Fantastic meal! The restaurant is beautiful and the wait staff delivers impeccable service. This is a true experience that should not be missed. I will return every trip to Vegas
One of the best meals I have ever had. DJ, Mario and Patrice made it a truly amazing experience.
Totally worth the money!
We had a great time, service / food was great - thumbs up 👍
Beautiful restaurant with an all white decor. We ended up ordering the prix fix menu for two which ended up being a lot of food for two people. All of it was delicious.
Excellent friendly service. The "moon" show added an interesting thing to watch during dinner.
The service from the moment we walked through the door was outstanding. Our table captain was DJ and he worked with a very attentive wait staff who catered to our every need. The food was delish - especially the pot stickers and spare ribs! We were a party of 4. It was the first time at Mr. Chow for all of us, so we didn't know what/how to order. We ended up ordering way too much food, which was unfortunate because it's pricey and we were flying out that night and couldn't take it with us. However, everything we ate was tasty. Now that I know how to order, I'd go back again and not allow my eyes to be bigger than my stomach. Definitely recommend.
The server took 15 minutes to bring us a menu. Apparently only two servers can bring people a menu.
Amazing as always!!!
Where do I begin. This was our first visit and probably if not very likely her last. The room is very cold looking and the lack of people make it look empty. But that was only the beginning. There was a service team taken care of us and Who would’ve thought there was no one. He selected his sharing menu upon the recommendation the appetizers were good but when the main horses came two out of three were disaster. The Seabass was very good. We ordered the drunken duck which came out dry And tasteless. We called our waiter over and asked that we would like it to be recaulked as it was overcooked. The manager came over and told us that that is the way they prepare their dock so you can use plum sauce. There is nothing in this world that could’ve made that edible. We switched over to a lamb dish which is only one step above. Now in my experience you would think that the manager would come over apologetic instead of arrogant and demeaning. He could’ve at least offered us One dessert to split as a token. We did order one chocolate cake which we paid for. Do you only light of the whole night was Cecelia the girl that took care of our table she kept our move well as can be expected under the circumstances. She is a diamond in the rough. We will not be returning Mr. Chow I hate great reviews like this but shelving must. I don’t know how they made it here this long I don’t see them being here tell much longer
It was fine! I wasn’t wow’d. I wanted to be wow’d but it just didn’t make it. We went to a noodle bar in Paris the next day for lunch... wow’d! Sorry Mr. Chow
We celebrated a 21st birthday at Mr Chow’s. The food was outstanding and the service was wonderful. Although it is pricey, I didn’t mind because the quality and quantity of the authentic Chinese dishes were well with it
Food was very disappointing. Space and service were nice. Everyone in my group of 4 regretted going there. Too many other good options.
Always great, any location!
Mario and the rest of the servers were excellent.
Very good food and excellent service. Little pricey especially on drinks and wine. A glass of “ mr chow “ wine is $24. Totally out of line!,,
Food quality is poor, not worth the money. Try some restaurants in nearby chinatown.
The food was fabulous!
Ma Minion is to die for.
Steamed Sea Bass was delightful.
The ribs were incredible.
The service was excellent!
Its not cheap, but worth every penny!
Very disappointed. Terrible seating. Everyone is squished together like sardines in the most uncomfortable chairs or tiny booth seating with tiny tables. No ambience what so ever, and they must hire the cheapest servers they can get. Don’t bother to ask to speak to the manager if you are unhappy with the service, he’s a total snob and jerk himself. This place is a total Tourist Trap.
Food was good but the service was very rushed and it seemed the servers just wanted us to get out of the restaurant, we were presented with the check the second we put down our spoon. It was a New Year’s Eve set menu and we had one veggie in our party and the veggie options were very bland and lacked flavour. It was a special evening for us and the lack of service was disappointing.
I had been looking forward to NYE at Mr Chows all Christmas. Their set menu for $130 failed to deliver. Food was of low standard and small portions. Highly disappointed with their NYE spread.
Food is OK but Tao's (at the Venetian) is tastier in comparison. Service at Mr. Chow's is outstanding, and the ambiance is nice.
The food was lack luster for the event (NYE) and being a prefixed menu. They gave us each selections, but only gave 1 dessert to share.
