We celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday on July 2nd at the hotel’s restaurant, and it turned out to be an unforgettable evening. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager, Simon, who truly elevated our experience. He noticed that my girlfriend wasn’t entirely satisfied with the taste of her NY strip steak and kindly offered to replace it with another cut—at no extra charge. He even paired it with a complimentary glass of wine, which was a lovely touch. We had a great conversation with Simon about their selection of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, which was outstanding. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you for making this special occasion even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Voor de zoveelste keer gegeten bij Morton’s, was dit keer echt enorm om te balen. In de middag werd ik gebeld door Morton’s en werd gevraagd of ik bloemen had besteld voor de avond. Blijkt dat mijn man bloemen hadden besteld en de afleveradres Morton’s adres restaurant had aangegeven. De medewerker wou dubbel checken of de bloemen voor mij was, nou het was al geen surprise voor mij. Op de kaart stond mijn man telefoon nummer en ze belde hem niet op om te vragen, en belde naar mij om te bevestigen. Wij kwamen aan in het restaurant en ons tafel was in de private room met 3 tafels. Het was totaal geen sfeer in de kamer, je kon niks zien, het was erg teleurgesteld. De private room vind ik meer geschikt een familie van 6-10 personen, het was zovan in de hoekje gezet. Wij waren er niet blij.

My server was great, helpful and cheerful. Starter were very good (oyster and crab cake). Soups were bit heavy in taste than expected. Main course steaks if given more "rest time" before serve would be better (too many liquid in the plate). The steaks were overly salted, make it hard to taste its original flavor. Whisky we ordered, its flavour got changed by the end of the meal.

The service was unexpected, the staff was friendly, and there was a menu with photos and names printed on it, which made this dinner a surprise. It is definitely the first choice for celebrations.

The birthday photo the staff took is crooked and cuts off nearly half a person. Just so you know, we were eating bread, and the table was really messy, this filming timing is quite... bad. And the person pouring wine was very casual. Also, after the birtherday photo printed, the staff just put in front of us without saying anything (with no smile / any happy birthday) and waiting one of us ge the photo from his hand. Wow, he didnt shown any respect to us and have no sincerity. This isn’t the service I expect from fine dining, especially a famous steakhouse in HK. The place looks really nice and the decorate is beautiful. The food has no comment, ok but still have other better choices. It’s fine for a birthday celebration once, but I won’t go back again.

Great steak! Service is impeccable. Huge selection of wine and connoisseur is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The steaks, as always, were exceptional. However, the prices were, as usual, a tad on the higher side. The service was satisfactory, though we did encounter a minor issue when our ordered spinach was overlooked. Despite this, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable.
