Mo's A Place for Steaks - Milwaukee

We had 7:30 reservations arrived at the restaurant around 7:15 had a drink at the bar which was fantastic, the hostess came over to sit us as ,we were walking to our table the night Manager stopped her and he sat another couple ( confused at this point ) so we went back to the bar to wait again. 10 to 20 minutes later the hostess came back over to sit us once again.

5 Star restaurant with attention to service, drinks and food.

Atmosphere is great. The filet mignon was expertly prepared. The sea bass entree was also excellent. Service is always outstanding!

We went for a birthday dinner and the experience was amazing. They had menus that said happy birthday and we got seated right away. The servers were attentive but also gave a good balance of separation to let us enjoy the food and atmosphere. The server was very knowledgeable about the area and the menu. We had the bacon wrapped scallops which were melt in your mouth perfect. Would definitely make this a must eat at when on Milwaukee

Everything was very good. The one disappointing thing was, for the price of a ribeye steak and considering it is a steak house, my husbands steak was tough to cut through. Unfortunately would not go back because he has had better ribeye steak for less the price.

We sat at the bar and Ben the bartender took really great care of us. His honest and pleasant conversation added to our evening. We were running late for our reservation but the kitchen stayed open for us. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I understand everyone has a bad day, I’m hoping that was the case, would not recommend based off the service and food I received.

First time visiting Mo’s. Went to celebrate my husbands birthday. Could quite frankly be the best meal we have had in a very long time. Excellent service. Delicious and perfectly cooked steak, crab legs, veggies. Expansive wine selection. Will definitely dine there again!

Me and my boyfriend came in to celebrate our anniversary we are from Illinois and we’re in town on a little getaway, and I must say this was perfect it defiantly exceeded our expectations. From the food to the service everything was beyond amazing. The ambiance was just perfect the whole vibe of the restaurant was perfect. They brought us a complementary desert that was amazing and also the Menus had happy anniversary at the top they sure made us feel very special we truly enjoyed everything and we will defiantly take the 1 hour 45 drive again just to go eat here!

Love the service that Carly & Nathan gave. Very professional and attentive. The host was also very polite . Drinks and food was delicious. I had the salmon, salad, and asparagus. Absolutely delicious ! I will be returning.

We had a great time!! Three couples that were celebrating the holidays. Food was awesome, as were the cocktails and dessert.

Mo's Place was perfect for Birthday dinner celebration. They made it special, by writing "Happy Birthday " across all menus, and providing delicious Mo's cake. We had fillet Mignon steaks and signature dish ribeye steak- done to perfection, just as requested medium rare and medium. Service was very professional, and we had very good experience all together.

From the bruschetta to lobster everything was great! Highly recommend the location if you are in town looking for a great steak. Our server Moe was excellent.

I booked a table for our anniversary and I'm glad I did. We had the steaks and lobster tail and they were cooked perfectly. The twice baked potato and green beans were delicious. Chase was our main server and she was very polite and friendly. They went above and beyond and gave us a piece of cheesecake and chocolate cake after dinner for our anniversary. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back next time I'm in Milwaukee.

Food is always outstanding and the service is attentive without being fussy. Such a treat.

Meal -- EXCELLENT: Best surf & turf I've had, maybe ever (Filet w/Alaskan King Crab Legs). Steak done a perfect medium, crab legs done to perfection , salad was awesome, cocktail was delicious and complimentary cheese cake for dessert was a nice surprise. Being from Chicago -- we have some top notch steak joints, but Mo's just topped them all.

Service -- EXCELLENT: Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional.

Environment -- VERY NICE: We had a cozy table in the corner of a 1st floor dining room, adjacent to the bar room -- white linen tablecloths, mood lighting, distanced enough to be socially safe, yet had a very "normal" feel to it.

Will be visiting Mo's again in the future -- highly recommend for special occasions, or just because.

Calamari and stone shrimp for starters is the GO-TO and if you haven’t been out of the house in awhile go for the waygu beef$$$ it was devine

The steaks have a heavy charred flavor which covers up the taste of the meat. Very pricey for the level of quality.

Took my girlfriend out for her birthday, she was blown away. Knowledgable staff, exquisite cuisine and great setting. Get there if you can.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed my birthday dinner so much and they even bought me a free wonderful family sized dessert. I will definitely be back!
