This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. Rude staff, profiling not only I but my guest due to our age. Lacked in customer service, fast food level service to be exact. Food was prepared very slowly and poorly. 1 hour from sit down to food; and only 1 server interaction. Do not recommend to my enemy, take business elsewhere.

We love this hotel/restaurant we have been dining here since it opened. It has changed tremendously over the years. Supported the restaurant trough covid and was extremely disappointed with the food then and now. The only thing that doesn't change is the prices keep going up. Which we completely understand. BUT the quality of food should stay the same. Also the little perks which made the restaurant so charming have been done away with the bellini when you arrive and the fluffy puff fresh baked bread a nice surprise. It doesn't seem to as special a place to dine anymore. The food honestly isn't up to the quality we have been used to there. I sadly will say we will not be dining there anymore. Last night very disappointing. The service was amazing. I will remember the good memories its too bad it didn't keep its glamour.

Our server was rude, unfriendly and refused to provide a kids menu or list any kid friendly items they can make for my 9 year old daughter. He disappeared half way through the dinner and was no where to be seen. As a result no one checked on our liking of the food ( the steak was dry and over cooked), pasta was too salty. No one offered us desert menu at the end. The lights at the “library” area were on and off for the entire hour we spent there that was extremely annoying and in spite of me asking them to fix it no one did and no one apologized. On the way out it was shocking to discover they allow cigarette and cigar smoking right next to entrance. Not in a dedicated smoking zone but pretty much anywhere near the front doors and the unhealthy smell lingers all over the lobby. It seems they don’t gather to local but rather to arrogant clients from abroad who smoke next to small kids without a wink. We will never be back. The food was bad, the service was bad, we had to dine with blinking lights… no more comments. Cipriani’s New York locations so much better put together and the food is always top notch. Don’t expect it here, in LA location.

We were discriminated upon. We were chased behind when we left and accused of not paying a $700 bill which another waiter had to come up and tell the other that we DID pay. It was embarrassing and shameful. They treated us as if we would dine and dash. I would never step foot in this place again and i wish i never spent that money in the establishment.

The food is good but service is horrible, the guy who took my order did not even explain well, he seemed like annoyed and had the worst attitude. I don’t know if I would come back did not have a nice experience in this place, seems like all the people that work there are unhappy because the service really is TERRIBLE!

Service was better today - more classic/European service. Entree had some minor issues but overall everything was fine. Look, this is a great hotel (really), but, it’s like a diamond in the rough. It could be the finest boutique hotel in Beverly Hills! It just need to polish its edges and bring its service to the next level. But…. It was fine! Just know we wish it would strive a bit more to be the best.

Rated high. But, honestly… it’s very good; but , a bit of a diamond in the rough. Just needs some polishing on the service. It’s good but has even bigger potential. Example: hostess should move aside or give guests the right of way when walking through the dining room - not plow through to get by first. That kind of thing! It has such a great European atmosphere but just a bit rough in some of the service areas. If you’ve been to Chipriani’s in Venice you see the difference. Anyway, great place. Just think they’d benefit by raising their own bar a bit more.

tried to order a bottle of red wine, the first 2 selection were not available. However the third selection was which was almost 3 times the cost of the first bottle. At the end of dinner, the waiter offered a complimentary dessert for the table. He came back to the table 5 minutes later and said they were all out of the complimentary dessert. we can see two other desserts sitting on a nearby table. Won't be dining at Mr C's again.

Appart from having to go ask for service after having been seating for 20mns everything went well after that. Waiter was nice and present. Food was excellent as usual Ambiance was chilled with a Super Bowl buzz in the air. Good time.

Went here for New Year’s Eve and it was a set menu of $195/person. The service started out good but quickly tapered off. Drinks were consistently late to the table and they never seemed to listen to instructions on our request for how they be made. The sea bass was over cooked and the manager came over and simply said “sorry” but didn’t offer to make it right. We had to ask for our dessert after nobody came back to our table for 20 minutes. All in all we spent $300 per person and it was the biggest waste of money. Do not recommend.

New Year’s Eve I understood that it would be not the best service but no service is really bad. We dine there frequently love the restaurant. Just a bad night. You order an expensive bottle of wine and then have your husband pour the entire bottle himself is not expectable. Then getting your entrée and it’s raw and then can’t get your waiters attention. Then your waiter comes by and says would you like to take your fish and I explained to him it wasn’t cooked properly and tried to get your attention and he says OK so I guess you’re not taking it. very disturbing so disappointed with this restaurant. I don’t know if I consider this five star restaurant anymore. Will go back but very very disappointed. If you’re going to be understaffed don’t have as many guest and make sure everybody has a good time when spending lots of money$$$$$.

Drove 45 minutes - I cannot put my hand on the exact issue but we ordered 3 $60 bone in rib-eyes was they were pan seared or something, not prime cuts, not cooked to what we ordered. The tartare sauce they served with the calamari (yes tartar) had a hair wrapped around the ramekin. The pumpkin spice soup was like warm gelatin. My 10 year old even noticed it was subpar. Don’t expect anything too unique or special. Sorry

We asked if there was dairy in the pea soup and they told us no however after eating the split pea soup my husband and I both became quite ill as we have an allergy to dairy. That was disappointing otherwise the experience was quite nice they had very good cocktails and the staff was wonderful.

Cipriani is my go to restaurant, now in almost every city, for 30 years. The management and wait staff are consistent and circulate around the globe. It’s no surprise that when I walk into Cipriani Las Vegas, that the manager is someone I’ve know for a decade in NYC. The food is consistently good and simple. Olive oil, salt and pepper keeping to the simplicity of Harry’s Bar in Venice. The food is very expensive but very fresh. Once upon a time, you could get a bowl of pasta at Cipriani Downtown for half the price of Harry Cipriani. Not any more! I enjoy the tagliardi and veal ragu, and when in season, the squid ink risotto takes you right back to Venice. The grilled langoustine are also just perfect. Don’t forget to start your meal with a Negroni!

With a 1:30 lunch reservation, we were the ONLY 2 diners. After putting the food on our table the waiter left & did not return. Had to go back inside the restaurant to get silverware. Had to go back inside to request coffee at the end of our meal as the waiter never came back out to check. We asked about a certain dessert, waiter said he didn't think it was available, but said he would check and never advised. If outdoor dining is to be the only option for the next few months, ceiling fans would be a good idea. The flies were plentiful & annoying. The food is still good, but the atmosphere & service did not measure up to what I think of for Mr. C's.

poor customer service. Ordered two margarita pizzas which both came out cold! & Without basil, when I asked the waiter what happened to the basil he said they ran out of it. Not once prior to placing the order did he mention this instead he added by saying it’s just garnish! Rude!
