MR CHOW - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Our Executive Chefs are some of the most respected chefs in Chinese cuisine. MR. CHOW is a combination of old authentic Beijing Original Recipes. The signature dishes such as Chicken Satay, MR. CHOW Noodles and Ma Mignon were all created by our passionate and skillful chefs. Also on the menu is one of the best prepared Beijing Ducks in the world.
The famous nightly handmade noodle show is presented in every location since the opening of London in 1968.
A truly amazing experience. The food, service, and venue were first class. I would recommend Mr. Chow to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
Excellent in every regard
Overall a mediocre meal at best. The room is beautiful and the service attentive, however for the cost of the items on the menu we expected better quality.
We travel from Hawaii to the 9th Island Las Vegas and we love Asian food. We love Mr. Chow’s. The service, the spaceship light, the noodle demonstration and the Lychee martini
One of best food experiences in Las Vegas. Well worth the expenses, great staff & food.
We had the Beijing Duck special. One of the better meals I have had anywhere. A must try.
The experience was terrible. It started out with a very confusing menu, and a waiter that sounded like a salesman who pushed and pushed for us to order a special for 2 people to order 4 items for a fixed price. Then, when we opted not to do so, the waiter told us that we would be charged double for 2 of the items we were ordering. That discussion totally set the mood for a terrible dining experience. We almost walked out before eating.
Disappointing. Service slow and with little attention to details even though restaurant was empty, only 5 tables occupied . Ambience cold.
Decor too white.
Been to NY restaurant and nothing to compare.
Excellent. I would go back every time!
High end quality experience.
Glazed shrimp & walnuts were to die for!!
Everything was excellent - I’d go back!!
Excellent as always. One of our favorites in Las Vegas.
Don't order the Duck Gambei as it is dry and it tastes like charred pork meat. Only order their specialty Duck dish for 3. Were 2 thus didn't want to order for 3. Lesson learned but the rest of the food very good and better service.
We were very disappointed by the Vegas location. We have been to Miami and Beverly Hills locations and those were great. The steak came to our table cold-was sent back and reheated and came back with stone cold asparagus garnish. For a restaurant that keeps talking about balance and removes the chili sauce after the appetizer course because it would be a faux pas to have chili sauce with your entree, I would expect a more balanced entree. When we pointed out the deficiency to the servers all they did was provide excuses. Will not go back-too many good restaurants in Vegas to waste your time with this one. We went on a Friday night and it was pretty empty!
Our dining experience was superb.
Great service, enjoyed banter with entertaining waiters. But prices were high but food was excellent.
Amazing food, good ambiance, service was excellent. They anticipated your every need even before you asked for something!
DJ was great - smooth talker and helped with the menu. Also was really helpful and informative with menu selection. The rest of the wait staff were also great - they were attentive.
On the other hand - ambiance was meh. Plastic menu didn’t match the $200+ check for 2 people.
Okay one-time experience (made better by DJ). Probably won’t go back.
Outstanding team service. Five Spice Old Fashioned was an incredible blend of smooth spices and bitters to make a perfect Old Fashioned. Attention to detail was perfection. Pre fixes dinner made sharing the family style meal a lovely event and the dumplings were steamed perfectly and the soup intact. The red chili had a great kick to it. Loved this meal start to finish. A new favorite in Las Vegas!
Food was mediocre at best. China town had far superior food for a much better value
Everything was perfect! Food was amazing and service was both fast and courteous!
Definitely ask for DJ as captain, he was excellent! He was very kind, patient and thorough with the menu
Ask for the coconut cake- the best!!
Amazing Asian style food with family style table serving!
Some of the dishes we ordered lacked flavor. The soup and salted prawns were great. The fiery beef had no fire, more sweet. The Joanna chicken was very mediocre. We would not order these two items again.
The signage is classy and the entrance is sleek and inviting. From the time we crossed the entryway and we’re greeted by two lovely hostesses, we were enthralled! We got in the elevator to ride up to the dining area and we’re greeted by a delightful host who escorted us through a beautiful dining room. Very pristine and minimal with clean lines and much attention to detail. The geometric ceiling centerpiece moved continually providing n interesting and stunning visual. We were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by each one of the gentlemen who served us. The wine list was varied and extensive. We opted for the two course prix fixe. We chose the shrimp roll and the squab with lettuce to start. Both were scrumptious; well seasoned and prepared and presented exquisitely. The dipping sauces were a perfect accompaniment. For our main course we had the MA mignon and the steamed sea bass. The sides were multi-colored cauliflower, carrots, baby bok choy, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms and shrimp fried rice. EVERYTHING was delectable! The filet was tender and seasoned to perfection. Literally melted in the mouth. The sea bass was so fresh and tender and also well seasoned. The veggies were an excellent blend and tasted wonderful. We had an exquisite bottle of Zind-Humbrect Gewürztraminer Alsace ‘12. We were so full we were not going to have dessert, but we were celebrating my birthday and I was brought a most decadent slice of double chocolate cake. From beginning to end, this was absolutely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had!
The food is terrible. The service and ambiance are great.
I enjoyed the first class experience, service was excellent and the atmosphere relaxing.
The food was ok, Chicken Satay wasn't good, shrimp appetizer was over cooked, Fiery beef was excellent, Lobster was crunchy but way too salty, this was a prefixed menu which I understand, so I would try it again.
Every part of the dinning experience was fabulous. Staff very knowledgable.
Laughable that people actually think that this a quality product.... from the plastic menu to the poor quality food and fake waiting staff ..... such a shame
One of my favorite places to eat at. You just want to order everything on the menu, the food is that good!
Great service from a very quality establishment . Thank you for a good overall dinner and experience .
Great food and fun modern decor. Portion sizes were excellent!
It was good not great, I think it is expensive for what it is, lack of flavor on the crab dish that they recommended. Service was very good!
Loud space. it was not full but if the restaurant was full it would have not been pleasant to be there. service and food were excellent.
Food was too salty. Service was not what we expected after a great experience in Beverly Hills ( did not create a nice , welcoming atmosphere ) We felt like we needed to quickly order food without asking any questions and no dish can be altered to what we would preferred. Disappointed.
This was my second time dining at Mr. Chows. the first time was an amazing evening with outstanding service and food. This time however fell far short. I felt like they were rushing us as the food came out very fast and some of the dishes were literally put down on the table with no explanation of what they were. The fact that we asked the waiter to pick the dishes for us made that even more negative. I ordered several bottles of wine and we didn't get the wine until about halfway through dinner. The food is really good so the service really made it a below average experience
Great food served up with excellent 5 star service!
Food was great, but service was terrible.. we heard the waiters talking bad about us and they didn’t want to serve us though we had a reservation. We felt rushed..
Great experience! Food was excellent and service was superb. Highly recommend the Glazed Shrimp w/ Walnuts and the Curry Puffs off of the appetizer menu.
Great service. Very attentive. Peking duck was fantastic.
