it has been two years since the last time we dined at the restaurant, the food is outstanding
We love our waiter, we love the breads and pastas, and the fried zucchini as in amuse Bouche was a lovely added touch.
My absolute favorite restaurant !!! I recommend this restaurant for any occasion. It is definitely a foodies spot, with incredible service. There is nothing like it .
Horrible manager with no customer service skills. Pasta was cold and not cooked enough
Restaurant far below expectations. Good flavor poor. Quality guarded. Service with no personality and lacking. Restaurant empty. No ambience. Expensive. Parking great but pricey.
The best service you can get in town.
Real Italian food deliciousness.
Approved by Italians!! ;-)
Bland food and a true disappointment for such a big name in the culinary circle. Presentation was less than desirable, with better dishes in less known restaurants.
Tiramisu was alright. The best dish? Their bread.
Always a wonderful authentic Italian meal feels like a fine Italian restaurant with superb service and food.
Disappointing.
What's happened?
Branzino barely warm
Father's Day Brunch was fantastic. The buffet was definitely worth it. Very fresh seafood.
The worse service only surpassed by the unedible food! Parking cost, a joke!
We always had a great time there. It is pricy but food and service are great
Service was great. Food was decent but seems overpriced compared to other competitors in the market. Pricing compared to plating, creativity fell short.
Attentive and enthusiastic service. Also paced the courses well. The food was very good. Particularly the fish -- simple preparation but very nice
Always a treat. Never disappoints. Run by the famous Cipriani family. The food is excellent & the service is quite good. I'm surprised it's not more crowded but I'm always pleased to get a table !!!
the place was just incredible. Food was excellent.
Valerio thank you for your hospitality. Fantastic Easter Brunch!
Great time, great food. Out waiter was very attentive. I will be back!!
This place is the best. Great food, incredibly friendly service, warm, comfortable yet sophisticated ambiance. A true jewel on the Westside.
Would highly recommend like a wonderful local Italian restaurant
I always enjoy the decor & the service. Food is excellent.
Not really Beverly Hills, but food was good and service adequate. Advertised as "romantic" which I would not agree with, but good for visitors to the area as the hotel it's located in is centrally located. Also, a nice place for casual Italian dining experience.
Wonderful food & service. Always a delight
Pretty dining room. Nice but small patio. Good food. Good for business. Expensive and the parking is $10 with validation.
Love this spot! Food was good, service was great. Just like being at Harrys Bar in Venice. Maitre D and Hostess were absolutely charming!! We will definitely be coming back .Our waiter from Positano was super. We felt like we were in Venice, Italy.
Go early ! Avoid the crowds.
Only complaint was the noise from the Hotel lobby band. Dixie land music doesn't mix with Italian vibe. They were horribly loud. Interfered with enjoying our meal until the charming Maitre D'closed the entry doors so we wouldn't be agitated. We couldn't hear ourselves talk to each other.
Excellent dinner and service as well. They get it! Spaghetti w meat sauce was the best!
Love the ambiance of roomand the attention to detail is meticulous
The service is exceptional
The food, being a European, this is seriously authentic Italian food cooked with quality ingredients, served hot, excellent choice of meat and fish and vegetarian dishes, the breads and croissants they serve before the food is deliciously fresh
I go there often and everybody I take there loves it and thank me for introducing them to it !
I was very disappointed in Mr. C. When my wife and I arrived, we had to wait a few minutes to be helped by the hostess, as she was chatting with someone. Once we were seated, it was another 10-15 minutes before the waiter came to to take our orders. He was very friendly, and for all I know the restaurant was short staffed that night, although no one ever explained why the service was so slow. To save time, we ordered our drinks and meals right then and there. After another 10-15 minutes, the appetizers arrived. At this point, we still hadn't been served our drinks. Those arrived a few minutes after the appetizers. I can't speak for anyone else, but I really, really prefer my cocktail to arrive before the food. Anyway, I take a sip of my vodka martini, and was repulsed. It was easily a third vermouth. I'll admit to being particular about martinis, and I'll also admit to not having specifically requested a dry one. But it honestly never occurred to me that a bartender in an upscale establishment would put so much vermouth into a martini. I sent it back, and the replacement was in truth much better. As for the food, it was good, although not spectacular. The steak tartare was tasty, it had just a hint of heat, which was enjoyable, although it perhaps could have used a bit more Worcestershire. For my main course, I had the chicken curry, which was quite good, although I think I could get the same at an upscale English pub. I really got the sense that at this particular restaurant, the quality of the service really depends on if the staff recognizes you. We really had the distinct feeling of being second class customers.
We love the whole chain, all over the world. Unfortunately, this is our least favorite. The food is not great. It's so over salted, it's almost inedible. If it were better, we would come weekly.
Consistently tasty with authentic Northern Italian food. And wait staff, like Chiara, who make the dinner experience totally special.
Just an uncomfortable restaurant with large tables. There are limited booths that you should request for if you are having a date night. No value at all with $19 cocktails and then apps are from $28-$25. With so many dining options in Beverly Hills, skip this one. Food is average and the restaurant wasn't that busy, but service was awful. The waiter even forgot out side order until we had to remind him after the main dishes were served. Busboy was quick to bus our table as well. Won't return.
Best streak I've ever eaten. Ever. Girlfriend had the Chilean Sea Bass. Also spectacular. Top notch service.
The food was very delicious , and every thing else was outstanding,
Outstanding from the food and the Services
food was amazing and the service was outstanding. We truly had a wonderful night.
thank you,
The server did give me, without prompting, the 15% discount which is part of the resort fee you pay when staying at the hotel. Overall, service excellent but food was so-so. I asked if my fish was frozen and was assured it wasn't. But I am a big seafoodie and I know their fish was frozen.
We went on a Saturday night for our anniversary. They seated us immediately and all the restaurant staff were super attentive and super friendly and kind. The menu is nice and the service is amazing. I think the food itself could be a little better. My husbands risotto was a bit too "al dente" but I know risotto is hard to get perfect. My pappardelle was delicious. Honestly, we were so pleased with the spa and the hotel and the service that the food not being what we expected did not bother us that much but it could definitely improve and I'd need it to improve if I was to visit frequently.
Nice ambiance, quiet and very attentive and friendly service but the food was very average and quite expensive for the quality. Fish very overlooked, to the point of being very dry, for example. Wines were good however and not to expensive.
Mr. C's is close to our house and we really love the staff and ambiance. We were disappointed this last time with the meal. Very unoriginal and the presentation was rather sad. Put the chicken on a very small plate. The Rib Eye was tough.
Our 4th or 5th dinner here. Service always excellent. Very good food. Cozy room. No loud music. We really enjoy Mr.C's.
