Great service and quality steaks. Prices are sneaking up to New York territory.

Great overall!

This is mine and my husbands favorite place, we just love it here. We’ve gone to other steak restaurants in the area, and always compare them to Mr. B’s! (And they never do compare!)

Excellent service. COVID-19 protocols were very good. Husbands filet was unevenly cooked; half was overdone and other half was exactly as he wanted. Other than that, our food was excellent.

Fine presentation and generous portions.Very helpful servers going out of their way to assist my wife who became ill (not from food at this restaurant.

We really enjoyed our evening at Mr. B's. Food was great, service was well done and the overall experience was excellent. One problem. We forgot to show our Rewards card when we paid for the meal. I called back to following day to see if we could get the points applied for our meal; but no one answered the line, We called 3 times around 6:45pm on a Sunday; but no answer 3 times. I finally left a message explaining our problem, my name and phone number; but as of Monday afternoon, I've not heard back from anyone.

Two of us ordered salmon. I traded mine to my daughter so that she could have/ appreciate the crust I experienced prior. Unfortunately, it became obvious that it was incorrectly flipped. For an upscale restaurant, I would have assumed that it would have been corrected before being served.

Excellent. Took my food allergies seriously and our meals were fantastic!

We always get delicious food and great service when we dine here. Jeff is an excellent waiter.

Rib-eye streak was done perfectly and the recommended bourbon peppercorn sauce was very good. Bread was exceptional and the bacon roasted potatoes was a perfect compliment with the steak.

Nice experience. Happy to see the safety efforts and spacing of tables.

Burger was good. Fries were slightly underdone and pale and were served only with boring ketchup. Warm cookie sundae was mushy and much too sweet.
I sat in the bar and the bartender serviced four tables plus made drinks. Sometimes there were delays in servicing my table. The first two glasses of ice water had an odd aftertaste, sort of like very weak iced tea. (I was told they only served iced tea from bottles so not sure why the odd taste.) Yet the third glassful of water was fine.

Unfortunately, expectations were not met. For a steakhouse, the best meal was the scallops. Two of three steaks ordered were over cooked, redone and undercooked, then cooked longer and tough. Ambiance could’ve been better with the simple change of the checkered table cloths to white linen. Staff was cordial, but never brought over the manager. To leave things off on a good note, the lobster mac and cheese and crab cakes were delicious.

Unknowingly I accidentally made reservations for the wiring date. The manager was accommodating and offered a table in the bar area. The food and service was superb. We had the lamb chops, ribeye, and steak for 2. Everything was seasoned perfectly. My next visit to Milwaukee will include another dinner at Mr. B’s.

The food was fantastic and made to perfection.
Our server was professional and had good depth of the menu.

Service is always great. Steaks was cooked and seasoned to perfection. This has become one of our favorite spots to when we want steak.

I was really looking forward to having dinner out for my birthday. And normally going to Mr Bs would be a good choice...not this time. Service was terrible. Would come to the table check for more drinks but not clear away any dirty glasses or plates. When dinner was served for some of the sides and needed to ask for them twice. Also was not appreciate the Health charge that we had to ask to take off. Very disappointed and will ne a while before we come back.

If I’m spending this kind on money for a meal I want the experience to be top notch. I realize the covid issue is a concern for some. I personally want things to be back to the pre covid experience. Don’t make it the first thing you present me with. Don’t make your “mask fee” the first thing you present me with. Next time we will be going to Palmers in Hartland.

We visited Mr. B's in Brookfield this past weekend. Our servers were great and the food was delicious, my filet was so tender! This was our first time at Mr. B's and it won't be our last. The reason for the 4 stars was because I had requested a high top table and we were seated in the main dining room instead.

Fantastic place to eat for a special occasion. Food was amazing, service was spectacular. Definitely want to go back in the future.

We love our visits to Mr. B's. The entire experience is always excellent. Mr. B's does great social distancing with their tables and servers wear masks with their name on it! We had Jeff and Nancy as our servers and they were outstanding. Incredible attention to detail and helpful when we had questions.
Our meals were an A+. The scallops were the best ever tasted and my filet was done to my request and melted in your mouth,

My Stake was over cooked and very tough sent it back. (first time I have ever done this) My baked potato was warm not hot. On the positive side the servers were very responsive and took care of it.

I realize your restaurant is trying to maintain a safe environment; however, have to wear a face mask with any interaction with a server during the meal is extremely annoying and serves absolutely no purpose. I agreed to pay $4.00 for an environmental fee, but asking $4.00 per person is nothing more than a money grab.

We will never return to the restaurant, and I have been there many times.

We've been eating here about once every couple of months over the past year. Never had a bad dish. We typically stick to the Steak Sandwich with aioli on the side to use with the fries. It is excellent. It's our go to steak and pomme frites in the area. It beats any of the French places. We split the pasta last time for an appetizer it was good. The steaks are pricey, haven't had one in a long time but if the sandwich is an indication they are likely excellent.

Great experience and handling of COVID situation.

From start to finish our experience at Mr. Bs was phenomenal. Every dish was fantastic and executed beautifully. Highly recommend!!

1. The cleaning fee/tax is exorbitant... especially given declining cases, the use of distance, & masking protocols.
2. Reception was rushed & rude & disorganized. Individuals need to speak more slowly to be understood.
3. Food was fabulous!

I was surprised they charged $8 for Covid protection costs and had nothing in place that other restaurants don’t have. Tables are a little more spaced out, but that’s all I noticed. The food was good, but nothing exceptional for the cost. Our service was awful. Because they require you to put on a mask each time the waiter/waitress comes to the table, they don’t come much at all to check. I sat for a a while waiting for the waitress to come offer me a refill. Then when she brought our food, she offered a refill on beer to my husband, but didn’t offer me more water. I had to ask as she began to walk away. I was very annoyed by this. We went there to celebrate our 14th anniversary, and I was pretty disappointed.

The service was awesome. I the steak I had was cooked to the right temperature but just did not have the flavor for the price. Overall my wife and I had a good experience but for the price there are some other locations that are better.

The food and service is always top notch. Extra precautions were taken Covid making us fell more at ease going out.