Simply fabulous. Food was tremendous Loved our dining experience
Went as part of a group of 5 for dinner. We ordered the Peking duck, which at $85 per person may initially seem expensive, but all the food that comes with the duck is unbelievable. The table shares 4 full sized appetizers and 3 full sized entrees, all off the menu (no limitations, so pick the expensive apps & entrees). The service was top notch and this mean ended up being each of the 5 individuals most favorite meal/experience during our 4 night stay. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a nice, quality Chinese meal.
Great food. Amazing crispy duck pancakes and the walnut shrimp is unbelievable. It’s expensive but worth it for a special occasion.
AMAZING!!! The food was unique and delicious. The ambiance beautiful and peaceful. And, the staff worked as a fine-tuned machine while being friendly and helpful! Counting the days til our next visit!!!
Excellent food, excellent service, great experience.
It seemed that the person taking the order was pushy for us to try the set menu...while we wanted to order al carte.
This was our first dining experience at Mr. Chow. The service staff was amazing! We initially ordered the green prawns, but they were not available. Our server suggested the nine prawns which was a quite tasty substitution! Our only complaint was the charge for sides, because it feeds two, the cost is double. We were a bit surprised initially, until our server provided clarity. We paid our bill without alarm or issues. 🤟😊 During our next visit to Vegas or to a city where there is a Mr. Chow, we plan to reserve a table and enjoy another tasty meal!!
The food was excellent. However, our waiter forgot one of our dishes. We were offered a free desert instead, but that would have been extra anyway. The staff was rushing by continuously and no one really cared to check on us. It seemed to be tense for the staff like they had to “look” busy. Wasn’t impressed like we thought we would be. They took 30 dollars off the bill. I felt the manager was a bit defensive, but overall the food and drinks were good and it’s Xmas so we were still in good spirits.
Just awful, silly, smoke and mirrors. Worst restaurant experience ever had in Las Vegas.
So many things wrong w this place, don’t want to spend the time for details.
Cannot return or recommend.
Overpriced average Chinese food. Portions are way too small for the cost.
I'm not a person writing bad reviews but this is the first one I'm writing very seriously, PLEASE READ:
1. The wired prefix set thing. We had a big group and they say each of us have to get the same set (the only difference between Mr. Chow and Beijing Duck set is the duck), but some of us don't eat duck, the still made us choosing the duck set and saying we can get two ducks for 8 of us. However, there's only one duck served and the table next to us having 2 adults 2 kids are getting the same thing??? Almost same sized duck? How ridiculous is the pre fixed setting!
2. The food. The noodle and appetizers taste nothing special compared to some Chinese take out restaurant , but fairly saying the beef and steam fish was good. The Beijing Duck is the worst part that is definitely not worth 100/ person!
3. The service. At first it was good, but we are so confused about the duck set thing. Our server called his manager but the manager is arrogant too, saying the rule is set by Mr. Chow and that is it?? I'm now still confused why we 8 sit together will get much less food than we split into two groups of 4. One more thing, our friend got some soup stains on her new bag and no one apologized for that. My jacket was almost dropped on the floor but nobody reminds me about that.
Summary: if you really wants to have the Chinese food dining experience and not price sensitive, you can choose them, otherwise don't have a expectation on the food, and NEVER do the prefix menu with a large group!!!!!!
Good food & service
Great food. Unique Chinese food experience
Mediocre food at best at a completely ridiculous price. We paid $110 per person without drinks and the food was not great.
Excellent food in a fun environment. I enjoy it more when my party is larger.,
We ordered 2 appetizers and one entree to share together with a rice dish and a vegetable. The table was tiny, they bought all the food basically at the same time. The food was a little better than average and the price was extremely high for the quality.
Not recommend or return
I absolutely adore Mr. Chow. Everything was incredible from appetizer to entree to dessert. Pick the 3 course option, way better than ordering a la carte in my opinion.
If you just want to say you have been to Mr. Chow then this is good enough reason to go. The place is beautiful, the staff is extremely attentive and cordial, the food is over priced to say the least and sometimes bland and dry. Not a “Real Chinese” restaurant. My bill set me back almost $400 ( including gratuity) this was for four people.
