Mozelle's Fresh Southern Bistro
Wonderful and cozy local restaurant that we love.
Food was great
We have been to Mozelle’s many times and it never disappoints. This time was no different. We had the lamb meatballs for our appetizer and they were very tasty. I had the shrimp and grits for my entree. Words cannot describe just how amazingly great they were! They were hands down the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had!
If you’re ever in Winston-Salem don’t pass up the chance to dine at Mozelle’s!
Celebration of school start dinner for two seniors at UNCSA. Delicious food, excellent service + fantastic pies (tomato, coconut + chocolate) + vanilla parmesan ice cream, with server recommended ground black pepper on top, for dessert. We had a wonderful time.
Meatloaf was excellent !!! lil disappointed in the duck spring roll taste was great but a small roll for 12.00...
One of the most delicious meals I’ve ever eaten - could have licked the plate!
Everything was great. Moselles is a great place for lunch and dinner. Service food and ambiance are always perfect
Food was fantastic and the service was great. Emma was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the food. Her wine recommendation was spot on.
Niece in town visiting
Fresh and delicious! Great service
Warm atmosphere with Chef Pearce's dependably delicious food. Loved the updated tomato pie.
Nicely prepared dishes along with a good selection of Gluten Free options.
Wonderful food. Everything we ordered was fabulous. Excellent service and wonderful atmosphere.
We had super service, great food, and half price bottles of wine!
It’s a little crowded to have a conversation with people sitting right on top of you. Which also makes the noise level pretty high.
Fried chicken was fantastic comfort food. Rave reviews. Wait staff was eager and informative. Did not have a bad dish. Venue is cramped and basic, but everyone is enthusiastic about the experience.
The tomato pie was OUTSTANDING! I haven’t quit thinking about it for the last three days. We will definitely be back. The seating inside is more cozy than I like but was fine. We are early and it wasn’t a problem. If the restaurant was full, it would be too close for comfort for me.
Fantastic brunch! Great service. Outside seating available. Vegetarian options& southern gourmet twist
Our favorite restaurant in WS. A lot of good food for a fair price and always great service
A special place for lunch with an out of town friend.
Just moved to Winston-Salem and first visit. Everything was outstanding. Service wonderful and welcoming. Appetizer (spring rolls) terrific. Both entrees great but the brick chicken and sides (especially the tomatoes and cucumbers) was so good I fear my weekly home grilled chicken will forever take a back seat to theirs. Will be back!
Great meal. Pretty little restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you!
Mozelle’s is always amazing!
Our waiter was very nice and great service. The food was delicious! My go to place when friends are visiting from out of town!
Loved the atmosphere, service & food!
We like Mozelles a lot. We take out of town guests there. We go to wine dinners there. This time, for brunch, we had out of town guests. Food was good. Dessert took a wrong turn. We ordered crème brulee, and waited 20 minute, having not been warned it would take awhile. I have dined in fine places where perfectly wonderful crème brulee came to the table within 5 minutes. When it did come at last at Mozelles, after I had gotten up to ask for it, the torch had recooked the custard, which is not a good thing.
We love it here. Never disappointed
Excellent restaurant, great service, amazing food. Bill for two with one appetizer, two entrees, no alcohol generous tip was around $50 for lunch. It's worth the cost but a touch pricey.
We had a lovely date night. Hailey was awesome!
The first time I ate at Mozelle’s I was amazed. But each time since the food has been sub-par to ok. This past Saturday my tuna was ok and seared nicely, but the green goddess that I fortunately asked to have in the side was a chalky cilantro offering that would have smother the delicate flavor of the tuna. The scallops and Greek dressing was a better choice, but overall like the original flare of the taste mixtures and creative offerings on our first visit. The waitress seemed to be rushing us to turn her table over.
One of the top Triad restaurants. Very creative and fresh menus.
Love this restaurant, but Emma was amazing! Her demeanor made the meal a delightful experience.
Absolutely the most amazing food, service and ambiance (sit outside).
Wonderful, as always! The service is excellent and the food, always consistently delicious. We like the wine selection. The Sancerre is excellent.
The food is always fantastic! Never disappoints. They promised me a table to accommodate my mother with mobility issues and it was waiting for us. Thank you for a great brunch!
The food was outstanding. Fresh and Interesting flavors. I had the catch of the day- halibut with arugula and new potatoes. My husband had a classic- fried chicken with a delicious peach chutney. Next time I’ll get dessert too!
Another awesome dinner at Mozelles. Very possibly the best restaurant in Winston-Salem. Service was impeccable. Tomatoes on the caprese salad were the best we have had this season. All entrees were perfect. Can’t wait to go back.
I absolutely love Mozelle's!! It is one of my favorite restaurants in Winston Salem for a few reasons. 1. It's cute & cozy. It's perfect for an intimate date night or a nice dinner with a few friends. 2. The food is ALWAYS great. I've never had a dish here I wasn't happy with (the fried chicken with peach chutney is my fave...omg). 3. They actually try here. The food, the atmosphere, the space itself, the servers, etc - It's all great. They are all nice and accommodating and never let me down. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.
I love Mozelles but was disappointed in the portion size for the price for the fish. I felt totally ripped off and I hate how the sides are a la carte.
The tomato pie is still the best. Succotash is just ok but should add the side of grits back.
