As a family-owned-and-operated restaurant located in Leavenworth, Washington, Mozart's serves European cuisine with an American twist. The menu changes throughout the year to ensure only in-season ingredients are used, ensuring fresh food. Popular entrées include the Saltimbocca alla Romana, vegetarian penne and the filet mignon. For dessert, delight in the crepes or one of the restaurant's other homemade desserts.

The whiskey and wine library is stocked with plenty of some of the best spirits available, making Mozart's a suitable place to stop by for drinks after dinner.
Great food--fantastic red cabbage. Our wait-person (Bree) was delightful--competent, professional, non-intrusive, and a fantastic sense of humor. We four had different meals, and each one was excellent. Wine selection was excellent. Highly recommended. Be sure and get reservations, especially for dinner.
What a fantastic experience. I was nervous about going to a strictly German restaurant. I wasn't sure what to order. The waitress was exceptional. She explained everything very well and all 4 of us got a fantastic meal. I would highly recommend.
The best German food outside Germany!
The crab cakes & escargot appetizers was one of the best, I have tasted! House vinagret was light & delicious on the salad. The main meal we tried was the Mozart plater! A sampling of choice meats. The red cabbage was flavorful & not heavy or too sour. Reminded me of a holiday adventure. The pork shanks braised to perfection and tender! Wild board sausage had an authentic European taste profile, very nice tasty. Port sampler was excellent. Everything was delicious & my finances 50th birthday was a meal to remember. We will be back again & again.
I'd read a number of rave reviews and was excited to book Mozart's for my best friend's bachelorette party. The food was good, but not particularly noteworthy. The service was really slow especially considering the place was practically empty. When I had booked, I'd noted it was for a bachelorette and it felt like they could have cared less. While the cocktail list was notable and fun, the drinks themselves were a hit and a miss. Two drinks went unfinished... at a bachelorette party!
We dined on Saturday evening, 13 February, at the height of dinner rush. Which is it romantic & quiet or kid friendly & noisy? It really depends who the diners are and when you go. We have eaten here a few times and it has been both. This last time there were a couple of large parties, some with kids and the level of noise was a little bit more than moderate. It was obvious everyone was having a great time. Have been here before when it was quiet and reserved. It really depends on when you go and who is there. FOOD is fresh , hot and taste great...
Mozart's offers authentic German food with a great atmosphere.
This was our first trip to Leavenworth, so I have nothing in the area to compare Mozart's to, but the food was just average EXCEPT for the escargot, which was fantastic. The service was a bit awkward, our server came to take our drink orders and wanted our entire meal order at the same time. It wasn't rude, just unexpected in a restaurant that is billed as fine dining. Our meals were exactly as described, served at perfect temp and a nice portion size, but other than the escargot, were not especially notable.
We showed up about 10 minutes early for our reservation, but were seated immediately. They were still on the festival menu and we wanted to sample as much as we could, so we got the fried cheese trio, gnocchi with lardon, symphony of salads, and the Amadeus platter. The food was amazing!!! There were four of us and we were stuffed to the gills, but still had just enough room for the delectable marzipan torte and pot de creme. The only sour notes were that we came on a busy night and it seemed that we were being served by 3 or 4 different severs throughout the meal and also a large party came in to the table behind ours and there wasn't quite enough room because they kept bumping into our chairs. Overall though, it was a great choice!
Mozarts will be our go to place for a nice sit down occasion in Leavenworth.
