Guests can park on campus for a refundable $10.00 in any of the parking structures. Parking Structure A located at Gate #1 has the most direct route to Moreton Fig and is located off Exposition and Watt Way. In order to be reimbursed, please present your stamped dining receipt from Moreton Fig to the gate attendant to reclaim the $10.00. *Please note, validated parking is not available for game days or special events.

The cheeseburger was quite good but the bun was cold and the meat kind of cool. It may have been sitting around to be picked up but the pickup might have been late. The server was excellent, as she I always is.

This is an on-campus restaurant. I dined alone. It was a Monday late afternoon and very quiet. Perfect right before a campus event. Ana provided excellent service. My stone fruit burrata tostini, side salad and chicken sandwich on brioche bun was very good. Quite fresh. The menu has a handful of offerings. Mostly a lunch menu.

The food and the service were excellent. The only flaw was that they added a tip to the bill and then the following printout did not mention that. So the two of us added a tip. They know perfectly well what they are doing. They are hiding the fact that there was already a tip added. This was not for a large group, either. It smears an otherwise pleasant process with an unmistakable smell. Yes, if we would have totaled everything carefully we would have noticed. We did not do so until later. We will stop recommending the Fig.

This restaurant was selected because it's a more upscale sit-down restaurant on campus open to the public. Haven't eaten there in years. I was a bit disappointed. The cornbread was very tasty. The grilled tuna salad acceptable; tuna pieces a little thick and not as fresh as I like. Did not like the key lime desert - too sweet. I wanted to park in McCarthy parking structure to take advantage of $10 back offer described on website but lot was full and that offer wasn't extended to other on-campus parking structures. It should be.

My friend didn’t expect the Romain to be as a whole leaf on the plate with the large anchovies (Cesar salad). For the value it was not as impressive or yummy. Make note you will be charged automatic 20% gratuity on your recipe. So if your splitting the bill look first before you add 20% additional by mistake for tip.

The food and ambiance were great! The service was good, as well, however, a 20% gratuity was added to our bill when it was only a party of 4 and there was nothing on the menu or on their website that says this is standard practice for everyone. I can't help but feel that this was an isolated incident where our particular group was singled out for some reason. Our group was having a departmental lunch, so this was pretty disappointing. I wanted to email the restaurant privately (but there is no email provided on their website) to express my concerns about this, as it's not appropriate or standard practice to do this, and had I asked, legally they would've had to remove the gratuity. For the record, the server would've been tipped appropriately, regardless, but it's not right to add the gratuity automatically for a party of 4. Disappointed!

I love Moreton Fig! I may seem biased, as I am on campus at USC quite frequently, but honestly I would go out of my way to dine here! The service is always welcoming and friendly, and the food is fresh, inventive, and delicious. If you are anywhere in the USC area, treat yourself to a delightful dining experience at Moreton Fig!

The Caesar salad was wonderful. The portion was large, and the Caesar dressing was excellent. I had the seafood catch of the day, which was baramundi, and it was excellent. The wine selection is limited, but the prices are a bargain.

Although our reservation confirmation stated that we would get a $10 refund for parking on the USC campus, neither Moreton Fig nor the parking office would provide the refund. $20 to park on campus for dinner is too expensive. In addition, the actual menu is only a small portion of the online menu. What I had wanted to eat was not available. However, the servers are attentive and it’s a convenient place to get a sit down meal on campus.

The most civilized place to eat in and around the University of Southern California's University Park Campus. Spatious, modern interior or elegant patio dining under the eponymous fig tree in the center of campus. Good range of interesting menu items, a bit pricey but excellent quality. First time they have reopened since March 2020. Menu has shrunk and even allowing for inflation, the value is down. The chicken in my Caesar salad was dry, overcooked. And the salad itself was thoroughly mediocre. No more bread with meals. Altogether I was extremely disappointed and recommend that USC people avoid what, before COVID, was becoming a pretty good restaurant. On the plus side, our server was excellent. I tipped her 25% on the total plus tax.

Tables are too close together. Loud rumbling noise underneath the floor and vibration. Servers took too long to approach the table and take our order. Food is overpriced given taste/flavor. Only redeeming factor is it's close to Bovard Hall.
