Mr. C Beverly Hills
I have been to many Ciprianis and this is a bad one!the food was terrible! Quality not good! Ordered the dover sole had to return it! Ordered the tagliardi wil veal ragu! It had none!!!! Only a few pieces amd pasta was overcooked ,. I would not recommend this Cipriani to anyone
This was the worst restaurant experience that I’ve ever had.
The restaurant needs renovation..it's very depressing inside. The seats are super super low, so if you are tall you will end up with back pain by the end of the night. The food is good, large portions..however for the price it's not worth it. We ended up paying $225 for three dishes and two appetizers (without drinks).. again, if the ambiance was good..it may have been worth it, but it wasn't.
We go out almost every night, but this was for an anniversary, so we were looking for something more of an occasion restaurant. Since it is a hotel restaurant and people were dressed very casually, I don't know if I would call it an occasion restaurant. That being said, it was very pretty, but almost empty. Certainly not the vibe of other Cipriani restaurants. We had an appetizer (avocado and king crab), a pasta (mushroom risotto), an entree (dover sole) and dessert (lemon pie). The appetizer and pasta were outstanding. The sole was good, but not great, and the pie was average. There is a very large selection and there were a number of other things that we would have ordered. Brought our own wine, and as I recall, the corkage was on the high side. I have been here a number of times for lunch and always found it pleasant. I would certainly recommend it, but don't expect it to be fine dining.
Valet parking expensive for location, a bit to quite. Not enough customers. Food was good. Service very good but is a bit boring to be there.
A wonderful go to Restaurant
It’s not Cipriani quality. Disappointing. Service was horrible.
This is a really special place. The food is great! I love many of the dishes here and the mimosas are the best in town.
Nice varied menu. The pre-fixed option is a reasonable way to go. The seating was very comfortable and we were able to relax after our meal without being encouraged to leave.
FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE....... ZUCCHINI FRIES TASTED OF FISH ( OH YA, BY ACCIDENT THEY FRIED THEM WITH THE CALAMARI, GOOD THINK I WASNT ALLERGIC), THE SALAD WAS OVERDRESSED AND SOGGY AND THE PASTA WAS MUSHY AND NOT AL DENTE ................ VERY DISAPPOINTING DINNER.
The Restaurant is fantastic, the food is so perfect like in Italy, and the Director Stephan is so nice and professional. One of my best restaurant in town!!! 👍
Food was terrible. Some meals never came.
Really nice place and food! Went two times in our trip. Awesome!
It was delicious, service was great and it was an enjoyable meal.
Three of us dined at Mr C for New Years Eve. We were warmly greeted and offered a choice of tables. We chose a room next to the bar dining room in favor of a little less noise. Unfortunately we were not informed it was an outdoor room with drapes that didn’t quite keep the room free of cold drafts.
The menu offered both pre fixe at $225 per person and an a la cart menu. We chose the latter and ordered a king crab and avocado salad which was delicious and buratta and heirloom tomatoes. When confronted with the palest tomatoes I’ve ever seen I questioned the waiter if the were actually heirloom. I was told that yes they were. Obviously I was unhappy with the dish and should have been offered a replacement. We were stuck with the most tasteless tomatoes ever. If they can’t do better, they should remove the dish from the menu.
I ordered the Chilean sea bass which was delicious but the side snow peas were very over cooked and the shredded potatoes undercooked. My companions ordered the T bone steak with broccoli and the veal piccata which came with rice. both of which were enjoyed despite the insignificant sides.
Dessert was a shared tiramisu which was ok, no special presentation. Could have tossed a few raspberries or strawberries on it.
After coming here for several years we were quite surprised that the food and service has gone downhill and for the price it is no longer a wonderful dining experience
My Lovers favorite restaurant so I took him for Christmas Lunch.
Went here many years ago and back then, it lived up to its impressive pedigree.
Now, the menu is basic, uninspired, old and the food is just...bad. One dish looked like (quality) dog food and tasted so much like it, it was sent back.
Send this one where it belongs, out to pasture
Crappy, heavy, creamy, cheesy, bland food... only for who don’t know anything about fine dining
The worst food, service, and management skills I have ever experienced. On Thanksgiving night, we returned 5 out of 6 dishes. The chicken was obvioulsy boiled in advance for Stock as it was devoid of flavor. The calamari was tasteless served with canned tartar sauce. I honestly would not feed that food to a dog. These people ruined my Thanksgiving, and did not even seem to care. The table next to us was a party of 10 people. When they have to stand up and yell across the restaurant for a manager because they were fed and treated as bad as us, you have to wonder if this restaurant should even be open. We saw those same people at the valet. They paid $1800.00 for dinner, and spit to the floor as their car was brought up. We ended up paying for one entree and 3 drinks. $175.00. #fake #crooked #phony #rubbish #inedible #noFlavor #KFCisBetter
We have lived in New York and eaten at Cipriani's on 5th Avenue as well as the restaurant at the top of 30 Rockefeller center and Harry's Bar in Venice. These were excellent experiences. Mr. 'C' is a third-rate restaurant compared to the New York and European restaurants. Thanksgiving Food was cold and bland. Stick to Italian food and manage your clientele.
My clients did not enjoy their meal, wasn't what they expected
Excellent service always! Outstanding Italian menu. Elegant ambiance. Great food!
Food was excellent and so it should, table service was poor, the waiter was taking care of to many tables. Our next visit we will site at the bar and order dinner, the Maitre D was organizing the restaurant for a party so tables were being moved around making the ambiance very disruptive.
Everything was great except the seared tuna.
Love the food the service and the ambiance
We wanted to experience a lovely dinner while sitting outside enjoying the weather for late October! The food was amazing and our server made sure to help us choose the best selections!
The King Crab & Avocado appetizer was Amazing
The food is one of the best in LA
Keep it up Mr. C’s!!!
Excellent service. Great traditional Cipriani food. Cozy environment
Dinner date on a Sunday. Quiet night, great food, good cocktails.
it has been two years since the last time we dined at the restaurant, the food is outstanding
We love our waiter, we love the breads and pastas, and the fried zucchini as in amuse Bouche was a lovely added touch.
My absolute favorite restaurant !!! I recommend this restaurant for any occasion. It is definitely a foodies spot, with incredible service. There is nothing like it .
Horrible manager with no customer service skills. Pasta was cold and not cooked enough
Restaurant far below expectations. Good flavor poor. Quality guarded. Service with no personality and lacking. Restaurant empty. No ambience. Expensive. Parking great but pricey.
The best service you can get in town.
Real Italian food deliciousness.
Approved by Italians!! ;-)
Bland food and a true disappointment for such a big name in the culinary circle. Presentation was less than desirable, with better dishes in less known restaurants.
Tiramisu was alright. The best dish? Their bread.
Always a wonderful authentic Italian meal feels like a fine Italian restaurant with superb service and food.
Branzino barely warm
Father's Day Brunch was fantastic. The buffet was definitely worth it. Very fresh seafood.
