Hmm, we’d heard some good things, some luke warm. It’s a lovely restaurant and the service is great, but SO overpriced, and the food is good but not to die for. We ordered the signature Green Prawns - good but not stellar - and the Gamblers Duck - delicious but dry. We also had read the Chicken Satay was great but were advised by our wonderful server that it’s $11.50 APIECE. I ordered a small bowl of steamed rice with the prawns and it was $9.50. The main dishes are the size of heavy appetizers and priced like the best full meals elsewhere. Glad we tried it, but with so many amazing restaurants in Vegas, this is not one we’ll visit again.

The restaurant is a sad shell of the name “Mr Chow”.

It was 90 percent empty because, in my opinion, word has spread that the food isn’t good.

Too much fried, too much sauce covering the food, poor quality meat, lobster, and fish...

It’s as simple as that.

The staff are professional and attentive.

The atmosphere needs an update...weird blue carpet and lights changing thruout the meal was bothersome.

At the end of the day, the folks who run this restaurant must know it’s not up to speed with the other restaurants in Las Vegas.

For a grand entrance where you take an exclusive elevator to the restaurant, it was a major disappointment.

We celebrated birthday at this location.
Food was fabulous as usual.
Beverage service was disappointing as water, tea and coffee glasses were empty and not refilled until requested many times throughout the dining experience.

The food was excellent (as it always in any Mr Chow’s).

However the service was way to fast. They were trying to serve the main course before the starters were finished.

Had to tell them to slow down... incidentally the table next door told us they made the same complaint

We had the Bejing Duck dinner. Was a three course dinner. Had a party of four and we had huge helpings of the food. The prawn and walnut appetizer is great. Fillet and Sweet & Sour Pork are both outstanding. I am not a duck fan but my son loved it. Had plenty of left overs for lunch the next day in our rooms. Staff very attentive. Will definitely be back the next trip to Las Vegas. Also have a great happy hour from 5-6.

Service excellent, food fabulous. We enjoyed a semi-preset menu for 2. Started with the Salt and Pepper Prawns (our server warned us that the shell would be on for additional flavor), the shell was too tough to eat, so you have to scrape the shell off, which also removed the tasty batter and left very small pieces of shrimp. All good news from here though! The 2nd appetizer was the Spare Ribs which were excellent flavor, very tender and fell off the bone. For our main entrees, we had Seabass in a light ginger sauce and Gambler's Duck which was also a great choice. Our entrees were served with fried rice and, green beans that were in a fabulous garlic sauce. This was really too much food for 2 people, but it did give us an opportunity to try several wonder options from the menu. We recommend and will return.

Mr Chow's is one of my favorite Chinese-style restaurants in Las Vegas. The stark white decor with a moveable centerpiece is unique and makes even my 7th time dining with them still an experience. The food preparation is simple and is presented cleanly and nicely plated. What really stands out for me is the quality of the ingredients used. The Chilean Sea Bass is the single best tasting piece of fish of any kind to me. The prawns, chicken, and vegetables are excellent and taste great. I marvel at how things taste without having to resort to strong and over-the-top sauces. Yes, the sauces are there but not to be the primary flavor of the dish. The cocktails, appetizers, and entrees are just super. Desserts are good but not as good as the rest.

The attention to service was appreciated. Even though it is expected, many fall short - Mr. Chows did not. Dinner for two, portions were more than we could eat. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever received in a restaurant in my entire life of any meal I’ve ever had. I’ve ate at Mr. Chow multiple times and this was not only that but complete garbage from the service to the food. I’ve never had such an unprofessional rude waiter who served me cold, rubbery, chicken that didn’t even fit the restaurant and not apologize. Disgusting restaurant from every aspect.

Had reservations and still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated when the restaurant was not even full. Felt as if we were rushed and took our appetizer plates before we were even finished eating it to bring the main course which was cold when it was brought to the table. Asked if we wanted a dessert menu even before we were done eating and then as was taking the plates away again, didn't ask to box up our remaining dinner. Ordered dessert and it was never brought to the table instead they brought us the check. Very, very, very disappointed!

Modern and wonderful. Beautiful art on the ceiling. The food was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. We started off with the ribs and a delish lychee martini. Heavenly. We then moved on to the moo shoo duck. I’m not a duck fan but this was outrageous. We also got the fried rice. So different and delicious. My husband wanted to go back the next night. That says a lot. He’s pretty picky.

The Mr. Chow experience was tremendously elegant -- from the restaurant to the wait staff. The food was a sophisticated version of the Chinese food we all know. Sooooo much food that we're enjoying a delightful lunch later. You need to have the Mr. Chow experience!

The experience we had at Mr Chow was very mixed. There was a confusion over the price of drinks ordered at the bar and were given incorrect information. One of the drinks qualified for a 50% discount as it had been ordered before 7pm and cost less than $40. However, to obtain this discount we had to close the tab in the bar area of the restaurant and could not just charge the drink to the tab for the evening. We were also advised that two of the party, who had arrived in the restaurant just before 7pm, had not ordered their drinks in time to qualify for the discount. We weren't even aware that there was a discount available but it seemed odd to mention it and then to discover that only one drink 'qualified'. This was all very arbitrary and unsatisfactory - not a good customer experience.

The wine service was really poor. The white wine we ordered (eventually as we were not asked about ordering wine) was not chilled when it arrived. We asked for it to be chilled and then had to ask the wine waiter to serve us the wine. He didn't seem to know anything about wine. We had almost finished our starter before the wine was poured.

Some of the food was excellent but this was let down by some of the dishes and by the limitations of the side dishes on the menu. The waiter service was not very good either.

All in all an mixed evening which was a shame as it was a special occasion for our party and we had been looking forward to a great meal.

No taste to poorly tasting is the best I can do for the meal we ate. The shrimp roll tasted okay but all it was was a large shrimp wrapped in pastry dough. Not the typical shrimp roll. Rice with mushrooms was awful as was the crab meat cloud and black ink squid. I don't mind paying high price for a good meal but not $432 including tip for 4 people and no cocktails, just tea. I would never recommend this restaurant.

Our first time here and celebrated my moms birthday, Father’s Day and their anniversary all in one. What an amazing experience! Service was fantastic. The 3 course Beijing duck was INCREDIBLY well priced for the amount of food. We couldn’t finish everything between the 3 of us and the quality of each dish was amazing. Could not believe the value! Super impressed, have recommended to all my friends/family and will absolutely be back. Thank you for a great evening!

very difficult to find as it is located down an unmarked hallway then you need to take an elevator to another floor just to be sat in a cold, round room that feels more like a hospital room than a restaurant.
Ambiance is not existent. The specialty cocktails were amazing and the best part of the evening. The shrimp with walnuts were the highlight of the meal. Noodles with pork were horrible, rice with shrimp tasteless, beef with eel sauce typical, box dish was boring, chicken dish unmemorable, all in all, we needed to order more drinks to compensate for the cold room and boring food.
