we even realized it, we had cleaned our plates! We didn’t do any dessert, sadly, but we drooled over the desserts that other tables got and I’m pretty confident that you can’t go wrong with a gluten free chocolate cake. Seriously. I will be back, and it will definitely be soon. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for making our friends night out worth every penny!
Great atmosphere. Great waiter. We had the bistro burger and it was probably the best burger I ever had. I wanted a special meal with my daughter, turning 28, and I was very pleased. The atmosphere is special.
Great Easter Brunch!
We went for Easter brunch, and it was fantastic as always. Each dish is top-notch and the baked goods and pastries are to die for. It's a great value at $28. The only drawback is that they do it only twice a year: Easter and Mother's Day. Reservations for those two days fill quickly, so you need to start thinking about it in January. Of course, MT is a fine choice for dinner anytime as well.
Wish I could come up with something clever, MT’s met and exceeded all expectations! Would definitely recommend going here, and will definitely be coming back again.
Excellent food in a casual setting. Creative menu but still OK for fussy eaters as they can modify options. It can be a bit loud during peak hours but that is more due to the general American way of speaking for the whole room to hear ;)
I love MT. It is one of my favorite restaurants. I have never had a meal that I didn't love!
A great restaurant with creative, but not weird, food. Highly recommended.
Arguably the best restaurant in New Hampshire. Never short of exceptional food.
A+ from us. Great for a nice birthday dinner. Food was great and their sangria was amazing. Highly recommend the truffle fries (to die for). We will be going back again ,
Excellent winter sangria! Nice ambiance. Had reservation but waited additional 10 min. Overall we had a nice dinner date.
This has become my favorite Southern Nh restaurant. The food is always delicious, love the cocktails and the ambiance. Excellent service.
Waitress was amazing!
Chosen for vegan friendly choices!
Another great dinner at our favorite place
MT's never disappoints! The food, service and ambiance are always perfect! Like all of the Buckley's restaurants, MT's is one we often recommend and always look forward to our next visit.
Very Long wait - We’ve been to MT many times and for the first time we were made to wait 45-60 past our reservation. The manager and staff was very nice and comped us some apps.
Food is generally very good at MT, but the Ramen dish was way too salty this time. And my martini was lackluster (not cold, sloppily made) - maybe due to how unusually crowded it was. But surprising nonetheless
Hope it gets back to its normal standard soon.
I have been numerous times and we took my wife for her birthday. The service was very slow and sporadic. The food was not up to its usual standard. We all found the found to be boring and without flavor. It was disappointing as this is not what we have become accustomed to from our past visits. Not sure we will be back.
A hidden gem. Have been there twice and will go more often.
The vegan ramen dish was flavorful and plentiful. Loved the Brussel sprout and apple salad.
We visited MT's Local on Saturday for our Valentine's Day dinner, as we couldn't get a reservation at Buckley's (which is more convenient for us) at the time we wanted. We really like MT's Local and should return more frequently. From the pleasant greeting of the hostess to our waiter's cordial goodbye, we had an amazing dining experience. The staff is customer focused, attentive without hovering. The food is attractively presented and delicious. We tried the featured wine flight which complemented our meals. Can't say enough good things!
Valentines dinner. They brought in extra tables and crammed everyone in. Our table was not ready for 30 mins after our reservation and then it took forever for the waiter to come over. I would not go here if you are really hungry or thirsty. Drinks were expensive and the portions small for the price. I will say it was cooked perfectly though
My husband and I had a lovely Valentine's Day dinner at MT's. We made reservations, which I would highly recommend, as they are usually very busy. Although the restaurant was packed, they had planned ahead and had plenty of staff on hand. The service was excellent. From the busboys to the waitstaff, everyone was friendly and efficient. We lucked out, and got a table in a little nook by the window, so we avoided the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, and it was a bit more quiet, as well. The only complaint which I have ever had about this restaurant is that they crowd in too many tables. Depending on where you sit, it can be very noisy, and you are often very close to other tables, so you don't have much privacy. Other than that, it's a fantastic restaurant, with excellent food and service.
We had a lovely Valentine's dinner at MTs. As always the food and service was excellent. What I like so much about going here for a special night like Valentine's is that they do not overbook the restaurant like so many other places do. We have been here several times on holidays and we are always seated on time and the service is never rushed. It was a most enjoyable outing.
Valentine’s Day, our 19th to be exact. Food was as I would expect from a Michael Buckley restaurant. Precise, tasty, well valued. While Surf is the seafood joint , and Charlie does the meat at Buckley’s, MT Local is a great all around dining experience. Well done, no pun intended. We will be back
Employees were nice. Food was good but my filet was burnt on the outside and over cooked. I should have sent it back.
Was excited to finally had the Opp. to dine at MT's Local Kitchen & Wine Bar in downtown Nashua this week. Noticed great reviews on YELP and TripAdvisor. Tried their Cream of Corn soup which was amazing and treated myself to the Fresh Maine Lobster Risotto. The Lobster was prefect but the Risotto was a little too wet of my liking. It actually dried up after awhile and the meal was great. They also serve a wicked Liqueur 43 Martini as well. Will absolutely dine there again in the future
Michael was delightful and informative. He was thorough with my nut allergy and was well informed. Great service!
Great dining experience on a Tuesday night. Outstanding service from Cali. Meal and Dessert fantastic. Will be back.
MT's has been our favorite restaurant for many years when there's any excuse to eat out. The food is always superb, great portions, fantastic service and we always leave looking forward to the next excuse to eat out! On this occasion we couldn't decide whether to have the roasted haddock or lobster risotto. Our waitress suggested we have one of each and split them. When they arrived, they were served in individual dishes for both of us - and equally delicious.
Outstanding food and service. The only negative would be is that they need a larger place to fit all the people waiting to get in. The bar was even over crowded with people waiting for seats. A mark of a great place to try out. Food and wine was phenomenal.
MT's restaurant is my personal favorite! The staff are always professional and knowledgeable, Karen is always so helpful and sweet and the food is always amazingly delicious. I love the lively and upscale casual atmosphere. Not much else to say except that I can't wait to go back.
Fantastic menu, drinks, and service! It is one of our go-to’s when we want to get out of Boston for dinner.
