We were looking forward to eating here since we heard such raving reviews. Our experience started off on a rocky start with an over zealous waitress who was extra anxious and gave us a rough vibe. We reached to manager as he was passing by and almost immediately, our experience was elevated. Kevin was professional and courteous. Never once did he say anything negative about his employee but focused on providing us highest level of customer care. We kindly approached our waitress too and she apologized for rushing through. The rest of the evening and meal met our expectations. Kevin kindly poured us each a glass of champagne on the house as an olive beach which we so appreciated. He didn’t have to do that. We laughed it off and it was smooth sailing. Food was amazing. Our compliments to the chef!! Lovely place to visit and say Hello to Kevin the manager.

A truly great restaurant!

Morel's is our favorite restaurant at the Palazzo. Here with the wife celebrating my birthday and Valentines Day.

This time we had the Seafood Fettuccine and the Alaskan Halibut. The food was wonderful as usual.

The staff was great and very friendly also as usual. Shout out to the manager Jerry K (who we missed this time) but we did get to see our favorite servers Nadia, Marina, and our new friend Mohammed.

For Valentines Day they have the wife a nice heart shaped balloon with a chocolate candy base. For my birthday they gave me a nice Vanilla Creme Brûlée that we shared for dessert.

$400+ table for birthday sunday brunch. Was 10 mins early to reso, host took us to a table that wasn't set for the right amount of people. We would of gladly waited for her to check to see if the table was ready for us instead of having to stand next to the table watching them add settings & pull chairs from another table. Server never properly greeted us, came up and asked what we wanted to drink or if we were ready to order, thought he was the bus boy at first cause he helped the hostess set up table and never said anything to us until he tried to take our order. He forgot a coffee, one guest ordered no dairy so asked for no cheese, the sandwich came without cheese but he failed to mention it comes w/sour cream and creamy horseradish...first thought should of been to ask if guest was lactose intolerant. Never apologized. The chit/ticket mentioned a birthday, birthday guest even reminded him, also walked by as we were cheering the birthday girl and he still didnt know who it was. Section and restaurant was slow, so should of been more attentive. I had to ask for a speacial dessert when server should have pulled person who made the reso to ask when a good time to bring the dessert would of been, no acknowledgement until I asked even though we had been sitting there with no food and drinking mimosas for a while just waiting. Did not clear table as often as should, or refilled water.
Food was extremely bland, no flavor what so ever, but looked beautiful. The menu had great options and had organic! The yellow table cloths are hideous, with nude paintings on wall...didnt really understand the flow or theme of restaurant. Chairs comfortable, the bussers and server assistances were pleasant. Kept mimosas coming which was the only good thing. Just kinda average experience, expected more for price and sunday brunch, rated well on thrillest...and well, vegas in the pallazzo...so 2/3 out of 5. Thank you anyways thought!

Like most Las Vegas casino restaurants, it was over-priced, esp. the wines. But like many Las Vegas casino restaurants, the food was excellent, and the service too. We had the Greek salad, steak, and asparagus topped with a fried egg. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Price didn't reflect quality of food. Tomahawk steak was said to be 72 ounces but was just slightly bigger than one of my guests 14 striploin.

Meat was chewy and too charbroiled (burnt tasting as well)

I took my husband for his birthday (which I mentioned in the reservation, and they did not mention it at all.) to Morels and was expecting a very nice meal. It was far from that. The only thing that was excellent was the scallop appetizer. The steak was mediocre, we paid $120. for Main Lobster that turned out to be more like langostino. The baked potato had imitation sour cream. It was just disappointing all around. The cost was $330.00 for the two of us which is considerably more than we have paid at Lakeside Restaurant at the Wynn which is heads and tails above what received here from service, to food, to ambiance. Very disappointed!!

The food and the wait staff were fabulous. The fondue appetizer was fantastic. It could have contained a little more cheese though.

I didn't care for the person who greeted us at the entrance. He was not friendly and he sat people that came in after us that had no reservation. (We had a reservation.)

I also asked for a table in a quiet area. I'm not sure the place had quiet areas. They sat us next to a party that had 18 people -- VERY NOISY.

I would definitely recommend this place for the food and wait staff, just not as a romantic setting.

Not a great experience. Hostess was out of sorts, waitstaff took 5 minutes to acknowledge the hostess had seated us. Besides that, they set us in a high traffic area right at the front of the house, there were better tables and we were well dressed for the place. I had the filet mignon, it was over salted and under cooked for a medium steak. My boyfriend who's birthday we were celebrating had Bolonese. Average food at top shelf prices, spend your money else where.

Very good food and service. Waitress was excellent. A little pricey, but OK for the value. Bartender screwed up my drink a few times, but waitress was quick to make it right. Overall very good, would recommend
