Always a great choice. Have taken clients here several times over the years. Give it a try.
Worst experience ever and I host a lot of client meals. Service was beyond slow, no consistent service, they told us three times our food would be right out and 20 minutes would go by before we would ask again. When food finally came out after two hours, it was given to wrong people, food we ordered didn’t come out, food we didn’t order came out. They told us they ran out of some of the sides we ordered and were preparing substitutes .... didn’t even ask us what we wanted for a substitute. I would not recommend this place if you are trying to treat someone to a nice evening.
Food was over valued.
Service was better than the food.
Ribeye was incredibly dry. Tableside salad was the best thing we ordered
I had the meat omelette, very good hardly any cheese :( we had a tableside bloody Mary very good....service wasn't good, our waitress was very prude and no personality, didn't ask if we wanted a refill on coffee and took forever to bring us the check
Best dining experience ever! Food was wonderful and our servers were fantastic!
Bloody Mary is a must .. prepared at the table....service was excellent..
Food is great but they should try to have some more approachable wine options under $100 a bottle.
I have been to this place every year. The large crowds were always something that the restaurant was able to handle. However in this case, we were 45 minutes past our reservation. The manager was VERY accommodating with us. He apologized for the wait and made sure we were very happy during the course of our meals. This is what customer service is about. Thank you Jerry. Thank you for being a wonderful establishment. As always we will be back.
Worst service and food I have ever received. They had to compensate me over a $1000 off my meal because they screwed up so bad. They brought out 3 rounds of apps before they go them right. They had to bring out everyone's streaks twice because they were all so undercooked and raw the first time. (Table of 10) After waiting for 1.5 hrs they come out and told us they had no Potatoes. They sat us 30 mins late event with a reservation. just horrible. Sorry Moral's. You ripped me off. Luckily my business was paying for it.
Poor. Reserved 8pm. Seated 9:30pm. Food out by 10:30pm. Finished dinner 11:30pm. Everyone is upset
Service was perfunctorily at best, server was very edgy in an annoying way. One meal was overcooked but no onw wanted to deal with server. Portions were small, never go back again. There was not one thing to recommend about the restaurant.
it took over an hour to get our table from the time I scheduled it, the service was not good, they took forever just to get a second round of drinks, food wasn't great, I understand that they were busy but why they accepted reservations if they were not prepared to provide good service.
service was terrible and food took forever to come out
It was such a disappointment will never be back again.
Our appetizer came out before our drinks. The meal took 40 minutes and when it arrives all of the steaks were dry because they must have been sitting under hot lamps for a long time. Two of our party of seven took 3 bites of our steaks and couldn’t finish them. The manager was not very helpful. He simply offered 20% off the food and drinks. Didn’t take any meals off the bill or cook is new meals.
We were very excited about this meal because we were hosting very important prospective customers. Our customers were gracious about he poor experience but we were very disappointed with the meals as were we. Overall a terrible experience....
For the price you would think the service would have been top notch. It was mediocre, at best. They filled our water glasses once, two out of five steaks were over cooked (with one being sent back). The desserts weren’t worth the price either. After dinner, the waiter never brought our check. We had to flag down someone to go find him and his attitude was cocky and too rushed. We come to Vegas every year and will not be returning to Morels.
Went on a very busy evening, and I think they over booked themselves. The were moving tables into the bar area. It was so loud (not music) with conversation, it was hard to hear the people across the table. Food was okay, not even close to what I expected. Our server was really cool and a professional. I am just not sure I would give them another try considering how many options there are in Vegas.
Morels is an amazing restaurant. The New England’s Clam Chowder was amazing. The Chilean Sea Bass didn’t disappoint. Our waiter had such a great personality and we received some great service. I had the “Nasty Woman” cocktail which was delicious.
We had an incredible meal at Morels. The service was amazing. The staff are professionals and knowledgeable. They move around the room seamlessly refilling glasses and attending to your needs. I highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious food. Fantastic service. All for a fair price on "the strip".
Waitress was nice and trying to make up for the lack of organization. Food is blunt. No communication between server, kitchen staff and bartender.
Easter Brunch was somehow short staffed. Cooks and maybe wait staff. The food was good as always but everything took a long time. Balloon entertainer was fun and even made great stuff for adults. Lots of fun!!! Awesome restaurant for the evening and will try brunch again on a non-holiday.
We all ordered eggs Benedict and the the eggs were almost hard boiled. The food overall had no flavor.
What a great meal. Made reservations to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed a great steak. Very small crowd inside the restaurant made for exceptional service. I will return next time I’m in Vegas. .
Very nice setting on the terrace overlooking the Strip.
Exceptional for a breakfast or Lunch.
Dinner menu is seriously overpriced.
We were basically alone at the restaurant in the evening as a result I bet.
Food was fabulous. Service was great.
Last minute choice looking for a steak house that wasn't completely booked. Ideally wanted to eat at Wolfgang Puck's Cut or Joe's Stone crab and Steakhouse, but because of March madness and business conferences had to settle for Morel's. A little overpriced for the lower quality of meat they served. Not on our return list.
Had brunch here, the food was average. Waitress was friendly and provided good service. The rest was the staff didn’t seem friendly. When food came out I ask the server for Tabasco or hot sauce. He said ok. It never came out. Had to ask the waitress again. He should have told the waitress or at least inform her waitress. Probably won’t be coming back.
The service was mediocre, our waiter was great but the rest of the staff seemed to be lost. For as high-end as this restaurant is they didn’t clean the table well, Dirty plates were stacking up they kept bringing other people’s food to us and it took forever to get drinks. The amount they charge for your meal, drinks and appetizers the service should be much better. I wasn’t impressed bringing my business clients there to have a nice dinner.
Nelia was our server. She and the guys that assisted her were absolute perfection. Hands down best meal and service we’ve had in Vegas! We enjoy fine dining and this was worth every penny. We go to Vegas every March (past 10 years) and never repeat restaurants - until now. We can’t wait to return!
We will be coming back! The service was great, as was the food. We both had dry aged steaks which were cooked perfectly. If you're a cheese lover, try the Morel's cheese plate. You get a good amount of cheese for the price.
Neilia and team were engaging and appropriately attentive. As we were chatting, it came up that Jeff's birthday was earlier in the week and she surprised us with a complimentary desert, including sparkler!
Try Morel's - it's great!
Food was great and the service was awesome
So this is a steakhouse that doesn’t have a grill. I requested “charred rare” and the waiter (very snarky) told me that they grilled their meat via infrared.
The food was sub standard and very expensive. Go to Lavo right next store for higher quality food at a reasonable price.
Pretty loud even at breakfast. Food was excellent and a great place for a morning breakfast meeting but the service was a bit slow and unresponsive.
The restaurant crammed in banquet tables with no room to move. Our table was in a walkway and my quests were constantly bumped into by waitstaff and other customers. The food was under-seasoned and tasteless. Too bad
The menu was very limited.
VERY VERY disappointed -- this was a major work luncheon for a very key customer. Service was horrible - waiter was very quick and short with responses - many menu items were not available and one order went back twice - second time the bread was frozen. One order fish was not cooked - half of it was raw... would not recommend this restaurant
We were brought to a dirty table. The linen was never changed. Very spotty service. Food was fine but very disappointing experience.
Outstanding service and wonderful food. This was one of my favorite dining experiences in Vegas.
