While they knew we changed our time from 6:30 to 6:00 (so that we could eat inside instead of out in the heat), they apparently only received the time change, not the Inside part. And it didn’t matter that we had the change in writing.

We had an amazing time their with great food and great service. I was helped by many servers as they only want to hear what you need and want to help with what you ask for. The space was also very handicap friendly and had open space and extra help with people needing it. The people at MP Taverna are all so amazing also making some of the best dishes I have ever had.

MP Taverna is always a good meal and a good time! From perfectly crafted cocktails to the freshest ingredients for all courses! A special touch is that Chef Michael Psilakis, himself comes around the dining room to check in on all the tables to make sure that everything is perfect and it was. Highly recommend Dan, our server, if you can get him. Dan is a pro, super friendly and knows the menu inside and out. Always has good recommendations!

We visit Irvington once or twice a year from NYC. We always eat at MP Taverna. I used to live in Astoria and remember when there a branch there. We love it!

We went for my wife's birthday. The only draw back was the outdoor seating was not by the river but by the parking lot and train. Though we had a great time the staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. The food was excellent.
